  • Record Review Request Title 16 MRSA §709 gives an individual the right to

    challenge SBI results. For non-billable accounts - You may show the results

    to the applicant but do not give them a copy. They should contact SBI to challenge the results at

    207-624-7240. Requires fingerprints and completion of a challenge

    packet. Upon review a new and possibly corrected response

    will automatically be resent.
