The i20 system – the surface formwork with H20 wooden beams facilitate the support of different geo-metrical forms.The system can be installed for any support of all sur-face types.70% of the formwork facing and the whole H20 woo-den beams are switched off early.Each permits the system to make a free choice of the formwork facing according to the requirement of the concrete surface.

Le système pour dalles à poutrelles H20 INTERFAMA, permet le coffrage de tout type de plafond.Le système peut être utilisé comme linçoir d´échafaudage de dalles préfabriqués ou avec voligeage primaire et secondaire, en cas de dalles pleins ou similaires.Muni de poutres H20 de différentes longueurs, de têtes à quatre voies, de têtes d´étai, d´accessoires pour poutres rabaissées, d´étançons EN1065 et d´autres accessoires fonctionnels fournis en dotation, le système pour plafonds i20 s‘adapte avec simplicité aux différentes situations du chantier.Le système permet l‘utilisation de panneaux de revêtement différents selon le degré de finition demandé.

The heavy duty steel supports manufactured according to DIN EN1065, are available in class B-D-E.The high lifting capacity of the supports together with the H20 wooden beam facilitate large supporting distances and quick formwork times. Optionally, the supports can be extended by about 100 cm. The heavy duty supports takes long, when galvanising with fire.

Three support heads are as follows:

1) 4-way head – can be connected to every current support. One or two wooden beams can be used with this support head.

2) ALUSTERN support head – with quick locking can be in-serted with every EN1065 support and permits the insertion of two or four wooden beams.

3) Drop head quick sinking H20 – can be fastened with two screws in all EN1065 supports and permit the insertion of two wooden beams.Early stripping is facilitated by the early lowering of the sup-port head.In this way the wooden beams and 75 % of the formwork panels can be reused after 2 - 5 days.

The H20 INTERFAMA wooden beam is avilable in the following lengths (245-290-390-490-600 cm) and can be used in every different building situations. The wooden beam is finished very well and attained after a long period.

L‘emploi idéal des poutres H20 est en couplage avec l´ étançon EN1065 „haute portée“ (classes B-D-E).Les portées élevées des étançons et des poutres H20 permettent de réduire la quantité de matériel nécessaire et donc les temps de poses et de décoffrage.

Trois têtes de support sont les suivantes :

1) Tête à croix - enfilable dans n´importe quel type d´étançon, il permet la portée d´une ou de deux poutres accolées2) Tête à 4 voies ALUSTERN – blocable sur tous les étançons EN1065, il permet la portée d´une ou de deux poutres accolées.

3) Tête de décoffrage H20 – blocable sur tous les étais EN1065, fonctionnant avec deux poutres H20 de voligeage primaire et secondaire, il permet le décoffrage partiel anticipé, c´est à dire la récupération des poutres H20, e 75 % des manteaux et de laisser les étançons et les têtes d´étai comme soutien du plafond.

Les poutrelles INTERFAMA H20, disponibles en différentes longueurs (245-290-390-490-600 cm), s´adaptent aux différentes situations de chantier. La durée dans le temps constitue une de leurs principales qualités puisqu´elles ont été construites avec des matériaux de haute qualité.
