Under the inspection scheme, a comprehensive office safety inspection checklist is devised to facilitate the inspection team to identify the underlying risks and plan for corrective measures. Inspection result should report to senior management for taking appropriate actions. Clerical and administrative organizations should regularly conduct office inspections to ensure working environment is in compliance with both regulated and internal safety standards. The following checklist lists out the items to be inspected: 1. Working Environment 2. Fire Prevention 3. Office Facilities 4. Ergonomics 5. Manual Handling 6. Welfare Facilities 7. First Aid Facilities The checklist is a reference for the employers to conduct inspection but should be modified accordingly to fit the specific situation of each organization. From this exercise, an employer can also identify underlying risks in the working environment and accordinglyestablish prevention measures to not only reduce risks to employees and other people, but also improve operational efficiency of theorganization.

其中為確保辦公室工作安全健康,管理人員應制定一套視察計劃,藉此找出危害情況並作出補救。其中一個視察方法是設計一份完善的辦公室安全巡查表,協助視察人員評定欠妥善之處,從而計劃和採取補救行動。視察的結果應上達高級管理層,盡快採取修正行動。

文職機構應該定期對辦公室的安全情況進行檢查,以確保工作環境符合法例和業內安全標準。以下列出的安全巡查樣本的視察項目包括:

辦公室管理人員必須因應機構的獨立情況而對所需項目作出相應的增減。此外,巡查時的標準亦應該參考法例及其他安全工作守則的要求。

To ensure safety and health standard at office, an inspection scheme is advised to set up to find out the hazards and conductmodifications. Under the inspection scheme, a comprehensive office safety inspection checklist is devised to facilitate theinspection team to identify the underlying risks and plan for corrective measures. Inspection result should report to seniormanagement for taking appropriate actions.

Clerical and administrative organizations should regularly conduct office inspections to ensure working environment is incompliance with both regulated and internal safety standards. The following checklist lists out the items to be inspected:

1. Working Environment 2. Fire Prevention 3. Office Facilities 4. Ergonomics5. Manual Handling 6. Welfare Facilities 7. First Aid Facilities

The checklist is a reference for the employers to conduct inspection but should be modified accordingly to fit the specificsituation of each organization. In addition, regulated and other work safety standards should also be used as benchmarks whenevaluating office safety.

其中為確保辦公室工作安全健康,管理人員應制定一套視察計劃,藉此找出危害情況並作出補救。其中一個視察方法是設計一份完善的辦公室安全巡查表,協助視察人員評定欠妥善之處,從而計劃和採取補救行動。視察的結果應上達高級管理層,盡快採取修正行動。

文職機構應該定期對辦公室的安全情況進行檢查,以確保工作環境符合法例和業內安全標準。以下列出的安全巡查樣本的視察項目包括:

1. 工作環境 2. 火警預防 3. 辦公室設備 4. 人體功效學的考慮5. 體力處理操作 6. 福利設施 7. 急救設備

辦公室管理人員必須因應機構的獨立情況而對所需項目作出相應的增減。此外,巡查時的標準亦應該參考法例及其他安全工作守則的要求。

To ensure safety and health standard at office, an inspection scheme is advised to set up to find out the hazards and conductmodifications. Under the inspection scheme, a comprehensive office safety inspection checklist is devised to facilitate theinspection team to identify the underlying risks and plan for corrective measures. Inspection result should report to seniormanagement for taking appropriate actions.

Clerical and administrative organizations should regularly conduct office inspections to ensure working environment is incompliance with both regulated and internal safety standards. The following checklist lists out the items to be inspected:

The checklist is a reference for the employers to conduct inspection but should be modified accordingly to fit the specificsituation of each organization. In addition, regulated and other work safety standards should also be used as benchmarks whenevaluating office safety.
