Utilisation

LEUROMIX est un agitateur flottant axe vertical,conu pour toutes les applications de mlange sansapport doxygne. Grce sa grande fiabilit,lEuromix assure une homognisation trs rapide etdonc cot rduit.

Principe de fonctionnementLe liquide est aspir la surface du bassin et refoulvers le fond. Le guide-flux de lEuromix permet decanaliser le fluide vers le fond du bassin et datteindre

des profondeurs importantes contrairement aux agi-tateurs flottants classique. Le flux torique ainsi crassure le mlange du liquide. Laxe gnrale du mlan-ge tant vertical, aucune direction nest privilgie, cequi vite la cration de zones mortes rencontresparfois avec les agitateurs immergs. Il empche ainsila sdimentation et la dcantation rapide dans lesbassins dhomognisation.

Construction

La construction de lEuromix allie des matriauxnobles (acier inox) et modernes (composites). Il secompose de :

Moteur Carcasse fonte, Isolation Classe F, Degr de protection IP 55, Peinture spciale pour atmosphre agressive, Joints dtanchit renforcs, Largement dimensionn FS = 1,15

Flotteur en polyesterLa structure, parfaitement tanche, est fabrique enmatriau composite et remplie de mousse polyurthane.

Use

The EUROMIX is a vertical floating mixer suitable forevery mixing application. The EUROMIX ensures an effi-cient homogenization in a short time and at low cost.

Operation

The liquid is sucked at the surface and is driven towardsthe bottom. With the flowguide of the EUROMIX it ispossible to direct the flow to the bottom of the tankand to reach considerable depths in comparison withother floating mixers.

The toroidal flow ensures the mixing of the liquid. As themixing is vertical, there is no blind zone as sometimewith immersed mixers.Moreover the EUROMIX prevents sedimentation andsetting in homogenization tanks.

Construction

The EUROMIX is made of corrosion resistant, modern(FRP, Polymers) and classic (stainless steel) material s.

It is composed of: Class F insulation, IP 55 enclosure, Specific painting for aggressive atmosphere, Oversized - service factor = 1,15

The polyester floatMade of glass reinforced polyester, it is completelywatertight, and filled with closed cells polyurethanefoam,
