PRezista® (Darunavirum, DRV). Inhibiteur de la protéase du VIH-1. i: Prezista® est toujours utilisé avec du ritonavir faiblement dosé (RTV), en association avec d’autres agents antirétroviraux pour le traitement des patients adultes infectés par le VIH et chez les patients pédiatriques à partir de 6 ans déjà traités antérieurement contre une infection à VIH. La prescription et l’utilisation de Prezista® doivent rester réservées aux médecins expérimentés dans le traitement des patients souffrant d’une infection à VIH. Dans la mesure du possible, l’utilisation doit être guidée par des tests génotypiques ou phénotypiques adéquats et/ou par les antécédents des différents traitements. P: Adultes sans traitement antérieur aux IP: DRV 800 mg 1x par jour, en association avec du RTV 100 mg 1x par jour, à prendre avec un repas. Après un traitement antérieur aux IP: DRV 600 mg 2x par jour, en association avec du RTV 100 mg 2x par jour, toujours à prendre avec un repas. La dose chez l’enfant déjà traité antérieurement dépend du poids corporel (voir le tableau dans l’information professionnelle) et ne doit pas dépasser la dose recommandée chez l’adulte (600/100 mg 2x par jour). Le type d’aliments n’influence pas l’exposition au DRV. Aussi bien le DRV que le RTV sont des inhibiteurs de l’isoenzyme 3A4 du cytochrome P450 (CYP3A4). Ci: Hypersensibilité au DRV ou aux excipients; patients souffrant d’une insuffisance rénale sévère; patients souffrant d’une insuffisance hépatique sévère (classe Child-Pugh C); période d’allaite-ment; médicaments éliminés en large mesure par voie du CYP3A4/CYP2D6. Administration concomitante des médicaments suivants: antihistaminiques, antiarythmiques, anticonvulsivants, mille-pertuis, lovastatine, dérivés de l’ergot de seigle, agents influençant la motilité gastro-intestinale, neuroleptiques, sédatifs et hypnotiques, vardénafil (inhibiteur de la PDE-5), simvastatine. Préc: Enfants < 6 ans, patients âgés de > 65 ans, allergie aux sulfamides, allergie au colorant jaune orange S (E110, un colorant azoïque), éruption cutanée sévère, hépatite évolutive chronique B ou C, hémophilie de type A ou B, hyperglycémie, troubles du métabolisme des lipides, syndrome de restauration immunitaire, interactions médicamenteuses, grossesse, allaitement, manipulation de ma-chines. ei: Hypertriglycéridémie, hypercholestérolémie, taux accrus d’enzymes hépatiques et pancréatiques, diarrhées, nausées, céphalées, douleurs abdominales. REYATAZ®, Information professionnelle abrégéeProduit: REYATAZ® (atazanavir). Indication: Reyataz est indiqué en association avec d’autres agents antirétroviraux dans le traitement de l’infection par le VIH-1 chez des adultes pré-traités ou non par des agents antirétroviraux. Le choix de Reyataz chez des patients pré-traités par des antirétroviraux devrait prendre en compte les résultats des tests de résistance virale du patient et les traitements antérieurs. Dosage/application: le dosage recommandé est de 300 mg 1 x par jour en association avec 100 mg de ritonavir 1x par jour avec un repas. Recommandations spéciales pour le dosage: en cas d’insuffisance hépatique légère, atazanavir peut être utilisé avec prudence au dosage standard en surveillant les paramètres hépatiques. Chez les patients souffrant d’une restriction modérée à sévère de la fonction hépatique (Child-Pugh B et C), l’atazanavir est contre-indiqué. Contre-indications: hypersensibilité à la substance active ou à l’un des excipients. Une association de l’atazanavir avec les médicaments suivants est contre-indiquée: rifampicine, inhibiteurs de la pompe à protons, midazolam, triazolam, dérivés d’ergotamine, antagonistes calciques de type vérapamil ou diltiazem, encaïnide, flécaïnide, propafénone, vardénafil, préparations à base de millepertuis. Atazanavir avec ritonavir ne doit pas être combiné avec les inhibiteurs de la HMG-CoA-réductase simvastatine et atorvastatine. Mises en garde/Précautions: un traitement antirétroviral associé peut entraîner une lipodystrophie et des troubles métaboliques. Sachant qu’on a observé un allongement dose-dépendant et asymptomatique de l’intervalle PR, l’utilisation d’atazanavir en présence de troubles du système de conduction exige une surveillance attentive. On ne dispose pas d’études contrôlées adéquates auprès des femmes enceintes ou qui allaitent. Interactions: atazanavir est surtout métabolisé par l’isoenzyme CYP 3A4, ce qui pourrait entraîner des interactions médicamenteuses diverses. Prière d’observer les descriptions détaillées dans l’information professionnelle. Effets indésirables: Très fréquents: nausée (20 %), ictère (12 %) et diarrhée (10 %). Prière d’observer la liste détaillée d’effets indésirables mentionnée dans l’information professionnelle. Paramètres de laboratoire: augmentation du taux de bilirubine non conjuguée, d’amylase, de créatine kinase et d’ALAT/ASAT. Présentation: Gélules (gélatine dure) de 150 mg* et 200 mg*; boîtes de 60 gélules sous plaquettes; 300 mg*, flacon HDPE de 30 gélules (A). *Remboursé par les caisses. Nous avons le plaisir de vous convier au congrès annuel commun de la Société Suisse de Médecine Intensive, la Société Suisse d'Infectiologie, la Société Suisse d'Hygiène Hospitalière, la Société Su-isse de Pharmacologie et Toxicologie Cliniques, la Communauté Suisse d'intérêts pour soins intensifs et en tant qu'invité d'honneur, la Société Suisse de Transplantation, qui se tiendra à Beaulieu Lausanne, du 2 au 4 septembre 2010.

