Conçus pour l’industrie et les entrepreneurs, les palans de la série L5 de KITO sont réalisés avec des matériaux de toute première qualité. Ils serviront pendant des années dans les conditions les plus dures. Ces palans à levier L5 sont équipés d’un engrenage à double réduction pour un volume et un poids réduits.
CARACTÉRISTIQUES• À capacité nominale, les pièces porteuses n’atteignent que 25 % de leur limite• Les pièces porteuses et le cadre on été renforcés par un durcissement thermique par induction• Résistante à l’abrasion, la chaîne de levage nickelée est faite d’un acier alliage traité thermiquement,
hautement et uniformément robuste• Le crochet de suspension est articulé, permettant de bien centrer les charges• Les crochets forgés en acier ne casseront pas, même soumis à une charge excessive• La goupille de chaque crochet est protégée par un garde de sécurité • Le linguet est plus épais, plus durable et muni d’une encoche qui le maintient dans le crochet• Le frein mécanique de style Weston s’active instantanément et retient solidement la charge• Le frein présente une surface de frottement uniforme, ce qui permet de relâcher la charge en souplesse • L’engrenage à double réduction ne requiert qu’un effort minimal• Le mécanisme de la roue libre permet d’ajuster rapidement la position de la charge• La noix de chargement accessible permet de procéder aux inspections et aux nettoyages sans démonter

Advantages of the L5
Kito’s Original Free Chain Adjusting mechanismUse the Free Knob to quickly and easily adjust the chain. Unique design safeguards against inadvertent freewheeling under load.
Reliable Brake(mechanical brake)Delivers positive performance thanks to a brake design incorporating two moisture- resistant asbestos-free brake pads and four braking surfaces. Includes two brake pawls for added reliability.
Shape is cut out with special tip so it can hook on to the edge of steel plate making it suitable for certain shipbuilding or plate working applications. (Not suitable for general load holding, taking-up, or lifting applications – use standard hook instead).
Kito Load signal (Overload detection device): OptionAlerts the operator when hoist is used to lift loads beyond rated capacity. Alert is indicated by green
signal changing to red, handle deflecting 15-degrees, and an audible click.

The grade 100 (1000N/mm2) chain, made from a
special high strength alloy, features an unbeatable
combination of toughness and resistance to corrosion
& wear. (For special environments consult your Kito
distributor since corrosion resistance varies
depending on corrosives involved)
High-strength frameHigh grade alloy steel with solid construction, a
patented induction hardening process on the load-
supporting part, and increased material thickness
produces an extremely strong and rigid frame.
Lever HandleA new shape and thicker material creates a very
strong lever handle.
Hook Latch with safety mechanism
Thicker material makes the latch stronger,
and engagement with the tip of the hook
creates secure closure.
HooksHooks are forged from high strength alloy steel
allowing the larger capacities – 21/2 through 9 ton –
to use hooks that are smaller and lighter.
Cap NutsCap nuts fasten the gear case and brake
cover protecting the screw from damage
and making maintenance easier.

Palan à embrayage à friction pour un environnement de travail sécuritaire. Ce mécanisme interne protège le palan contre les surcharges sans accroître ses dimensions.
Le mécanisme de roue libre noire se distingue aisément de l’embrayage à friction des palans à leviers standard.
