Scope of Works:- New pump house and control building along with all necessary civil, mechanical,

electrical, control, fire protection and instrumentation works to accommodate and operate fifteen pumps (4 VFD pumps, six future slots, (425 lps @ 55 meters head), and 4 fixed speed pumps and one future slot. (250 lps @ 40 meter head)).

- 4 new pre-stressed reservoirs each of 9 million gallon total capacity including all necessary works.

- Concrete boundary wall around the station, and guard house near the station entrance. - Construction of approximately 2.4 kilometers of new 1200 mm distillate transmission

pipelines and associated works chambers from interconnection point of existing distillate lines and up to inside of the new station.

- Construction of approximately 11.8 kilometer of new 600 mm and 11.4 kilometers of 900 mm, rising mains pipelines and associated works chambers from inside the new water station and up to interconnection points to existing and future pipelines.

- Construction of new automated tanker filling station (TFS) of 18 filling points.- Fiber optic cables parallel to new 1200 mm distillate transmission pipelines described

above.- Replacing old three fixed speed pumps inside Existing Wakra Water Station by new

higher capacities pumps, increase number of variable speed pumps and change associated electrical equipment’s and instruments.

- GTC299/ 2009 VO # 1 – Construction of the four Additional pre-stressed circular Reservoirs and the associated pipelines at Mesaimeer RPS
