Krijgswet Regulatie No. 103, uitgegeven op de 7de Augustus 1920, wordt hierbij gekanseleerd en herroepen en de volgende regulaties worden in plaats daarvan met toes temming van de Ad· ministrateur uitgegeven :- · ·

104. (1) Geen kleinhandelaar mag op en na publiekatie van deze regulatie parafien verkopen tegen hogere prijzen dan de volgende :-
