Goals of the training Develop the know-how and interpersonal skills of your learners by creating your first pedagogical scenarios using VTS Editor, through adapted training exercises and progressive mastering of the tool.

Know and be able to use all the fea-tures of the SILVER pack of the au-thoring software VTS Editor; Use VTS Editor to create immersive simulations yourself; Learn and use our instructional de-sign and screewriting methodologies;Know and use tips and tricks for ga-mification with VTS Editor;Choose, assemble and deploy VTS Experiences on different platforms (LMS, mobile, Web...).
Who
Educational designers, people in charge of training, educational en-gineers, Digital Learning project ma-nagers, training managers, etc.Any person in charge of training, with the goal to implement training expe-riences to their training paths.
Prerequisites
No prerequisite, except basic knowledge of the Mac or Windows environment.Have puchased a VTS Editor SILVER pack or more;It is highly recommended to bring an idea or concept including all the ne-cessary content for a personal trai-ning project.
Animation The training is performed by qualified training consultant, who also perform guidance and co-construction missions with industrial and service companies.
Duration
Diagnosis interview (30 minutes)6 training sessions lasting 90 minutes each.

Personal coaching for the realization of the first VTS Experience in autonomy.

Teaching, technical and coaching resources
The pedagogy alternates between theoretical approach and practice, through initial and complementary exercises.
Participants must use a computer equipped with a valid licence of VTS Editor.The session can be done using a screesharing software.
Trainees will have a training manual, video tutorials, and all source files used during the training.

Parcours personnalisé
Introduction to VTS Editor (1H30)
Presentation of the contextual use of simulations in a training path; IT background of the software; Presentation of VTS Editor (sections of the software)Description and use of Blocks (information blocks, interaction blocks, screenwriting blocks).
Exercises : Installation of VTS Editor, discovery of features and of an already existing project, «graph» design logic and documentation.
Design, creation and deployment of a pedagogical scenario (5x1H30)
Concepts, structure et pedagogical scenarios; Creation of a simple scenario with a scenery and a character; Manipulation of Blocks in the graph on several examples; Standard properties of functional modules in VTS Editor; Selection of sceneries and characters in the VTS Editor database; Initiation to clickable zones and their advanced configuration; Initiation to screenwriting and instructional design production methodologies; Advanced configuration on the trainee’s project; Deployment and tracking of trainees in the case of the trainee’s project.
Exercises : All exercises are created within the trainee’s personal project and can be illustrated through specific examples.
