On na plus la matrice identit habituelle. Ide : On fait apparatre une matrice identit en
ajoutant aux contraintes qui en ont besoin une variable artificielle, avec un coefficient 1.

Mthode des deux phases :
Phase 1 : On ignore la vraie fonction objectif et on cherche minimiser la somme des variables artificielles.
Phase 2 : Consiste liminer du dernier tableau de la phase 1 les colonnes des V.A, remplacer la ligne Z par la vraie fonction objectif, et continuer le simplexe sur le tableau obtenu.
