Formule « emplacement » Location de 12 h à 12 hToute journée entamée est due et entraînera la redevance de la journée à venir. L'installation doit se faire à l'emplacement indiqué par le gestionnaire et conformément à ses directives. Si vous retardez votre arrivée sans nous en aviser, la place sera réattribuée à partir de 12 h lelendemain de votre arrivée initiale.Règlement du séjour : le solde est réglé à l’arrivée dans sa totalité (carte bancaire, chèques vacances ou espèces uniquement).En cas de départ anticipé, le montant global sera conservé et l’emplacement reviendra de droit au gestionnaire du camping.Type de paiement : chèque / chèques vacances / mandat postal / carte bancaire / virement (frais de banque à la charge du client) / espècesCaution : une caution de 25 € pour le badge d’accès et 5 € par personne pour le bracelet de contrôle vous sera demandée à l’arrivée. Elle sera intégralement restituée à la fin du séjour.

Formule « hébergement locatif »La location se fait durant la haute saison par périodes hebdomadaires du samedi ou du mercredi à partir de 16 h au samedi ou mercredisuivant à 10 h au plus tard (encas d'arrivée après 19 h, prière d'informer la réception). Les clés des diverses locations seront remises au locataire à son arrivée au bureau d'accueil, sur présentation de la confirmation de réservation. Si vous retardez votre arrivée sans nous enaviser, la location sera réattribuée à partir de 10 h le lendemain de votre arrivée initiale.Règlement du séjour : le solde (montant total du séjour moins l'acompte) doit être réglé au moins 30 jours avant la date prévue d'arrivée,faute de quoi la réservation pourra être considérée comme annulée et l'acompte conservé. Si votre réservation intervient dans le mois de votreséjour, vous réglerez la totalité du montant de votre séjour lors de la réservation.Type de paiement : chèque / chèques vacances / mandat postal / carte bancaire / virement (frais de banque à la charge du client) / espècesCaution : le matériel de chaque location fait l'objet d'un inventaire. Pour éviter toute contestation, le locataire voudra bien contrôler et signalerau bureau d'accueil, avant le lendemain matin, toute anomalie. Une caution de 200 € vous sera demandée à l'arrivée. • du réservataire ou toute autre personne mentionnée expressément au contrat de réservation,• de leur conjoint (ou toute personne vivant maritalement sous le même toit),• de leurs ascendants ou descendants en ligne directe,• de leurs frères ou sœurs, de leurs gendres ou belles filles,• de leurs neveux ou nièces (en cas de décès uniquement),• de leur remplaçant dans le cadre d'une profession libérale

(à la condition que le remplacement ait été prévu avant la souscription de la garantie).b - Dommages importants causés aux locaux du réservataire qu'il s'agisse d'un local professionnel ou privé, d'une résidence principale ou secon-

daire et ce, par suite d'incendie, d'explosion, dégâts des eaux ou vol, survenant dans les 48 heures précédant le début du séjour ou pendantle séjour et nécessitant la remise en état des locaux et la présence sur place du réservataire pendant la période du séjour initialement prévu.

c - Dommages graves affectant le véhicule du réservataire suite à un accident et survenant dans les 48 heures précédant le départ et empêchantl'Assuré de l'utiliser.

d - Modification des dates de congés, imposée au réservataire par l'employeur, survenant après la réservation du séjour et affectant la périodede séjour.

e - Licenciement du réservataire (ou de son conjoint) sous réserve que la convocation à l'entretien préalable soit postérieure à la réservation du séjour.

f - Mutation du réservataire (ou de son conjoint), à l'initiative de l'employeur, impliquant un changement de domicile, à la condition expresse quela notification soit postérieure à la réservation du séjour.

g - Barrages ou grèves dûment justifiés, ne permettant pas au réservataire de se rendre sur les lieux du séjour par aucun moyen que ce soit(route, train, avion ou bateau) et lui occasionnant un retard minimum de 48 heures.

h - Catastrophes naturelles selon la loi du 13/07/1982 entraînant l’interdiction de séjour sur le site, par les autorités compétentes pendanttout ou partie de la période de location.

