14.00 Meet at the clock tower for a leisurely Coastal Walk to Ramsgate (3km). Explore this busy maritime centre with its Royal harbour, many cafes and fine architecture.

20.00 Meet at KSE for a fun Games Evening from Nintendo Wii to Twister and Jenga

Tue 09.00 Class

14.00 Meet next to the children's playground in Pierremont Park for the KSE Observation Quiz. Find your way around town answering questions as you go. Please remember your pens. Meet back in Pierremont Park and then a Video at KSE.

20.00 Meet at Cramptons at the top of the High Street near the Station for the KSE Disco. Dance to the latest hits. Make new friends. Lots of fun and exercise.

Wed 09.00 Class

13.15 Meet at Vere Road for a visit to Canterbury. We’ll go on a walk round the famous sights, leaving time for an optional paying Cathedral visit (£6.50) and shopping. Meet back at 17.00 for the return to Broadstairs and evening meal with your family.

20.00 Meet at Queens Road Baptist Church on Queens Road for a Karaoke evening. Your chance to sing like the stars in your very own version of the X Factor. Who will you be tonight?!!

Thu 09.00 Class

14.00 Meet at Wellesley House to choose from a selection of activities and Options that your teacher will tell you about in class. It depends on the weather but it could be football, volleyball, tennis, arts and crafts, drama, table tennis, basketball or swimming.

19.40 Meet at the Palace Cinema in Harbour Street to see the latest film.

Sat 08:00 Meet at Vere Road for a London visit. City-centre guided walk finishing at Covent Garden and leaving time for your own visits. Meet back for return departure at 17.00 and evening meal with your family. Please ask your host family for a packed lunch. Students under 18 are not allowed out after this activity.

20.00 Meet at Wellesley House for the KSE Barn Dance. Traditional country dancing with a professional caller and live band. Lots of exercise and laughs. Practise your “two hand swings” & “dosie-doe.”
