Informations généralesVous avez la possibilité de louer sur place peignoirs et serviettes de bain. Pour tout soin réservé, cela est offert. Si vous séjournez au Martin’s All Suites, peignoirs et pantoufles sont à disposition dans votre chambre. Nous vous conseillons de vous changer dans votre chambre et de laisser vos objets de valeur dans le coffre prévu à cet effet.
Nous proposons des soins de bien-être et de relaxation n’ayant aucune visée médicale et vous invitons, lors de la réservation du soin, à informer le personnel de vos éventuels problèmes de santé ou si vous êtes enceinte. Certains de nos soins pourraient être contre-indiqués.
Les rendez-vous sont garantis par carte de crédit.
Nous vous demandons de bien vouloir vous présenter 15 minutes avant l’heure de votre rendez-vous. En cas de retard, nous nous verrons obligés pour le respect de notre planning, de réduire la durée de votre soin qui vous sera facturé dans son entièreté.
En cas d’annulation de votre soin moins de 24h avant votre rendez-vous, la totalité du soin vous sera facturé.
Nos prix s’entendent TVA et service inclus.
Nous déclinons toute responsabilité en cas de perte ou de vol au sein de notre établissement.

Om in alle rust van uw behandeling te genietenU heeft de mogelijkheid om kamerjassen en badhanddoeken te huren. Dit is inbegrepen in elke gereserveerde behandeling. Indien u overnacht in Martin’s All Suites, kamerjassen en slippers zijn beschikbaar in uw kamer. Wij raden u aan om u om te kleden in uw kamer en alle waardevolle objecten in uw kluis te laten
Onze verzorgingen zijn van relaxerende, esthetische en therapeutische aard, maar ze boegen geen medisch of paramedisch doel. Hebt u gezondheidsklachten, allergieën, hoge bloeddruk of bent u zwanger? Gelieve ons dit dan vooraf te melden. Zo kunnen we u een aangepaste verzorging voorstellen.
Bevestig uw boeking eenvoudig met uw kredietkaart. Annuleren kan tot 24 uur voor uw afspraak. Daarna zullen we uw verzorging spijtig genoeg volledig moeten aanrekenen.
Mogen we u vriendelijk vragen om u ten laatste een kwartier voor uw afspraak aan te bieden aan het onthaal van Martin’Spa. Dan kunnen we uw verzorging volgens plan beginnen. Bij een laattijdige aankomst zien we ons spijtig genoeg genoodzaakt om uw verzorging inkorten, terwijl we toch het volle tarief moeten aanrekenen.
Alle onze prijzen zijn service en btw inbegrepen.

General Information You have the possibility to rent bathrobes and towels. Those are included in every reserved treatment. If you are staying in Martin’s All Suites, bathrobes and slippers are available in your room. Please change in your room before going to the spa, and leave your valuables in your safe.
These treatments are of a personal care and beauty essence – and not medical. Please advise your therapist should you have any health problems (allergies, high blood pressure, etc.) or if you are pregnant.
Please note that your reservation must be guaranteed (credit card or full payment), and that appointments not cancelled 24 hours ahead will regrettably be charged in full.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your treatment is scheduled to begin so that you have time to relax. Late arrivals will reduce the precious treatment time wich will be invoiced to you in full.