Chaque événement, pour donner lieu à garantie, doit survenir postérieurement à la souscription de l’assurance.DÉFINITIONSAssuré : le réservataire ainsi que toute personne mentionnée sur le contrat de réservation.Maladie : une altération de santé dûment constatée par une autorité médicale compétente, interdisant au malade soit de quitter le domicile oul’établissement hospitalier où il est en traitement à la date du début de la période de réservation et impliquant la cessation absolue de touteactivité professionnelle ou autre, soit l’obligeant à interrompre le séjour.Accident : tout événement imprévu et soudain, occasionnant à l’assuré des dommages corporels ne résultant pas de son fait intentionnel et luiinterdisant d’effectuer le séjour réservé ou l’obligeant à l’interrompre.EXCLUSIONSNe sont jamais garantis les sinistres résultant :

• de faits de l’assuré autres que ceux prévus au contrat,• de faits connus antérieurement à la réservation, étant précisé que l’aggravation non prévisible d’une maladie préexistante

ne constitue pas une situation connue,• de complications ou accouchement survenant après la fin du sixième mois de grossesse,• d’une maladie d’ordre psychologique non assortie d’hospitalisation à la date du séjour,• d’une intervention chirurgicale ou médicale programmée avant la réservation du séjour ou pouvant être effectuée après celui-ci,

• de l’ivresse, usage de drogues, altération de santé résultant de l’absorption de médicaments non prescrits,• de la contre-indication de vaccination ou de voyage aérien en raison de problèmes de santé préexistants,• de guerres civiles ou étrangères, émeutes, attentats, mouvements populaires,• d’épidémies, incidents d’origine nucléaire ou chimique, catastrophes naturelles,• du non-respect des prestations prévues au contrat de réservation initial, quelles qu’en soient les raisons.

II - Nature et montant des garantiesEn cas d'annulation de séjour, la Sarl Camping Le Mas vous rembourse les sommes versées, et effectivement encaissées, conformément auxconditions du contrat de réservation initial.En cas d'interruption ou de retard de séjour, la Sarl Camping Le Mas vous rembourse au prorata temporis les prestations facturées et nonutilisées (sous réserve que leur paiement ait été encaissé).Ne sont jamais remboursés la prime d’assurance, les frais de dossier éventuels, les frais et prestations non inclus dans le calcul de laprime.

III - Prise d’effet et durée des garantiesLa garantie annulation prendra effet à compter du lendemain midi du paiement de la prime et pour la période allant de la réservation au termedu séjour, les autres garanties ne s’exerçant que pendant la durée du séjour.

IV - Déclaration de sinistreEn cas de sinistre, prévenir immédiatement le Camping Le Mas par écrit, dans les 5 jours ouvrés de la date à laquelle vous en avez eu connais-sance (délai réduit à 2 jours ouvrés en cas de vol) et en adressant l'avis de sinistre dûment complété.

Un seul véhicule peut accéder à l'intérieur.Tout véhicule supplémentaire ou remorque, devra être garé sur le parking annexe et sera facturé 5 € par jour.

La Direction se réserve le droit de modifier le numéro d'emplacement ou de location sans en informer le client.

Le fait de séjourner dans le camping implique l'acceptation des conditions générales de réservation ainsi que du règlement intérieur (affichéà l'entrée du camping) et l'engagement de s'y conformer. Le réservataire remplit et signe la fiche de réservation et la retourne au campingaccompagnée du montant de l'acompte + frais de réservation qui restent acquis au gestionnaire du camping, soit : Camping Le Mas.Après réception du solde, le gestionnaire vous retourne une confirmation de votre réservation. Celle-ci doit être présentée au bureau deréception à l'arrivée au camping.

Rented accommodationIn high season, rentals cover weekly periods from Saturday or Wednesday 4.00 pm to the following Saturday or Wednesday at 10.00 am atthe latest (if arriving after 7 pm, please contact Reception). Keys to the various rented accommodation will be given to holidaymakers at Receptionon arrival, after presentation of the Booking Form. If your arrival is delayed without prior warning to us, the accomodation will be reassignedfrom 10.00 am onwards on the day following your expected arrival.Payment: the balance (the total price of the stay minus the deposit) must be settled 30 days before the expected date of arrival, withoutwhich the reservation may be considered as being null and void, and the deposit retained. For bookings made during the mouth of the stay, thefull amount shall be settled at the time of the booking.Payment method: credit card / international money orderbank transfer (additional bank charges are payable by the client) / cashRefundable deposits: an inventory shall be made of the equipment provided. In order to avoid possible disputes, tenants are invited to notify thereception of any errors noted before the following morning. Guaranteed cancellation

