Vessel

• Type: ISO 668 IDX - 10’ Long x 8’ Wide x 8’ High.• Material: BS4360 Grade 50D or equivalent RHS , dimension

ally to meet ISO 668 and 1161 requirements. Load transfer zones fitted.

• Walkways: 400mm wide ‘Q’ grating walkway sections fitted on each longitudinal side complete with transverse sections to front and rear of manlid spill tray.

• Ladder: Ladder fitted to rear end of tank container frame complete with grab handle on end frame. Rungs fitted with Scotgrip, attached with stainless steel rivets to rungs.

• Earthing: One stainless steel earth spade fitted to tank frame adjacent to the outlet, and one on opposite side of frame.

• Joining Plates: Each Tank can be fitted with plates for bolting 2 tanks together for transportation empty condition as a standard 20ft ISO unit.

• Lifting Lugs: Top of framework fitted with 4-off lifting lugs suitable for use with 8.5t bow shackles. Pin dia. 28mm.

• Sling assembly: Tank supplied with suitable offshore lifting slings.• Fork Pockets: 1-off set of fork pockets 120mm x 400mm.• Lashing lugs: 4-off D-ring lashing lugs welded to frame and

painted yellow.• N.D.E: Inspection of structural framework welds in accordance

with DNV requirements.

FrameGeneral

• Safety Relief valve: 1 x 3” Fort Vale Gas relief valve set at 20.4 bar.

• Manlid: 500mm dia. Flat-bolted manlid.• Gas Line: 2” Fort Vale internal safety valve with 2”

ball valve, c/w 1.25” ACME connector. • Liquid Line: 2” Fort Vale internal safety valve with 2”

ball valve, c/w 1.25” ACME connector. • Spill Trays: Spill tray around manlid and relief valve.

Surround condtructed of steel complete with stub pipes.

• Document Holder: Plastic document holder fitted to rear

end frame.

External Corrosion Protection

• Data Plates: Consolidated Data Plate, customs plate, calibration decal. Plate for attaching data plates welded to frame.

• Statutory Decals: Supplied and fitted.• Serial numbers: Serial numbers welded to tank frame in

60mm-high letters.

Marking

• Shotblast: SA 2.5 to Framework.• Carbon Steel and framework: One coat Leighs C425 primer to 150microns DFT.
