violence against women and the dismissals from the home

Ivato Firaisana with 05 Fokontany,

Talatamaty with 12 Fokontany, 05 Rurals Communes

Ambatolampy Tsimahafotsy with 08 Fokontany, et priurbaines

Merimandroso with 20 Fokontany.

Target: Women (Mainly craftswomen - farmers - storekeepers), and Men

the members of the Local Recognition Commission (at the level of theCommune) : local authorities, notables, intercommunal Land Counter;

the applicants ;

the arbitral sentence : 03 members of the Communal Council (case ofdispute relating on the possession right).

Involvement Level (men and women) : equal, without dinstinction of agenor intellectual or life standing;

CONDITION Legal status answering the criteria of the Law on the not titledprivate properties (Law 2006-031).

Their interests : fair and equal in front of Law (natural person of Malagasy

Right).