I - Statement of guarantees - Cancellation / Interruption / Delay of stayEvents giving rise to guarantee:a - Serious illness, accident or decease:

• of the reservee or any other person expressly mentioned in the booking,• of their spouse (or any person living under the same roof),• of their parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, children, grandchildren or great-grandchildren,• of their brothers or sisters, of their sons-in-law or daughters-in-law,• of their nephews or nieces (only in the event of death),• of their of their locum or replacement in the case of a self-employed professional(on condition that said locum or replacement was arranged prior to cancellation insurance being taken out).

b - Substantial damage caused to the premises of the reservee, whether this is a professional or private lease, a principal or secondary residence,following a fire, explosion, flood or theft, arising in the 48 hours prior to the beginning of the stay or during the stay and necessitating reno-vation of the premises and the presence of the reservee on location during the period of the stay initially provided for.

c - Serious damages affecting the vehicle of the reservee following an accident and arising in the 48 hours prior to departure and preventingthe Insured from using it.

d - Modification of holiday dates imposed by the reservee's employer after the holiday was booked and affecting the period booked.e - Redundancy of the reservee (or his/her spouse or partner), on condition that the statutory redundancy meeting occurs after the booking of

the holiday.f - Transfer of the reservee (or his/her spouse or partner) by his/her employer involving a change of domicile, on condition that notification of such

transfer is given after the booking of the holiday.g - Proven obstacles or strikes preventing the reservee from reaching his holiday destination by any means whatsoever (road, train, aeroplane

or boat) and causing a minimum delay of 48 hours.h - Natural disasters as defined in the Law of 13/07/1982 causing the relevant authorities to prohibit the use of the campsite for all or part

of the period booked. The guarantee will not come into play unless the event occurs after insurance cover has been taken out.DEFINITIONSInsured: the reservee and every person mentioned in the booking form.Sickness: an alteration to health duly noted by a competent medical authority, preventing the sick person from either leaving his place of residenceor the hospital where he is receiving treatment at the date of the beginning of the booking period and preventing him for carrying out any pro-fessional or other duties, or obliging him to interrupt the stay.Accident: any unforeseen and sudden event, causing physical injury to the Insured and not resulting from a deliberate act by him but preventinghim from using the booking or obliging him to terminate it early.EXCLUSIONSLosses resulting from the following are never guaranteed:

• from an act of the insured other than those set out in the agreement,• from facts known prior to the booking, it being specified that an unforeseeable worsening of a pre-existing sickness

does not constitute a known situation,• complications or delivery arising after the end of the 6th month of pregnancy,• sickness of a psychological nature not accompanied by hospitalisation at the date of the stay,• an operation or medical treatment programmed before the booking was made or that may be carried out after it,• from intoxication, use of drugs, alteration in health resulting from the absorption of non-prescribed medicines,• from a vaccination contraindication or from air travel due to pre-existing health problems,• from civil or foreign wars, riots, attacks, civil unrest,• from nuclear or chemical incidents, or natural disasters,• from non-compliance with the services indicated in the initial booking form, regardless of the reasons.

II - Nature and amount of the guaranteesIn the event of cancellation of stay, Sarl "Camping Le Mas" shall reimburse the sums paid and actually received, in accordance with theconditions of the initial booking form.In the event of interruption or delay of stay, Sarl "Camping Le Mas" shall reimburse the services invoiced and not used on a pro rata basis(subject to payment having been received).The insurance premium, the possible file costs and the costs and payments not included in the calculation of the premium shall under nocircumstances be reimbursed.

III - Effective date and duration of guaranteesThe Cancellation guarantee shall take effect as of midday on the day after payment of the premium for the period of advanced booking. Theother guarantees shall only be in effect for the duration of the stay (including the return trip for Assistance).

IV - Claim declarationIn the event of a claim for cancellation, interruption or delay, advise the "Camping Le Mas" immediately and give notice of the claim in writing,within 5 working days from the date on which you became aware of it (period reduced to 2 working days in the event of theft).

