BIENVENUE / WELCOME Les secrétaires généraux du Congrès AETFAT 2010 le Comité d’organisation, le Groupe des Spécialistes des Plantes de Madagascar, le Département de Biologie et Ecologie Végétales de la Faculté des Sciences de l’Université d’Antananarivo souhaitent la bienvenue à tous les participants du 19ème Congrès de l’AETFAT. Nous espérons que votre séjour en terre malgache vous sera agréable et vous permettra d’apprécier la biodiversité de Madagascar et l’hospitalité de ses habitants. 2010 étant l’année mondiale de la biodiversité nous espérons également que ce Congrès sera une opportunité pour chacun d’entre nous de mettre en exergue aux yeux du monde entier la valeur et l’importance de la diversité végétale africaine à travers les communications et les discussions qui en découleront. Qu’elles soient effectivement un apport au développement durable et répondre ainsi au thème de ce congrès : « Diversité des plantes africaines, systématique et développement durable. » The2010 AETFAT Congress Secretaries General, The Madagascar Plant Specialists Group, the Plant biology and ecology Department of the Sciences Faculty, University of Antananarivo welcome all the participants to the 19th AETFAT Congress. As 2010 is the Global Biodiversity Year, we also hope that this Congress will be an opportunity for each one of us to emphasize to the eyes of the whole world the value and the importance of the African plant diversity through all our presentations and the discussions that will arise.
