Standard booth constructionIf you ordered and paid for the standard construction service from us (Appendix 1 ofthe contract), per your request you can get your booth layout with all the equipmentand plug sockets marked on it sent to you, which you need to approve (or amendcorrespondently) and forward back to your ISSE contact stamped, dated and signedby your companys responsible contact who will be present at the show.Deadline April 10, 2012

Standard booths are ready for exhibitors:During all day on May 21, 2012, but not earlier than 18.00 on May 21, 2012

Security services:During night time general guarding of the exposition outside and inside the pavilion isprovided by the security service of the Organizer. Exhibitors can order individual nightsecurity to the booth. To pass the booth for individual security service an Exhibitorshould have 3 copies listing the exhibits at the booth.General guarding of the exposition is provided from 20.00 on May 21, 2012 to 18.00

on May 25, 2012.Night time guarding is provided from 6.30 p.m. to 9.30 a.m.

Entrance to All-Russia Exhibition Center:Access gates: Khovansky, Lyhoborsky, Sever (North)-1, Sever (North)-3.During exhibition dates vehicles can access the venue on presenting the invitationcards.During build-up and break down vehicles can access the Exhibition Center onpresenting the Exhibitor registration letter and copy of the contract for participation.

Delivery and removal of exhibits:After entering the Exhibition Center you should register at the information desk (Hall pavilion 75).

To register Exhibitor should present the copy of the contract for participation, 3copies of the letter addressed to Mrs. Ruleva, CEO of ICE Ltd., requesting to permitdelivery/removal of exhibits/equipment together with the lists of theexhibits/equipment delivered or removed and FORM 2 of the contract (badges for thepersonnel). Exhibitors demonstrating the military/dual purpose exhibits should haveForm 1A properly filled in together with the copy of the 1st page of the advertising

passport/license for the exhibits.

The above-mentioned letter is registered at the Organizers representative at theregistration desk (Hall pavilion 75).

After registering and agreeing the exhibits list, Exhibitor should go to the indicatedpavilion gates to unload and deliver the exhibits.

Freight-forwarding servicesForwarding services, customs services for Exhibitors, loading/unloading services,rigging, packages storing services are provided by EXPO-M. Expo-M Ltd is theOfficial Freight Forwarder and On-Site Handling Agent for ISSE.Information on oversized/overloaded cargoes should be providedbefore May 10, 2012

Exhibitor badges:After the registration you will be given Exhibitor badges according to the size of yourbooth (1 badge per each 4 sq.m.) and one copy of the exhibition catalogue. Extrabadges can be purchased onsite with 45 Euro per each badge (valid through all thedays of the show).

Service center:You can order unloading services, storage, facsimile services, electronic mail,international calls, copier services, radio announcements, extra construction servicesand etc.