One vehicle only may enter the premises.A supplement shall be requested in the case of an additional vehicle or trailer, left on the additional car park (5 €/day).

Management may change pitch and mobile home numbers without informing the clients.

All persons staying at the campsite shall be considered as having accepted the booking terms and the campsite regulations (displayed atthe entrance of the campsite) and as having agreed to abide by them. The person making the booking shall fill out and sign the bookingform and return it to the campsite along with the amount of the deposit + reservation fee which is made to the order of the management:"Camping Le Mas". The management shall send back a booking confirmation, which must be presented at the reception on arrival at thecampsite.

Ankunft / AbfahrtEmpfangsbüro: 9.00 Uhr bis 12.00 Uhr - 14.00 Uhr bis 19.00 Uhr (außer März und Oktober: 18.00 Uhr)Juli-August: 8.00 Uhr bis 20.00 Uhr / Das Eingangstor ist von 23.00 Uhr bis 6.00 Uhr geschlossen.

Stellplatze Vermietung von 12 Uhr bis 12 UhrFür jeglichen angebrochenen Aufenthaltstag muss die entsprechende Tagesgebühr beglichen werden. Der Camper muss sein Zelt oder Wohn-wagen an dem vom Verwalter angegebenen Stellplatz und gemäß seinen Anweisungen aufstellen. Falls Sie unangemeldet Ihre Ankunft verzögern,wird das Mietobjekt am Tag nach dem vorgesehenen Aufenthaltsbeginn um 12.00 Uhr anderweitig vermietet.Bezahlung: der Restbetrag der Miete (Gesamtpreis des Aufenthaltes abzüglich der Anzahlung) ist bei der Ankunft zu entrichten (Kreditkarteoder Barzahlung nur). Im Falle vorzeitiger Abfahrt wird der gesamte Betrag einbehalten und der Stellplatz wird vom auf den Verwalter des Campingplatz wieder in Besitz genommen.Zahlungsmittel: Kreditkarte / Postmandat / Banküberweisung (Bankgebühren gehen auf Kosten der Kunden) / BarzahlungKautionen: bei Ihrer Ankunft wird Ihnen die Hinterlegung einer Kaution von 25 € für den Zugangsausweis und 5 € pro Person für das Kontrol-larmband abverlangt. Diese Kaution wird Ihnen bei Ihrer Abreise zurückerstattet.

Gebuchte UnterkunftIn der Hoch Saison werden die Unterkünfte wochenweise vermietet. Die Einmietung beginnt am Samstag oder Mittwoch ab 16.00 Uhr undendet am nächsten Samstag oder Mittwoch um spätestens 10.00 Uhr (falls Sie nach 19.00 Uhr ankommen, bitte vorher die Rezeption benachrichtigen). Die Schlüssel der Unterkunft werden dem Mieter bei seiner Ankunft im Empfangsbüro nach Vorlage der Buchungsbestätigungausgehändigt. Falls Sie unangemeldet Ihre Ankunft verzögern, wird der Platz ab 10.00 Uhr am Tag nach dem vorgesehenen Aufenthaltsbeginneinem anderen Camper zugewiesen.Bezahlung: die Zahlung des Restbetrages (Gesamtpreis des Aufenthaltes abzüglich der Anzahlung) muss mindestens 30 Tage vor dem ve-reinbarten Mietbeginn erfolgen. Erfolgt dieseZahlung nicht, kann Ihre Buchung als storniert angesehen und die bereits geleistete Anzahlungeinbehalten werden. Für die Mietobjekte leisten Sie bei Ihrer Ankunft eine Kaution in Höhe von 200 €.Sie wird vollständig zurückerstattet, gegebenenfalls abzüglich der festgestellten Schäden oder der nicht geleisteten Endreinigung (80 €).Haustiere sind nicht in den Vermietungen erlaubt.

STORNIERUNG: bei einer Stornierung oder verfrühte Abreise sind die Anzahlung - außer im Falle einer Rücktrittsgarantie -nicht zurückerstattet.

