The robust probe handle which

fits comfortably in your hand

probe has a quick connection

function ensuring that all gas

paths are connected correctly.

The particle filter accommodated

in the handle blocks out particles

efficiently. Additionally, the probes

Maintenance and monitoring

work on the most diverse

more effective, since the zeroing

of the gas and draught sensors

can be carried out directly in the

flue.

The following time-consuming

work steps, which up to now

were necessary for zeroing, are

now superfluous:

• Probe removal

• Sensor zeroing

• Re-positioning of the probe in

the flue

Instead, the probe can remain in

the flue for each zeroing, whether

for gas or draught zeroing, and

be conveniently zeroed from the

testo 330.

With the development of the new

longlife sensors, Testo have once

The O2

Longlife sensor

distinguishes itself from the

standard sensor through its even

more robust design, an improved

diffusion barrier for the protection

of the anode material, and a

lead-free metal alloy. This makes

it not only longer living but also

evironmentally more friendly.

An additional feature of the new

CO Longlife sensor is also the

exchangeable NO filter.

The robust probe handle which

fits comfortably in your hand

facilitates easy positioning. The

probe has a quick connection

function ensuring that all gas

paths are connected correctly.

The particle filter accommodated

in the handle blocks out particles

efficiently. Additionally, the probes

require little or no maintenance

and are easy to clean. Different

lengths and diameters ensure a

high flexibility level for all

applications. When changing the

probe, the probe shaft is simply

attached to the probe handle and

The gas leak detection probe

which can be attached to the

analyser also has a user-defined

alarm limit. A warning signal is

triggered if the limit is exceeded.

The probe is also recognised

automatically and the results are

shown in a trend graph in their

own menu.

The robust probe handle which

fits nicely in your hand facilitates

quick connection function

ensuring that all gas paths are

own measurement cells is now

more than three years. The Testo

design eliminates the formation of

condensate in the actual

measurement cell. This and the

special design of the gas paths in

the instrument combined with the

position of the condensate trap

prevent blockages and increases

service life considerably. The

design layout of the gas paths

and an additional filter mean that

the gas pump is protected thus

increasing service life. The lithium

ion rechargeable batteries – free

from the memory effect and total

discharge - are currently

unbeatable in terms of service

life. The service life of the

rechargeable battery is more than

six hours when the pump is

operating.

Highest availability andlong life of wearing parts

as the structuring of customer

and measurement data can be

carried out according to

postcode, town, street, name or

system number. The new testo

330 also has a USB interface as

well as built-in IRDA interface.

This makes it possible to transmit

the results to the corresponding

branch software.

rechargeable batteries can be

recharged outside the instrument

as well in the instrument. The

lithium ion rechargeable battery is

very compact and can be quickly

and easily changed.

When changing probes - by

quickly and simply attaching the

probe or probe shaft - the

analyser can automatically

menu appears immediately. The

probe can remain positioned in

the flue during the zero phase of

seconds. Fuel, for example, can

The service cover, which can be

easily removed without any tools,

makes for easy care and

maintenance of the instrument.

Changing the lithium ion

rechargeable battery and

measurement cell could not be

easier. Since the calibration data

is saved in the measurement cell,

it can be changed in compliance

with TÜV without the need for

sample gas calibration. The

condensate trap is easy to

access and to empty. It is located

just in front of the measurement

cell in the housing.

The new, very robust quick probe

connection for all gas paths

eliminates any confusion. The

single cable cannot be bent, is

indestructible and saves space.

The menu-driven operational

procedures – in accordance with

standards – help you to avoid

errors and save you time. The

very large, backlit display is a

perfect additional aid. The size of

the display means you can switch

from four to eight parameters.

More convenience anduser-friendliness

The particle filter absorbs

contaminants at the points where

they occur. For this reason, the

filter cartridge is located in the

probe handle for easy access.

For applications in extreme

conditions, such as highly

contaminated burners, Testo’s

patented technology guarantees

30,000 ppm. The measurement

The robust probe handle which

fits nicely in your hand facilitates

easy positioning. The probe has a

quick connection function

ensuring that all gas paths are

connected while at the same time

eliminating any confusion. The

particle filter accommodated in

the handle blocks out particles

efficiently. Additionally, the probes

require little or no maintenance

and are easy to clean. Different

lengths and diameters ensure a

high flexibility level for all

applications. When changing the

probe, the probe shaft is simply

attached to the probe handle and

clicks into place. The multi-hole

and dual wall clearance probe

round off our wide range of flue

gas probes. The ambient CO

probe as well as the CO2 probe

are recognised automatically by

the analyser and the

measurement results immediately

appear in their own graphically

supported menu. Furthermore,

the user-defined alarm limit is

coupled with an audible signal.

Measurements can be carried out

in their entirety simultaneously

with flue gas measurement. The

gas leak protection probe which

can be attached to the analyser

also has a user-defined alarm

limit. A warning signal is triggered

if the limit is exceeded. The probe

is also recognised automatically

and the results are shown in a

trend graph in their own menu.
