Questo prodotto è costruito in con-formità alle norme in materia di si-curezza sia nazionali che europee.Questo tipo di torri può raggiunge-re una portata massima di 60 kN per stelo, ovvero 240 kN per la torre com-pleta.

Les tours TAF constituent une solution simple et économique pour l’armement d’œuvres en hauteur. Elles sont faciles à monter et elles ont des grandes ca-ractéristiques mécaniques.

Indiqués pour la réalisation de passa-ges souterraines, coussinets, viaducs, et dalles de grand épaisseur. Le poids de chaque élément ne dépasse jamais les 10 kg.

Les tours sont associé aux poutres en bois H20 pour réaliser le voligeage primaire et secondaire. La surface de est réalisée avec des plancheurs jaunes multicouches de 27 mm.

Ce produit est construit en confor-mité avec les normes en matière de sécurité soit nationaux qu’Européen-nes.

Ce type de tour peut arriver à une portée maximale de 60 kN pour tige, soit 240 kN pour la tour assemblée.

TAF towers represent an easy and eco-nomic solution for arming works at high altitude. They are easy to assembly and have high mechanical characteristics.

Perfect to realise underpass, pulvinos, viaducts and very thick slabs. Each ele-ment is never heavier than 10 Kg.

Towers are coupled to wooden H20 beams to realise the primary and secon-dary frame. The surface is realised with yellow plywood planks 27mm thick.

This type of tower can reach a max ca-pacity load of 60 kN per rod, meaning 240 kN for the full tower.

Sono semplici da montare e hanno elevate caratteristi-che meccaniche.Adatta per la realizzazione di sotto-passi, condotte scatolari, pulvini, via-dotti, e solette di grosso spessore. Il peso di ciascun elemento non supera i 10 kg.Le torri sono abbinata alle travi in le-gno H20 per realizzare l’orditura primaria e secondaria. La super�cie controgetto è realizzata con tavaolato giallo multistrato da 27 mm. This product has been designed in

Le Torri possono essere composte in tre configurazioni:- con telai torre 150x75- con telai torre 150x100- con telai misti 150x75 e 150x100

Le torri si montano rapidamente senza l’ausilio di bulloni e altri accessori.

I telai che compongono la torre sono rinforzati da diagonali in esso incor-porate. Il montaggio grazie allo spinotto avviene esclusivamente attraverso l’innesto in sequenza rapida dei vari componenti, in questo modo le stilate risultano essere perfettamente alline-ate.

Towers are built quickly and needing no bolts nor any extra accessory.

There is no need for particular calcu-lations too, as the system has capacity tables in its standard applications. The system can be defined quick, light and with high capacity stan-dards.

The frames composing the tower are reinforced by diagonal braces incorpo-rated in it.

Thanks to the pin, the tower is assem-bled exclusively through the insertion in quick sequence of all the components, in a way that all of them are aligned.

The necessary elements to assembly are:1) Tower sub frame 150 x 75 H2) Tower sub frame 150 x 100 H3) Tower diagonal brace 150 x 150 cm4) Tower connector 150 cm5) Adjustable fork for TAF towers6) Adjustable 50 cm base for TAF towers.

The bases and the fork allow the height adjustment up to 70 cm (35 + 35), the connector elements and the diagonal braces limit the eventual rotations due to the loads.

Les tours se montent rapidement sans besoin ni de boulons ni d’autres acces-soires.

Grâce à la clavette, le montage se fait exclusivement à travers l’insertion en rapide séquence des composants, en garantissant un parfait alignement.

Les socles et la fourche porte-poutres permettent le réglage en hauteur jusqu’à 70 cm (35 + 35), les éléments de raccord et la diagonale limitent les éventuelles rotations dû aux charges.

Non sono necessari calcoli particolari visto che il sistema nelle sue applicazioni standard è corredato di tabelle di portata.Il sistema si può de�nire rapido, veloce, leggero e con alte caratteristiche di portata.

Le strutture di sostegno MULTICOM sono realizzate con elementi standard e risultano in molte situazioni più van-taggiose rispetto ai sistemi tradiziona-li di puntellazione.

Le strutture di sostegno sono state standardizzate per getti con altezze fino a 30 m e possono essere utilizza-te per getti di ponti, viadotti e getti orizzontali in genere.

La semplicità d’uso e di montaggio permette la formazione di strutture di a geometria variabile e getti anche con spessori di soletta rilevanti. Infat-ti le strutture di sostegno MULTICOM con modularità verticale e orizzontale di 50cm (esclusa la regolazione delle basette e delle teste ad albero regola-bile) e con portate variabili da 30kn a 50kn per stelo possono essere confi-gurate in base alle dimesioni del getto e alla geometria della pianta e sono movimentabili con l’ausilio di men-sole rovesce e ruote piroettanti senza essere smontate.E’ inoltre possibile aggiungere scale alla struttura per un accesso agevola-to alla cima.

La semplicité d’usage et de montage permet la formation de structures à géométrie variable et coulée avec dal-les à épaisseur important. Au fait, les structures de soutien MULTICOM avec modularité verticale ou horizontale de 50 cm (exclus la régulation des em-bases et des tête à arbre réglables) et avec portées variables de 30 kN à 50 kN chaque tige peuvent être configurées par rapport aux dimensions de la coulée et à la géométrie du plan et peuvent être bougées grâce à l’utilisation de consoles au contraire avec roues pirouettantes sans être démantelées. En outre il est possible d’ajouter des escaliers à la structure pour un accès plus facile à la sommité.

Questo tipo di torre, infatti, ha una portata massima di 800 kN, ed è rea-lizzato con i componenti del ponteg-gio multi direzionale MULTICOM in abbinamento ad accessori realizzati appositamente per questo sistema.

La praticità e la versatilità dello stile MULTICOM, associate alla portata ele-vata di questo sistema, consentono una realizzazione agevolata di getto in quota per ogni tipo di carico.

Le torri TC 80 sono torri di sostegno robuste, versatili e facili da montare, e raggiungono una portata massima di 80 kN.

Il sistema garantisce flessibilità grazie ai diversi passi (100 / 150 / 200 / 250) e alle diverse altezze degli elementi(50 / 100 / 150 cm), realizzati in acciaio zin- cato e quindi leggeri e resistenti.

Queste torri sono ideali per la proget-tazione e la messa in opera di ponti, solai per parcheggi e in genere per l’edilizia infrastrutturale e industriale.
