ÈÍÔÎÐÌÀÖÈÎÍÍÎ- ÂÛ×ÈÑËÈÒÅËÜÍÛÅ ÑÈÑÒÅÌÛ 39 Îñîáåííîñòüþ ðàçâèòèÿ èíôîðìàöèîííûõ òåõíîëîãèé â 2009 ãîäó áûëî ðàçâåðòûâàíèå ðàáîò ïî îáåñïå÷åíèþ âûïîëíåíèÿ Ïðîãðàììû ðàçðàáîòêè ñåìåéñòâà ïåðñïåêòèâíûõ äâèãàòåëåé (ÏÄ-14) â óñëîâèÿõ òåððè- òîðèàëüíî ðàñïðåäåëåííîãî âçàèìîäåéñòâèÿ ìåæäó ó÷àñòíèêàìè êîîïåðàöèè.  ÎÀÎ «Àâèàäâèãàòåëü» ïðîäîëæàëîñü âíåäðåíèå òåõíîëîãèé PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), ïðåäóñìàòðèâàþùèõ èíôîðìàöèîííóþ ïîääåðæêó ïðîäóêöèè â òå÷åíèå âñåãî æèçíåííîãî öèêëà. Ïî ñîñòîÿíèþ íà 2009 ãîä â Ïðîãðàììå ïðèíèìàëè ó÷àñòèå ÎÀÎ «Àâèàäâèãàòåëü», ÎÀÎ «Ïåðìñêèé ìî- òîðíûé çàâîä», ÎÀÎ «ÍÏÏ «Ìîòîð», ÎÀÎ «ÓÌÏλ, ÔÃÓÏ ÌÌÏÏ «Ñàëþò». Òðåáîâàíèÿ ê âçàèìîäåéñòâèþ ñîèñïîëíèòåëåé â êîîïåðàöèè èçëîæåíû â äîêóìåíòå «Êîíöåïöèÿ èíôîðìàöèîííîé ïîääåðæêè òåððèòîðè- àëüíî ðàñïðåäåëåííîé ñèñòåìû âåäåíèÿ Ïðîåêòà ðàçðàáîòêè ñåìåéñòâà ïåðñïåêòèâíûõ äâèãàòåëåé» (äàëåå Êîíöåïöèÿ). Áûëè âûïîëíåíû ñëåäóþùèå ðàáîòû: h ñîçäàíà ìåòîäèêà îöåíêè íàïðÿæåííî-äåôîðìè- ðîâàííîãî ñîñòîÿíèÿ îõëàæäàåìûõ ëîïàòîê ÒÂÄ íà îñíîâå ñêâîçíîãî ãàçîäèíàìè÷åñêîãî ìîäåëèðî- âàíèÿ (âíåøíåå îáòåêàíèå è òå÷åíèå ãàçà âî âíóò- ðåííåé ïîëîñòè ëîïàòêè òóðáèíû, çàäà÷à òåïëî- ïðîâîäíîñòè â ìåòàëëå); h ðàçðàáîòàíà ðàñ÷åòíàÿ ìåòîäèêà îöåíêè ýìèññèè NO íà îñíîâå òðåõìåðíîãî ìîäåëèðîâàíèÿ äëÿ àâèàöèîííûõ êàìåð ñãîðàíèÿ; h ðàçðàáîòàíà ìåòîäèêà ðàñ÷åòà øóìà ñòðóè ñîïëà àâèàöèîííîãî äâèãàòåëÿ. Ñ ó÷åòîì òðåáîâàíèé Êîíöåïöèè áîëüøîå ðàçâèòèå ïîëó÷èëà èíôðàñòðóêòóðà ÈÂÑ: h ïðîâåäåíà ìîäåðíèçàöèÿ âû÷èñëèòåëüíîãî êëàñ- òåðà – óâåëè÷åíî êîëè÷åñòâî âû÷èñëèòåëüíûõ ÿäåð ñî 112 äî 336; h äëÿ óâåëè÷åíèÿ åìêîñòè äèñêîâûõ õðàíèëèù ñèñ- òåìû SAN ïðèîáðåòåíû è âíåäðåíû äîïîëíèòåëü- íûå äèñêîâûå ïîëêè îáùåé åìêîñòüþ 28,8 òåðà- 38 INFORMATION & COMPUTATION SYSTEMS The peculiar feature of information technologies deve- lopment in 2009 was beginning and expansion of work aimed at implementation of the Advanced Engines Family Program (PD-14) in context of geographically-distributed interaction between the cooperation participants. In 2009 Aviadvigatel OJSC continued to introduce PLM technology (Product Lifecycle Management) which provides product data management during its complete life cycle. As of the year 2009 the following companies participated in the Program: Aviadvigatel OJSC, Perm Engine Company, NPP Motor OJSC scientific and production enterprise, UMPO OJSC, SALUT Moscow Machine-Building Produc- tion Pant FSUE. Requirements to contractors interaction during the cooperation are stipulated in the document entitled the Concept of Geographically-Distributed Information Support for Advanced Engines Family Program Implementation (hereinafter referred to as the Concept). The main principles of the Project management in accordance with the Concept are as follows: h Project data centralized storage in the integrated system of engineering data management (PDM system Teamcenter); h Support of joint interaction between the Project participants based on Teamcenter Multisite Collaboration; h Centralized management using MS Project distributed system of projects management; h Wide use of video conferences for communication in order to reduce business trip costs; h Application of data communication cryptography during Internet exchange. In the scope of the concept implementation special attention was paid to licensed software purchase: significant number of working places were added and new functional modules of TeamCenter, NX, ANSYS, AutoCAD, ProCast and other systems were purchased. In 2009 year mass introduction and improvement of computational methods in the field of computational fluid dynamics and engineering analysis were continued. The following works were performed: h A technique of HPT cooled airfoils stress-strain condition assessment was developed based on through gas-dynamic simulation (external flow and gas flow in the turbine airfoil inner space, metal heat conductivity issues etc.); h Design technique was developed to evaluate NO emission based on 3D simulation for aero engines combustors; h Aero engine jet noise calculation technique was developed and tested at several nozzle configurations; h Pylon configuration influence on fan inlet air flow disturbance was calculated and analyzed; h Vibration stresses of PD-14 engine HPC 1st stage airfoils were calculated and analyzed for different configurations. Taking into consideration the Concept requirements the information and computation systems structure was extensively developed: h High Performance Computing cluster was updated – the number of computing cores was increased from 112 to 336; h To increase SAN system disk storage capacity, additional disk shelves were purchased and implemented with total capacity of 28.8 terabyte (the disk storage capacity was increased from 32.2 to 61 terabyte); h The Company's computer net was upgraded;

