Mythe Le marketing c’est une histoire de

C’est du “battage” médiatique souvent sans fondement.
Marketing is the process of planning and executing the conception, pricing, promotion and distribution of ideas, goods and services to create exchanges that satisfy individual and organizational objectives. American Marketing Association

Discounts/Promotions
• Perks and premium customer service
Sammy Successful In Summary, Sammy…
• Is an owner, executive/senior manager or partner
• Buys the good seats because he can
• Believes price is not an object – it is a statement
• Is a winner and wants to feel like a like one (needs to know there is an effort to be one)
• Probably doesn’t go to a lot of games – gives the tickets to friends, employees and family – uses them to impress
• Likes the perks – combined with customer service and seat location
• Doesn’t respond to price discounts as much as he will to perks and a great customer service experience
• Expects the Devil Rays to treat him the way he expects to be treated
• Would like the Devil Rays to work hard on being winners as well
• Probably writes the cost of the tickets off on the business if he can. Needs to be able to show some company value.
What does this mean:
• Retention is critical. This high spend customer represents about 2% of the population
• Service them, give them perks, make them feel like the winner they are
• Make it easy to buy tickets and upgrade – convenience is very important
• Get referrals and reward for this
