Today 30 Jan 2017, Sgt Ellement, who was posted to CFLRS as a MCpl in 2015and is ACCIS core, received the award of Instructorof the Year for CFLRS in Saint Jean. He received the award from LCol (hon) Pharrand, the CFLRS Honorary LCol. Sgt Ellement devotes himself fully to the mentorship, instruction and guidance of BMQ and BMOQ students. He promotes positive instruction through the use of transformational leadership and makes it his most important goal; to improve the candidates professional development. He is an Harassment Advisor and is bilingual, Sgt Ellement can diffuse a situation tactfully and professionally. He has instructed and mediated situations in both languages while employed at the school. Sgt Ellement ia also a pillar of the school, he has organised Adventure trg while upholding an high standard of instruction. Although Sgt element has only been promoted in the summer 2016, he as hold a Pl 2 IC job, responsible to manage up to 7 staff and 60 candidates. The well-being of the candidates relies heavily on the professionalism and competence of the Pl 2IC.
Aujourd'hui, 30 janvier 2017, le Sgt Ellement, qui a t affect EFRFC en tant que Cplc en 2015, a reu le prix d'instructeur de l'anne pour lELRFC Saint-Jean. Il a reu le prix du Lcol (hon.) Pharrand, Lcol honoraire du ELRFC. Le sgt Ellement se consacre entirement au mentorat, l'instruction et l'orientation des lves du QMB et de la BMOQ. Il favorise l'enseignement positif par le biais du leadership transformationnel et en fait son objectif le plus important; pour amliorer le dveloppement professionnel des candidats. Il est conseiller en harclement et est bilingue, le sgt Ellement peut maitriser une situation avec tact et professionnalisme. Il a instruit et mdiatis des situations dans les deux langues officielles alors qu'il tait employ l'cole. Sgt Ellement est galement un pilier de l'cole, il a organis une activit dentranement daventure tout en maintenant un niveau lev d'enseignement. Bien que le Sgt Ellement nait t promu qu lt 2016, il a occup un poste de second de pon, qui est responsable de grer jusqu' 7 instructeurs et 60 candidats. Le bien-tre des candidats repose largement sur le professionnalisme et la comptence de ces seconds de pon.