Rücktrittsgarantie

I - Garantieleistungen - Rücktritt / Abbruch / Verspäteter ReiseantrittEreignisse, die eine Garantieleistungen nach sich ziehen:a - Schwere Erkrankung, Unfall oder Todesfall:

• des Versicherungsnehmers oder jeder anderen, ausdrücklich in der Reservierungsbuchung genannten Person,• seines Ehepartners (bzw. jeder anderen in eheähnlicher Gemeinschaft mit ihm lebenden Person),• seiner Verwandten oder Nachkommen in gerader Linie,• seiner Brüder oder Schwestern, seiner Schwiegersöhne oder -töchter,• seiner Neffen oder Nichten (nur im Todesfall),• seines Vertreters bei freiberuflich Tätigen (vorausgesetzt, der Vertreter wurde vor Abschluss der Versicherung bestimmt).

b - Beträchtliche Schäden an den Gebäuden des Versicherungsnehmers, sei es an Geschäfts- oder Privaträumen, am Haupt- oder Zweitwohnsitz,und zwar infolge von Feuer, Explosion, Wasserschäden oder Diebstahl innerhalb von 48 Stunden vor Reiseantritt oder während der Abwe-senheit, so dass zur Instandsetzung der Räume die Anwesenheit des Versiche-rungsnehmers vor Ort während der ursprünglich vorgesehenenAbwesenheit erforderlich ist.

c - Schwere Schäden am Kraftfahrzeug des Versicherungsnehmers infolge eines Unfalls innerhalb von 48 Stunden vor Reiseantritt, so dass derVersicherte sein Fahrzeug nicht benutzen kann.

d - Änderung der Urlaubszeiten durch den Arbeitgeber des Versicherungsnehmers, und zwar den Zeitraum der Buchung betreffend und nachdemder Urlaub bereits gebucht wurde.

e - Entlassung des Versicherungsnehmers (oder seines Ehepartners) unter der Voraussetzung, dass er erst nach Buchung des Aufenthalts vonder Entlassung Kenntnis erhielt.

f - Versetzung des Versicherungsnehmers (oder seines Ehepartners) auf Initiative des Arbeitgebers und mit der Folge eines damit zusammen-hängenden Wohnungswechsels unter der Voraussetzung, dass der Versicherungsnehmer erst nach Buchung von seiner Versetzung Kenntniserhielt.

g - Nachgewiesene Sperrungen oder Streik, die es dem Versicherungsnehmer nicht ermöglichen, sich mit einem Verkehrsmittel (Auto, Zug,Flugzeug oder Schiff) an den Ferienort zu begeben und er mit mindestens 48 Stunden Verspätung eintreffen würde.

h - Naturkatastrophen gemäß Gesetz vom 13.07.1982, denen zufolge ein von den zuständigen Behörden ausgesprochenes Aufenthaltsverbotam gebuchten Ferienort während des gesamten oder eines Teils des Buchungszeitraums besteht.

Um eine Versicherungsleistung nach sich zu ziehen, muss das jeweilige Ereignis nach Versicherungsabschluss eintreten.DEFINITIONENVersicherter: der Versicherungsnehmer sowie jede andere, in der Reservierungsbuchung genannte Person.Krankheit: eine Verschlechterung des Gesundheitszustands, festgestellt durch eine zuständige ärztliche Stelle, die der erkrankten Person entweder untersagt, die Wohnung bzw. das Krankenhaus zu verlassen, in dem sie zum Zeitpunkt des gebuchten Reiseantritts behandelt wird,und mit der Maßgabe, dass die betreffende Person keiner beruflichen oder anderweitigen Aktivität nachgehen kann oder ihr nahe legt, denUrlaub abzubrechen.Unfall: jedes unvorhergesehene und plötzlich eintretende Ereignis, das zu unfreiwilligen Körperschädigungen des Versicherten führt und es ihmnicht möglich macht, den Urlaub anzutreten oder ihn zwingt, den Urlaub abzubrechen.AUSSCHLUSSAusgeschlossen von den Garantieleistungen sind folgende Ereignisse:

• andere als im Vertrag festgelegte Ereignisse,• bereits vor Buchung bekannte Ereignisse, wobei eine nicht vorhersehbare Verschlimmerung

einer vorher bereits bestehenden Erkrankung kein bekanntes Ereignis darstellt,• Schwangerschaftskomplikationen oder Geburt nach Ende des sechsten Schwanger-schaftsmonats,• eine psychische Erkrankung ohne stationäre Behandlung zum Zeitpunkt des gebuchten Aufenthalts,• ein chirurgischer Eingriff bzw. eine ärztliche Behandlung, die bereits vor der Buchung des Aufenthalts geplant war bzw.

