Words, grammar, and language have long been my passion. I have been involved in the enhancement of writing through editing since I was in college.
My editing experience includes academic papers, articles, blogs, books, brochures, correspondence, essays, newsletters, and websites. Due to my years spent abroad, I am proficient at editing the work of non-native English speakers.

Abundant Life Church–Grapevine, TX 2013-2015 Editing for Abundant Life Church, I have done everything from fact-checking, proofreading, light copyediting, and substantive editing to creating and implementing original content for their newsletter, website, correspondence, flyers, and brochures.
Missionary–Bucharest & Cluj, Romania 1993-2002 I coordinated the collection and distribution of humanitarian supplies to orphanages and hospitals and served with a missionary team in church planting and establishing a youth camp. An aspect of my role in Romania included editing correspondence, newsletters, and reports.
US Congressman Ray Thornton–1st District, Arkansas 1991-1992 As a Constituent Representative in the Congressman’s district office in Arkansas, I worked with the Congressional Liaisons for Veterans Affairs and Immigration in Washington to assist constituents with a broad range of issues.
Partners In Progress–Little Rock, Arkansas 1987-1992 Prior to working with PIP in Romania, I edited their correspondence, brochures, and newsletters for their US headquarters.
