2021 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Mandatory Exact Quantities of Decorated Products

• We take every reasonable measure to deliver

• the quantities as ordered.

• In case of surplus or shortage in production,

• ATTRACTION INC. reserves the right to deliver and

• charge ± 5%, and the order will be considered complete.

• Exact orders can be produced, if specifically requested

• by the client when confirming the order. A surcharge

• applies.

Responsibility

• For shipments to a third party, the paying customer

• is responsible for verifying quantities, quality and

• accuracy of the delivered products before any decoration

• is added or modifications are made.

• We do not accept responsibility for decoration errors

• made by a third party.

Returns and Claims

• No return or claim will be accepted without a Return

• Authorization number (RA#) previously provided

• by ATTRACTION INC.

• All claims/returns must be made within 10 days

• of order’s delivery date.

Availability of Goods/Variations

• ATTRACTION INC. reserves the right to modify or discontinue

• styles, colours, sizes or fabrics without notice.

• Due to variations in hue and limitations of the printing

• processes, small differences can be detected between

• the colour pictured in our promotional tools (catalogue,

• website, etc.) and the actual colour, or between

• different order batches.

• Due to the colour calibration which differs from one

• computer screen to another, the colour appearance

• of a virtual mock-up may vary from the final product.

• ATTRACTION INC. reserves the right to limit quantities

• and/or change its policies without notice.

Prices

• ATTRACTION INC. reserves the right to change

• prices without notice.

• The prices are based on the quantity ordered, per style.

• Styles cannot be combined to reach a higher quantity level.

• Orders are accepted based on prices in effect when

• the order is received, or on prices indicated on the

• project’s last valid quote.

• Applicable taxes and shipping costs are always extra.

Minimums

Decorated apparel

• Total value: $700 per order

• 36 units per decoration

• 12 units/style/colour

Blank apparel

• No minimum

Cancellation or Modifications to an Order

• No cancellation or modification will be accepted without

• prior approval from ATTRACTION INC.

• The customer will be charged for any work started prior

•to cancellation or modification of an order.

Decorated Pre-Production Samples

• When required, pre-production samples are available;

• fees will apply.

• Pre-production samples are non-returnable.

Production Lead Time

• Due to supply chain & covid-19 interruptions,

• please expect longer delivery lead times.

Packaging, Folding, Hang Tags and Woven Labels

• Apparel delivered half-folded, in bundles of 12 units per colour

• and in boxes of approximately 30 lbs.

• Packaging, hang tags, special labels, individual folding

• and bagging are available; fees and minimums apply.

Delivery

• The garments are shipped FOB Lac-Drolet by LOOMIS EXPRESS

• or any other appointed carrier.

• If another carrier is required, it must be specified when the

• order is issued by the customer (additional delays may apply).

• ATTRACTION INC. cannot be held responsible for delivery

• delays due to circumstances beyond its control.

Retours et réclamations

• Aucun retour ou réclamation ne sera accepté sans

• numéro d’autorisation de retour (no RA), préalablement

• fourni par ATTRACTION INC.

• Tout retour ou réclamation doit être fait dans • les 10 jours suivant la date de réception de la marchandise.

• Tout travail amorcé avant l’annulation ou la modification

• d’une commande sera facturé au client.

Échantillons de pré-production identifiés

• Lorsque requis, un échantillon de pré-production

• sera remis moyennant des frais.

• Les échantillons de pré-production ne peuvent être retournés.

Délais de production

• En raison des interruptions de la chaîne d’approvisionnement

• et de la Covid-19, veuillez prévoir des délais de livraison

• plus longs.

Emballage, pliage, étiquettes cartonnées et étiquettes tissées

• Vêtements livrés semi-pliés, en paquets de 12 unités,

• dans des boîtes d’environ 30 lb.

• Emballage spécial, étiquettes cartonnées, étiquetage

• spécial ainsi que services de pliage et d’ensachage individuel

• offerts; des frais et des minimums s’appliquent.

Livraison • Les marchandises sont expédiées FAB Lac-Drolet par la

• compagnie LOOMIS EXPRESS ou tout autre transporteur attitré.

• Si un autre transporteur est requis, le client devra le préciser

• lors de la confirmation de la commande. Des délais

• supplémentaires peuvent s’appliquer.