Ce congrès annuel commun de 2010 doit servir à l'échange scientifique et professionnel entre les sociétés participantes et promouvoir le travail interdisciplinaire au quotidien dans la pratique cli-nique. Le comité scientifique commun a élaboré pour vous un programme innovant et très varié qui sera principalement consacré aux trois thèmes suivants : sepsis, pneumonie et transplantation. Des communications libres et présentations de posters en provenance des différents secteurs concernés, des forums industriels et des ateliers viendront parfaire ce programme.

Nous sommes convaincus que cette plateforme vous donnera l'occasion de rencontrer vos ho-mologues et d'échanger vos expériences, de participer à des discussions de tables rondes et des présentations portant sur des travaux scientifiques les plus divers ou encore d'assister à un atelier axé sur la pratique.

Wir freuen uns, Sie zur gemeinsamen Jahrestagung der Schweizerischen Gesellschaft für Intensiv-medizin, der Schweizerischen Gesellschaft für Infektiologie, der Schweizerischen Gesellschaft für Spitalhygiene, der Schweizerischen Gesellschaft für Klinische Pharmakologie und Toxikologie, der Schweizerischen Interessengemeinschaft für Intensivpflege und als Gast die Schweizerische Ge-sellschaft für Transplantation einzuladen, welche vom 2.-4. September 2010 im Beaulieu Lausanne stattfinden wird.

Die gemeinsame Jahrestagung 2010 soll dem Austausch der teilnehmenden Gesellschaften dienen und die interdisziplinäre Arbeit im Klinikalltag fördern. Unsere Kollegen aus dem wissenschaftlichen Komitee haben ein innovatives und vielfältiges Programm für Sie zusammengestellt, welches im Speziellen den drei Hauptthemen gewidmet sein wird: Sepsis, Pneumonie und Transplantation. Freie Mitteilungen und Posterpräsentationen aus den beteiligten Fächern runden das Programm ab.

Wir sind uns sicher, dass diese Plattform Sie dazu inspiriert, sich mit Kollegen zu treffen und aus-zutauschen, an den Diskussionsrunden und den Präsentationen verschiedenster wissenschaftlicher Arbeiten teilzunehmen oder einen der praxisorientierten Workshops zu besuchen.

Chaque salle comporte un beamer et un ordinateur. Nous vous prions de sauvegarder votre présentation sur CD-Rom ou sur clé USB et de remettre votre fichier au AV-Check au plus tard une heure avant le début de la séance. Les présentations avec votre propre ordinateur seront possible.

Le temps de présentation pour les communications libres est de 8 minutes, suivi d’une discussion de 4 minutes. Vous trouverez l’heure exacte de votre présentation dans le programme scientifique.Deux experts évalueront la qualité de la présentation. Jointe à l’évaluation du résumé par le comité scientifique, il en résulte une évaluation globale servant de base à l’attribution du prix décerné à la meilleure communication libre.

Pour les posters, des panneaux d’une surface de 2.3 m de haut et de 0.97 m de large sont mis à disposition des auteurs.Montage des posters selon numéro : Jeudi 2.9.2010 à partir de 10:00 h dans l'exposition posters (salle Montréal). Les posters sont divisés en groupes thématiques.

