'ere #e #ill tae an interest closer to people$(igration is a topic that arouses the interest astoday nearly t#o hundreds million people aremigrants$ We can easily as ourselves #hatdrives people to leave their country to go and livein another country ?

In order to illustrate the notion& I have chosen )examples$

Well this image has become the symbol o!(editerranean crisis$ Since ) and an hal! years acivil #ar has started in Syria : those #ho are loyalto president -ashar<al<assad against the anti<government opposants$ 6his #ar has caused thedeath o! many people and since terrorists have



/oined the con+ict the #ar has become morea#!ul$ 6he people #ho survived are a!raid andnervous because anything can happen to them$

In this big country people have tried to go inmore peace!ul areas but their lives and the liveso! their children are in /eopardy$ 6hat’s #hypeople decided to +ee to ,urope #here there ismore security !or their !amilies$ 6his live<savingdecision has created a real business$ Indeed &some people buy a cheap and o!ten damage boatto mae people leave& because syria is not very!rom ,urope coast$ =! course they don’t do that!or !ree they mae people pay a lot o! moneybet#een 0 thousand and 3 thousand euros perperson$ ,ven i! people living in #ar are not veryrich they’re using all their savings to go in this

6here is another type o! migration and to explainthat i’m not going to use a document but a realstory o! someone I no#$ So this man #as born ina poor !amily in 7uinee& he #as the only boy in is!amily$ 'is !ather died #hen he #as young so heeventually had to tae care o! all his !amily$ In

this small village there #asn’t any /ob expectmaybe !armer and he #asn’t prepared !or thisind o! #or$ %s he ne# someone in .otonou hedecided to go and "nd #or to help his motherand sisters$

-ut in .otonou he didn’t "nd anything to do as he

never #ent to school exept very lo#<paid /ob$ 'edidn’t have enough money to send some a#ay&and his mother #as very sic$ =ne o! his !riendadvise him to as a visa to go in %merica or*rance but his "le #as re/ected several times$ Sohe decided that he #as going to marry a girl #hoalready got the green card$ 6he girl came in.otonou and accompagned him to the ambassy&they didn’t no# that an man #as going to asthem questions& but he did and they !ailed thetest$ So his "le #as re/ected !orever$ *e# yearslater as his !amily became poorer and poorer hestarted saving up to go to Syria and try crossing$

When he arrived in Syria he had to #or !or a



year and #as considered as a slave$ -ut he #asdetermined& so #hen the money #as complete he#ent to see the men and the day a!ter he #as in

Italy$ 6here he managed to go in *rance #here hene# some people$ 'e applied !or asylum and#as given papers& he started to #or in arestaurant and #as going to college at the sametime$ %s he #as living in a !riend’s house hequicly sent money to his mother nearly 1hundreds euros per month and changed the li!eo! his !amily$

6his story highlights the ; reason #hy peopleleave their country #hich is poverty$

6he last reason i #ill tal about is also a sub/ect

When a people is touched by this ind o! eventthey /ust lose everything& some lose their entire!amily others lose their house& all their

belongings$ %nd it is really hard to /ust move on&that’s #hy o!ten a!ter natural disasters peopledecide to leave$ Some o! them because theydon’t have anyting to live& some others becausethey can’t support the memory o! the event$ %ndto !orget it they need to go a#ay$ In haiti !orexample a!ter the eartquae& the governmentcouldn’t rebuild everything and still today entireneighborhood are destroyed$

6his last reason to leave nobody can do anythingexept trying to do our best about climate changei! #e #ant to prevent our lives$

We tal about some negatives reasons #hypeople leave$ -ut let’s eep in mind that somepeople leave their country to discover ne# thingsand ne# countries& but they are not some manycompared to the others$

We can eventually say that there is a lot o!reasons that drives people to leave theircountries to go live else#here and it is o!tenmisery& poverty& #ar that mae a lot o! people
