DETAILED ITINERARY


DAY 1 – DUBAI

Description : Arrive Dubai after clearing your customs & immigration formalities, and transfer to your hotel (Official hotel check in time is 14.00 hours, earlier rooms are subject to availability). Evening we board the Dhow Cruise with Buffet Dinner. Overnight stay is at hotel. (Meals: Dinner in Cruise)


DAY 2 – DUBAI

Description : After breakfast, proceed for Panoramic Oriented City tour. The tour takes you on a contrast of the old and the new, a fascinating historical excursion. Our route takes you to some of Dubai’s beautiful landmarks, starting with the 150 year Old Al Fahidi Fort, now converted to Dubai Museum and Meena bazar, which holds a record of the past as an important trading Centre. We drive from here on to the other side of Dubai, called Deira Dubai and Spice Souk (Market).Finally get dazzled by glitters of the famous Gold Souk as we pass through passing modern palaces sprawled along the coast. See one of the modern architectural wonders, the Burj Al Arab (photo stop from Jumeriah Beach), pass the camel and horse racing track. Driving through the commercial area of Dubai, we pass the World Trade Centre. After reaching the Dubai Creek we are passing by bastakia where we can see the old wind – towered houses built by wealthy merchants. There after we proceed for one way Monorail Ride to Atlantis – The Palm.Afternoon we move to have once in a lifetime experience @ Desert Safari – across the desert of Dubai with several photo stops during an exciting dune bashing drive. The drive continues across the desert. We stop to watch the beautiful sunset before reaching our campsite where you can do optional activities like camel ride, sand boarding and try out a henna design on hand or feet. After working up an appetite enjoy a delicious dinner and shisha. While returning back, watch our Belly Dancer perform around the campfire. Overnight stay is at hotel. (Meals: Dinner in Safari)


DAY 3 – DUBAI

Description : After breakfast, morning is kept free for rest & leisure. Later we proceed to Dubai Mall for breathtaking bird eye view of the whole Dubai from Burj Khalifa – the tallest building in the world during non-peak hours. The Burj Khalifa skyscraper is a world class destination and the magnificent centerpiece of Downtown Dubai, Dubai’s new urban masterpiece. We proceed to Observation Deck – located on level 124 of the world’s tallest tower. This observatory is destined to be the highlight of any visit to the Middle East. After this we take you to. There after we return back to Hotel. Overnight stay is at hotel. (Meals: Dinner coupons for an Indian Restaurant)


DAY 4 – DUBAI

Description : After breakfast, day free for shopping or leisure activities on your own (Meals: Dinner at Indian Restaurant)


DAY 5 – DUBAI

Description : After breakfast, time free for some last minute shopping on your own. Later transfer to airport to board flight for Mumbai. Tour Ends on arrival with sweet and happy memories with Gem Tours. (Meals: Breakfast in hotel)

NOTES

• The cost is based on 12 people travelling together, however if the group size is less then additional supplement will be applicable .

• Currency Details:- the currency details in terms of Indian rupees, US dollar and Euro. Eg:- • 1 USD = 3.65 AED • 1 USD = 72.5 INR (APPROX.) • 1 AED = 19.5 INR (APPROX.) • 1 Water Bottle per person will be given on the day of City Tour (Dubai and Abu Dhabi City Tour). • Water is daily provided by the hotel, the guest can take that bottle if they need water during travelling. • Pick Up Time: The client has to come at the reporting place on time, as the tour is on SIC, so if one client is late, rest

all the guest has to suffer. Our transport will wait for a minimum of 05 mins and maximum of 15 mins. If guests do not arrive, than we will make the bus move to destination and guest have to reach the place on its own (by taxi or by metro).

• Coupons System: We will not provide any transfer for lunch / dinner when client have a day free. The guest has to walk their way to restaurant by their own. The distance of the restaurant is not more than 500 meters.

• Meal Preference: Guest has to pre-inform for meal preference (either Jain or Veg. meals). • For guest who are doing only Abu Dhabi City Tour, they have to wait outside Ferrari world. Driver • won’t take them for city tour when the remaining guests are inside Ferrari world. • If the guest does not want meals on certain days, they have to pre-inform us at least 1 day prior. Only then refund

for the meal will be considered/ or else it will be no show for that meals. • Final Itinerary will be handed over to client 4 day prior to departure. • Tour Manager / Company have full rights to shuffle final itinerary as per availability of services, as per climate

changes. • Dubai is very strict for clothes. Client should avoid wearing shorts, skirts, leggings, tight pants, sleeve less tops or

any bold clothes. Client should see to it that their body is fully covered. Head Scarf & full sleeves top is also compulsory for woman in Mosques. Swimming attire is compulsory for Aqua Venture & Lost Chambers


VISA REQUIREMENT

Description :

• Passport copies front and back , scanned copies , passport should be valid for minimum 6 months from the return date.

• Indian passport having valid USA visa gets visa on arrival by paying 120 AED on arrival

• USA passport holders get free visa on arrival

• Return ticket is required if visiting the country for tourist purpose

• OTB ( Okay to board ) will be needed to update for the passport having ECR ( Immigration check required )