Présentation des posters (courte présentation de chaque poster, 3 min + discussion) : Vendredi 3.9.2010, 12:00-13:30 h.Les auteurs sont priés d’être présents pendant la présentation des posters. Deux experts évalueront la qualité de la présentation. La remise des prix aura lieu au dîner des orateurs et comités, le vendredi 3.9.2010. Les lauréats seront invités au dîner et sont priés d’être présents. Les lauréats seront informés le vendredi 3.9.2010 dès 16:00 h au secrétariat du congrès et sont priés d’être présents lors de la remise des prix.

La SSInf et la SSHH décernent des prix pour des travaux scientifiques publiés dans les catégories recherche de base, recherche clinique épidémiologique dans le domaine des maladies infectieuses. Les prix sont sponsorisés par les deux sociétés et la firme Tibotec/Janssen-Cilag SA.

Alle Vortragssäle sind mit einem Beamer und PC ausgestattet. Wir bitten Sie, Ihre Präsentation auf CD-Rom oder USB Flash Memory zu speichern und spätestens eine Stunde vor Sitzungsbeginn im AV-Check abzugeben. Präsentationen mit Ihrem eigenen Computer sind möglich.

Die Vortragszeit für freie Mitteilungen beträgt 8 Minuten, gefolgt von 4 Minuten Diskussion. Die Zeiten für Ihren Vortrag entnehmen Sie bitte dem wissenschaftlichen Programm. Zwei Experten werden die Qualität des Vortrags und die PowerPoint-Präsentation bewerten. Zusammen mit der Beurteilung des Abstracts durch das wissenschaftliche Komitee ergibt dies die endgültige Bewertung als Grundlage für die Vergabe des Preises für die beste freie Mitteilung.

Für Posterpräsentationen steht den Autoren jeweils eine Posterwand im Format von 2.3 m x 0.97 m (Höhe x Breite) zur Verfügung.Aufhängen der Poster nach Nummer: Donnerstag, 2.9.2010 ab 10:00 Uhr im Posterraum (Saal Montréal).Die Poster sind in thematische Gruppen aufgeteilt.

Posterdiskussion mit Kurzvorstellungen der Poster (3 Min. pro Poster + Diskussion): Freitag, 3.9.2010, 12:00-13:30 Uhr.Die Autoren werden gebeten, während dieser Zeit bei ihren Postern anwesend zu sein. Zwei Experten werden die Qualität der Präsentation und des Posters bewerten. Zusammen mit der Beurteilung des Abstracts durch das wissenschaftliche Komitee ergibt dies die endgültige Bewertung als Grundlage für die Vergabe des Preises für das beste Poster.

Die Preisverleihung der SGI findet am Referentenessen, Freitag 3.9.2010, statt, wozu die Preisträger eingeladen sind. Die Preisträger werden am Freitag, 3.9.2010 ab 16:00 Uhr am Kongresssekretariat informiert und werden gebeten, an der Preisverleihung anwesend zu sein.

Die SGinf und SGSH verleihen Preise für publizierte wissenschaftliche Arbeiten in den Kategorien Grundlagenforschung, klinische epidemiologische Forschungen im Gebiet der Infektionskrankheiten. Die Preise werden gesponsert von den beiden Gesellschaften und der Firma Tibotec/Janssen-Cilag AG.

BIOPATCH™ : mousse polyuréthane hydrophile imprégnée de gluconate de chlorhexidine (CHG) I : pansement hydrophile pour absorber l’exsudation et recouvrir les plaies causées par l’utilisation de dispositifs percutanés vasculaires et non vasculaires. Réduction des infections localisées, des infections liées aux cathéters (CRBSI) et de la colonisation de la peau par des microorganismes liés aux CRBSI. P : 1 patch à chaque fois pour 7 jours maximum. CI : ne pas utiliser chez les prématurés, ni chez les patients ayant une hypersensibilité connue au CHG. Préc. : ne pas utiliser sur des plaies infectées. Ne convient pas au traitement des infections dues à un cathéter vasculaire. Uniquement à usage externe. Ne pas mettre en contact avec yeux, oreilles, bouche ou muqueuses. N’a pas été étudié chez les enfants de moins de 16 ans. Observer les patients quant à d’éventuelles réactions d’hypersensibilité au CHG. EI : réactions d’hypersensibilité au CHG (anaphylaxie comprise) associées à l’usage topique. Emballages : 1 x 10 patchs (diamètre 2,5 cm, trou 4,0 mm), 1 x 10 patchs (diamètre 1,9 cm, trou 1,5 mm), 1 x 10 patchs (diamètre 2,5 cm, trou 7 mm) ; distributeur en Suisse : Janssen-Cilag AG, Sihlbruggstrasse 111, 6340 Baar (2010).
