• Problèmes actuels:

• Rattachement de la publication à un seul laboratoire

• Noms d’auteurs ambigus

• Interface de gestion de fulltexts peu claire, notamment au niveau des droits

• Absence de réelle gestion des documents annexes (mesures, graphiques, ...)

• Demandes des utilisateurs:

• Aide à la saisie des données lorsque la publication se trouve déjà dans une autre base (ArXiv, PubMed, ...)

• Aide à la compréhension des politiques d’archivage (ai-je le droit de placer le preprint?)

• Nouveaux types de documents (Video, photo, carte, ...)

• Des textes indiquant la possibilité de rendre les fulltexts visibles doivent être rédigés. Comment rendre le message percutant?

• Quels types de fulltext accepter?

• La bibliothèque trouve des textes incitant au dépôt des fulltexts

• Le texte devrait être plus gros et plus visible que sur les esquisses présentées.



Prochaine séance

• Une séance vers la mi-septembre serait utile. Il s’agirait a priori de:

• revoir et valider les interfaces (non-fonctionnelles) développées;

• valider un texte pour la licence d’utilisateur;

• discuter de l’import des données du DAR effectué au mois d’août.



• La prochaine séance aura lieu le 15 septembre à 10h00

• BDP regarde si d’autres bases de référence sont à ajouter

• BDP regarde la partie juridique concernant la protection des auteurs sur les violations de copyright

• GF et PM évaluent la taille que pourraient atteindre les fichiers (fulltexts et reproducable science)
