Supply of Machinery & Equipment for Establishment of Common Facilities Centre in Village

Sealed tenders are invited from machinery manufacturers/ authorised dealers (having minimum

five years experience in Supply) for supply of machinery & equipment for establishment of

common facilities centre in Tilakwada in favour of M/s. Gurumukhi Adivasi Vikas Trust, Near

Gujarati Primary School, Narmada, Gujarat. Tender should be submitted in separate envelops

for Technical Bid and Financial Bid along with earnest money of Rs. 3,05,220/- in the form DD in

favour of M/s. Gurumukhi Adivasi Vikas Trust. Drawn at Tilakwada.

Last date of the Tender Submission on 21.10.2020 up to 5.00 PM and Tender will be opened on

22.10.2020 at 11.00 PM at H.O, Gurumukhi adivasi Vikas Trust, Tilakwada.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The minimum turnover of the tenderer firm for the last year (2019-20) should be Rs. 20.00 lakhs.

2. The tenderer firm should have minimum three year experience in supply of said machinery and necessary evidence in the form of invoice/ Work Orders need to be furnished.

3. The tender should be submitted in the prescribed tender form.

4. Tender form can be obtained from Secretary, M/s. Gurumukhi Adivasi Vikas Trust, Nr.Gujarati

Primari School, Tilakwada, Gujarat. on any working day between 01.10 2020 to 21.10 2020 from 10.00 AM to 5.00 PM by payment of Rs. 1000/-.

1. Tender should be submitted in separate envelops for Technical Bid and Financial Bid along with

earnest money of Rs. 3,05,220/- and can be deposited at the below mentioned address up to 10.30 AM on 21.10.2020. The Demand Draft of earnest money should be in the name of by, M/s. M/s. Gurumukhi Adivasi Vikas Trust, Nr Gujarati Primary School, Tilakwada Gujarat. Tenders received will be opened before the Working Committee of the proposed Common Facilities on 22.10.2020 at 03.00 PM.

The tender will be submitted in sealed envelopes separately for technical bid and financial bid. On each envelop “Tender for CFC machineries at M/s. Gurumukhi Adivasi Vikas Trust,

Tilakwada, should be written on the top of envelop. Technical Bid and Financial Bid should also be clearly mentioned on envelop.

5. The Technical Bid will be opened and considered first. The financial Bid of only eligible

firms/agencies will be opened. 6. Tenders received without earnest money will not be accepted.

7. The tenderer firm should submit implementation plan of supplying & erection of machinery

along with other details of the firm. Incomplete tender will not be accepted.

8. The tendered firm should submit tender for the whole or part of the items mentioned below.

However preference will be given for those firms, which can supply all the mentioned items.

9. Technical Bid/ Financial Bid cannot be withdrawn after opening it. Earnest money can be

forfeited in case of withdrawal of bid or not completing the work.




10. If the items supplied are not found as per specifications or unsatisfactory or delivered after

stipulated time, the payment of whole or equivalent amount can be withheld.

11. The party has to enter into an agreement with Implementing Agency (M/s. Gurumukhi Adivasi

Vikas Trust ,Tilakwada.) on the Stamp Paper of Rs. 100/- on prescribed Performa.

12. Clause for forfeiture of EMD amount: At any point of time, the Secretary, M/s. Gurumukhi

Adivasi Vikas Trust, Tilakwada finds that the performance of the Suppliers is not satisfactory;

the Gurumukhi Adivasi Vikas Trust, Tilakwada (Bamboo Craft Cluster) reserves the right to

terminate the Supplier The loss/ damage suffered by the Gurumukhi Adivasi Vikas Trust,

Tilakwada will be debited to the bidder assigned for the work from the EMD given.

13. In case of any un-satisfaction work by the supplier. The working committee and spot inspection

conducted by FMC Delhi official to take necessary step will be taken and, the Secretary will

stop the payments to the contractor till further discussion taken.

14. In case any dispute arise between the Supplier and M/s. Gurumukhi Adivasi Vikas Trust

regarding payment of the bills to referred to Director FMC and DIRETOR Legal to obtain

opinion.

15. Jurisdiction: The Vadodara Court shall have jurisdiction in the matter.

16. Payment Terms: Has per the agreement made by the Supplier and M/s. Gurumukhi Adivasi

Vikas Trust.

17. The party has to provide Annual Maintenance Contract for two years and install all the

machineries at CFC Place without charging extra money.
