The project is the relocation for 7 agencies working in the region «Ile de France» on the environment in a new office building called: City regionalenvironmental

To match the values that carries a settlement environment we focused our work on finding constructiveprinciples revealing possible ecological transition in the building. For the same level of comfort, the use of bio-based materials such as wood, compressed straw panels and components after the recovery is an alternative that renews theperceptionofofficeequipment.

As part of the HUGO-PERI heritage operation, the SEMISO acquired a dilapidated building and today performs major renovation to sustain housing in the area and maintain the industrial character. Recognition specificitiesand quality construction allows 30 years to rehire construction methods. The main objective is to reduce energy consumption by 7 (label G to B) with a goal of Cep 100kWhep/m/an equivalent BBC renovation. All building components have been designed to consider its reuse in the future construction. The typology of apartments has been optimized to achieve the comfort of contemporary social housing.

The AZIMUT Group allocated hotels over 2 continents (“ Berlin - Wladiwostok”), the existing buildings were constructed at different times, thus itwasagreatchallengetofindanoveralltheme, which connects everything. The challenge was to give each hotel his own identity, which relates to the continent/culture and could be easily understood. Each hotel is individual and represents at the same time the worldwide Azimuth “ look& feel”.

The result: We created a concept, which fits all hotels and is thenindividually adapable.

... provides calm and intimicy

The exigence was to create a clear, bright space without “bells and whistles”, at the same time it should offer a feeling of security/ homelike feeling.

The answer is sleek forms, harmonious, neutral colors and clear space geometry.

The Design itself is very sleek and simple yet multifaceted, each guest will discover the hotel step by step, and will be surprised by new areas and facilities.

The Design of each AZIMUT Hotel is always well-balanced and consistent (harmonised). Straight lines and ele-ments create the visual connections and spacial qualities, it makes it easier forthegueststofindtheirwayaround.There is no difference if you are in Ber-lin, Moscow or Salzburg, everything seems familiar. Thanks to one unique design, one remains all and all provide reliability and a garantee of quality to reflectthebrandAZIMUTphilosophy.

In territory of the former weaving mill «Danilovsky manufactory» the loft-hotelfirstinacityhasopened.Thehotel belongs to network AZIMUT Ho-tels and has settled down in territory of the whole loft-quarter which has kept the historical name and shape. Five-floorbuildingAZIMUTMoscowTulska-ya Hotel from a red brick - the former inhabited case of a manufactory of 1867 - has been carefully reconstruct-ed and adapted under hotel.

AZIMUT HOTEL S.PETERSBURG “WEST WING”

Azimut Hotel in San Petersburg is split in two different hotels “East wing” and “West Wing” with almost 500 rooms each.

The Public spaces are divided in two different areas to preserve the guest´s privacy. For this reason “Lob-by / Reception area” is divided to the “Restaurant / Breakfast area” with a glass partition wall that permit the vis-ibility of whole hotel throught the lobby area, from the reception to the restau-rant area.

In an extraordinary look, surrounded by the venerable facade of the Städel Art Museum, was opened in 1999 and reopened the Holbein’s 2012 with new gastronomic concept and newly developed interior.

Situated in the city centre not far away from the Central Station the goal was to project a simple and elegant sushi / lounge bar in the basement of the Städel Art Museum.

We decided to create an elegant spaces using wood material and creating minimal furnitures for the bar. The use of this wall covering permit to focalize the attention on the bar, where the design develops itself on the rest of the space, where the chef and his creativity become the real attraction for the guests

The general idea for the conception of the Klyachin family apartment in Moscow is to create an open living space with a loft atmosphere. The central living space disposes of a double ceiling height. The kitchen and dining space are moved to the left wing. Thereby the kitchen is connected directly to the utility spaceandallowstocreateaefficientlifeandworkflow.

Private commission for preliminary and construction design of a sport cen-tre, including design of outdoor sport-ing facilities and building for adminis-tration and club activities.

I followed and worked hands-on on every step of the design, form plans layout to technical installations, cost estimates and energy consumption calculations.

The main challenge has been tak-ing the 2,2 Mil. porject that such a fa-cility would normally require in an 1,5 Mil. solution, keeping architectural and urban qualities while respecting the tight program.

On the aftermath on the quake in L´Aquila, a number of competition were held to address the emergency issues. Origami represents the ideal starting point of the recostruction por-cess, as through a purely immaterial asset (the technique of folding and the will to make it happen) the blank slate of a square scrap of paper is given shape and function.
