Abstract

This study revolves around equality and justice of the financial

exchanges of contracts, as it ensure their role in the stability of

markets, avoidance of exploitation and economical crisis which

inflict the individual, the group, the state and the human

community as a whole, the scientific accuracy enforces that

there s a definition of the previously formulated contracts

especially on the behalf of the consumers and small traders,

being the weakest link on the chain.

This study stresses the principle of equality in handling any

contract in a way which forbid inequity.

This study clarify the rules that govern these contracts on the

bases of equality to the highest extend.