hThe scheme of Internet access was fundamentally reconstructed: 100 Mbit/s optical channel was implemented to replace old ADSL dial-up line channel;

hTwo terminals for video-conference communication were introduced;

hTeamcenter system speed was enhanced due to introduction of new Oracle DBMS servers based on IBM JS22;

hIn accordance with the Concept a new server of PD-14 Project was created, a process of data exchangebetween associate contractors based on Teamcenter Multi-Site Collaboration is being mastered;

hTo protect users` data from equipment failures a failure-free data storage network was created on the basis of IBM SVC;

hActive creation of Microsoft net infrastructure was begun in order implement services of team work with documents and documents digital approval;

hMS Project 2007 software was put into operation to manage projects in network; the Company's employees were trained.

In 2009 the functional of the Company`s integrated automatic control system called Navigator was expanded and its failure-free operation was ensured. Subsystem of working time recording was put into industrial operation.

In computering of customer's support during the reporting period the following was done:

hCreation of interactive digital Operation Manuals in accordance with ÀSD S 1000DR standard continued;

hWorks in cooperation with Perm Engine Company went on to select after-sale service integrated system;

hTogether with Perm Engine Company it was decided to prepare operational documents in TG Builder system;

hThe system of aero and industrial gas turbine engines failure-free operation monitoring was implemented.

To improve the Company computer-aided preproduction planning system the following things were done:

ha new version of computer-aided process design system was developed and tested in trial operation. The system provides the following:- parallel study of technological processes in

departments of Development Plant;- technological processes digital approval;- storage of processes description in the integrated

digital archives;- data generation for the control sub-system;

ha concept of fulfillment the tasks of pre-production planning in Teamcenter system was developed;

ha process of form-generating tools designing in Teamcenter system was implemented;

hit was tried to perform pre-production planning based on application of part annotated models (PMI module);

hfunctional of postprocessors for HERMLE machining centers was expanded;

ha complex of work was performed aimed at information support of LANG tube bending machine commissioning applying electronic data interchange.

hâíåäðåíî â ýêñïëóàòàöèþ ïðîãðàììíîå îáåñïå-÷åíèå MS Project 2007 äëÿ óïðàâëåíèÿ ïðîåêòàìè â ñåòåâîì âàðèàíòå, ïðîâåäåíî îáó÷åíèå ðàáîòíè-êîâ ïðåäïðèÿòèÿ.

