Captain, Vice captain, and Team leads to hold position only for a quarter, i.e. for 3 months

Rotational Club Management

Selection of Captain, Vice Captain and Team Leads through nomination and voting by

club members

Monetary transactions to get published by every month end on the Club web page.

Minimum size of the club should be 10- 15 members

Club to perform minimum one university-level activity every month

If no activity happens in the club for two consecutive months then club shall be

declared defunct

Yearly Membership fee to be decided by the members of the club depending upon their

requirements

Club to report activities/publish their activities on webpage

SU Management will track and monitor progress of the club through the club members

Facility Management

If a club operates consistently well for a year and gives a good performance, Sharda

University Management can consider to provide monetary aid to take it to the next level.

Rewards and Recognition for members who have won inter/intra university

competitions

To kick-start Club page in social media networks such as Face book

To adhere to guidelines laid by SU Management To do internal and external viral marketing of the activities for better visibility and

awareness

Team members to get actively involved in getting sponsors as per the requirement

Respect for each other and work in the spirit of learning and fun. There must not be any

room for conflicts and any act of indiscipline or unprofessional attitude shall be dealt with

punitive action
