Variateur K2 :Variateur grande plage (18 à 99mm). Accélération au démarrage amé-liorée (canon de 18mm de diamètre). Meilleure stabilité de fonction-nement grâce au travail sur les pentes et sur le ressort. Dimensions de galets 19 x 15,5 mm, surface d’appui augmentée, permet de réduire l’usure. Le ressort faible pression améliore le rendement de la trans-mission et diminue la température de fonctionnement de la cour-roie. Rampe avec revêtement spécial. Traitement de la joue mobile au nickel silicium. Livré avec 18 galets.

Variateur K1 :Très bonne stabilité de fonctionnement grâce au travail sur les pentes et sur la rampe. Traitement spécifique de la joue mobile au nickel silicium. Rapport performance/qualité/prix excellent.Livré avec 18 galets 16 x 13mm.

Ressort de variateur K1Le choix des matériaux, les dimensions, les différentes études et essais ont permis de fabriquer des ressorts garantissant une meil-leure stabilité de fonctionnement de la transmission. Ressort avec des pressions modérées pour éviter une perte trop importante de rendement. On diminue ainsi le pincement exagéré de la courroie et l’augmentation de la température. Différentes duretés disponibles suivant la configuration des moteurs.

Torque spring K1 :The choice of materials, dimensions, various studies and test al-lowed of making springs ensuring better stability of operation of the transmission. Spring with moderate pressure to avoid losing too much performance. This reduces the excessive clamping of the belt and the temperature increase of the variation. Different hardnesses available depending on the engine configuration.

ARTEK a développé un filtre type boîte à air. L’avantage de ce système est de posséder une chambre de tranquillisation (réserve d’air) qui permet d’améliorer le remplissage du moteur. La chambre est alimentée par 2 venturis. Elle est montée avec un 3ème venturi fermé qui peut être utilisé pour des configurations poussées.Ce filtre est compact 21 cm de large pour une hauteur de 12 cm, il est donc facile à placer. Dans sa version noire, il est très discret et peut remplacer avantageusement la boîte d’origine. Les autres cou-leurs mettent l’accent sur le côté Racing.Le niveau sonore est réduit par rapport à un filtre type cornet...Une mousse à l’intérieur de la boîte garantit un bon filtrage. La boîte est démontable. 3 adaptateurs sont livrés avec ce filtre pour un montage avec l’ensemble des carburateurs du marché, une entre-toise vous permet de fixer le filtre sur le moteur pour une meilleure stabilité.

SpecificationsAllumage K1 :Rotor interne avec éclairage 60w.Puissance 42 000 volts (2 étincelles par tour moteur). Avance va-riable analogique. Rotor très léger en aluminium et très bien équilibré.Bobine directe (pas de boîtier CDI). Calage au PMH, réglage simplifié !Connectique origine (facilité de montage).

Allumage K2 :Allumage digital. L’avantage du digital par rapport à l’analogique (allu-mage K1) est une meilleure précision dans le traitement de l’avance à l’allumage. Un calculateur fait varier l’avance de 40° pour obtenir le meilleur rendement sur la totalité de la plage moteur (utilisation d’une puce Eprom pour le calculateur). L’autre avantage du numé-rique est son insensibilité au parasitage, on conserve donc une va-leur d’étincelle stable. Calage simple (0,4 mm pour le K2).Sortie pour éclairage ou branchement pompe à eau.

L’amortisseur ARTEK K1 est une suspension de type oléopneuma-tique. Le ressort mécanique est remplacé par un piston double effet agissant sur de l’huile et sur du gaz. Ainsi sur les premiers cen-timètres de course, l’amortisseur sera très sensible donc un meilleur amortissement. Au fur et à mesure que celui-ci se comprime, l’effort nécessaire à la compression augmente, donc moins de risques de talonnement et une meilleure tenue de route.Ce modèle bénéficie d’un double guidage et d’un double laminage.Un piston double effet (= 2 pistons) freine la détente et la compres-sion, du fait du double laminage, on améliore ainsi le travail en dé-tente. Le guidage s’effectue en deux points, au niveau du porte-joint, et du piston qui comporte une bague de guidage, on augmente la longévité du vérin. Côté look, l’amortisseur Artek K1 dispose d’un design sobre et moderne. Il est proposé en plusieurs coloris.
