SAP Medior CRM Consultant - Belgium

Function:

For a SAP agency based in Belgium, you are a SAP Medior CRM consultant who has significant

customer engagement consulting experience.

As main responsibilities:

• You provide added value by your large experience in your domain for multiple

customers

• You design SAP CRM solution roadmap

• You propose the next generation of customer engagement products to your

customers

Requirements:

• You have at least 3 years of Customer Engagement / CRM consulting experience

• At least 2 full-cycle implementations or rollout projects or several years’ experience

in maintenance and support

• In-depth knowledge of Customer Engagement/CRM processes in one of the following

software platforms:

o SAP CRM or Cloud for Customer

o Microsoft Dynamics, SalesForce or another CRM platform

• Functional knowledge of Customer Engagement/CRM Business Processes (Sales,

Services, Marketing)

• You are "result oriented", with a capacity to drive and achieve your activities within

an agreed time, on quality and on budget

• Excellent business, analytical, presentation and communication skills

• You have a Master degree or equivalent by experience (Economics, Commercial

Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering or Computer Science)

• Fluent in Dutch, French and English is a must; you must reside in Belgium

• Relevant SAP or business certifications are a plus