 2009 ãîäó áûëà îáåñïå÷åíà áåñïåðåáîéíàÿ ýêñ-ïëóàòàöèÿ è ðàñøèðåíèå ôóíêöèîíàëà êîìïëåêñíîé ÀÑÓ ïðåäïðèÿòèÿ – ñèñòåìû «Íàâèãàòîð». Âíåäðåíà â ïðîìûøëåííóþ ýêñïëóàòàöèþ ïîäñèñòåìà âåäåíèÿ òàáåëüíîãî ó÷åòà.

 îáëàñòè àâòîìàòèçàöèè ðàáîò ïî ïîääåðæêå çàêàç÷èêîâ â òå÷åíèå îò÷åòíîãî ïåðèîäà:hïðîäîëæàëèñü ðàáîòû ïî ñîçäàíèþ èíòåðàêòèâíûõ

ýëåêòðîííûõ òåõíè÷åñêèõ ðóêîâîäñòâ ïî ýêñïëóà-òàöèè â ñîîòâåòñòâèè ñî ñòàíäàðòîì ÀSD S 1000DR;

hïðîäîëæàëèñü ðàáîòû ñîâìåñòíî ñ ÎÀÎ «Ïåðì-ñêèé ìîòîðíûé çàâîä» ïî âûáîðó åäèíîé ýëåê-òðîííîé ñèñòåìû ïîñëåïðîäàæíîãî îáñëóæèâàíèÿ;

hñîâìåñòíî ñ ÎÀÎ «Ïåðìñêèé ìîòîðíûé çàâîä» ïðèíÿòî ðåøåíèå î ðàçðàáîòêå ýêñïëóàòàöèîííîé äîêóìåíòàöèè (ÝÄ) â ñèñòåìå TG Builder;

hâíåäðåíà ñèñòåìà ìîíèòîðèíãà ïîêàçàòåëåé áåçîò-êàçíîñòè äâèãàòåëåé äëÿ àâèàöèîííûõ ãàçîòóð-áèííûõ äâèãàòåëåé è ïðîìûøëåííûõ ãàçîòóðáèí-íûõ óñòàíîâîê.

 ðàìêàõ ñîâåðøåíñòâîâàíèÿ àâòîìàòèçèðîâàííûõ ñèñòåì òåõíîëîãè÷åñêîé ïîäãîòîâêè ïðîèçâîäñòâà (ÀÑÒÏÏ) ñäåëàíî ñëåäóþùåå:hðàçðàáîòàíà è îïðîáîâàíà â ðåæèìå îïûòíîé

ýêñïëóàòàöèè íîâàÿ âåðñèÿ àâòîìàòèçèðîâàííîé ñèñòåìû ïðîåêòèðîâàíèÿ òåõíîëîãè÷åñêèõ ïðîöåñ-ñîâ (ÑÀÏ-ÒÏ), îáåñïå÷èâàþùàÿ:- âåäåíèå ïàðàëëåëüíîé ðàçðàáîòêè òåõïðîöåññîâ â ïîäðàçäåëåíèÿõ îïûòíîãî çàâîäà;

- ýëåêòðîííîå ñîãëàñîâàíèå òåõïðîöåññîâ;- õðàíåíèå îïèñàíèé òåõíîëîãèé â åäèíîì ýëåê-òðîííîì àðõèâå;

- ôîðìèðîâàíèå äàííûõ äëÿ ïîäñèñòåìû óïðàâ-ëåíèÿ (ÀÑÓÏ);

hðàçðàáîòàíà êîíöåïöèÿ âåäåíèÿ çàäà÷ ÒÏÏ â ñðåäå Teamcenter;

hçàïóùåí ïðîöåññ ïðîåêòèðîâàíèÿ ôîðìîîáðàçóþ-ùåé îñíàñòêè â Teamcenter;

hîïðîáîâàíà òåõíîëîãèÿ âåäåíèÿ ðàáîò ïî ÒÏÏ íà áàçå èñïîëüçîâàíèÿ àííîòèðîâàííûõ ìîäåëåé äå-òàëè (ìîäóëü PMI);

hðàñøèðåí ôóíêöèîíàë ïîñòïðîöåññîðîâ äëÿ îáðà-áàòûâàþùèõ öåíòðîâ ôèðìû «HERMLE»;

hîñóùåñòâëåí êîìïëåêñ ðàáîò ïî èíôîðìàöèîííî-ìó îáåñïå÷åíèþ âíåäðåíèÿ òðóáîãèáî÷íîãî ñòàíêà ôèðìû LANG íà îñíîâå áåçáóìàæíîé òåõíîëîãèè.