auch erst nach dem Aufenthalt durchgeführt werden kann,• Betrunkenheit, Drogenkonsum, Verschlechterung des Gesundheitszustands aufgrund von Einnahme nicht ärztlich

verschriebener Medikamente,• Kontraindikation bei Impfung oder Flugreise aufgrund vorher bestehender gesundheitlicher Probleme,• Bürgerkrieg oder andere Kriege, Unruhen, Terroranschläge, Aufstände,• nukleare oder chemische Zwischenfälle, Naturkatastrophen,• Nichtbeachtung von in der Reservierungsbuchung ursprünglich vorgesehenen Leistungen, aus welchen Gründen auch immer.

II - Art und Höhe der GarantieleistungenBei Reiserücktritt, ersetzt die Sarl „Camping Le Mas” bereits gezahlte und einkassierte Beträge gemäß den Konditionen der Reservierung zurück.Bei Abbruch oder verspätetem Reiseantritt, ersetzt die Sarl „Camping Le Mas” pro rata temporis die berechneten und nicht in Anspruch genommenen Leistungen (unter der Voraussetzung, dass sie bereits bezahlt wurden) zurück.Keinesfalls erstattet werden die Versicherungsprämie, eventuell anfallende Bearbeitungsgebühren, nicht in der Prämienberechnung enthaltene Kosten und Leistungen.

III - Inkrafttreten und Dauer der GarantieleistungenDie Rücktrittsversicherung tritt ab Mittag des Folgetags nach Zahlung der Versicherungsprämie in Kraft und gilt für den Zeitraum von derBuchung bis zum Ende des Aufenthalts; die anderen Leistungen gelten einschließlich für die Dauer des Aufenthalts.

IV - Meldung des VersicherungsfallsBenachrichtigen Sie die Sarl „Camping Le Mas” unverzüglich beim Eintritt eines Schadenfalls. Diese Meldung sollte innerhalb von fünf Werktagennach Kenntnisnahme des Vorfalls erfolgen (bei Diebstahl verkürzt sich der Zeitraum auf zwei Werktage).

Es darf nur ein Kraftfahrzeug auf dem Campingplatz verkehren.Für jegliches zusätzliche Fahrzeug oder Anhänger, auf dem nebensächlichen Parkplatz geparkt, wird ein Zuschlag gefordert (5 €/Tag).

Die Zeltplatzverwaltung behält sich das Recht vor, Ihnen einen anderen Stellplatz nummer bzw. ein anderes Mobilheim nummer als vorgesehenzuzuweisen, ohne Sie vorher darüber zu informieren.

Personen, die sich auf dem Campingplatz aufhalten, erkennen die allgemeinen Reservierungsbedingungen und auch die Campingplatzord-nung an (sie ist am Eingang des Campingplatzes angeschlagen) und verpflichten sich dazu, diesen Richtlinien Folge zu leisten. Zur Buchungmuss die ausgefüllte und unterzeichnete Buchung dem Campingplatz „Le Mas“ unter Beilage der Anzahlung und der Buchungsgebühren zugeschickt werden.

Formule "huurplaats" Te huur vanaf 12 uur’s middags tot 12 uur’s middagsElke begonnen dag is verschuldigd en wordt beschouwd als een extra dag. Elke vestiging moet gebeuren op de door de beheerder aangeduideplaats en in overeenstemming met zijn aanwijzingen. Indien u op de afgesproken datum niet opdaagt zonder ons te hebben ingelicht, zal uw huur-plaats worden geannuleerd vanaf 12 uur ‘s middags op de dag na de oorspronkelijk vermelde aankomstdatum.Verblijfskosten: het saldo (het verschil tussen de aanbetaling en de volledige verblijfskosten) moet worden betaald bij aankomst. Dit kanmet een bankpas of contanten. In hetgeval van een vervroegd vertrek, wordt het totale bedrag van de huur behouden door de camping ennemen zij uw plek weer in beslag.Betalingswijze: bankpas / postmandaat / bankgiro (extra bankkosten voor rekening van de klant) / contantenBorgsom: er wordt u bij aankomst een borgsom gevraagd van € 25 voor de toegangsbadge en van € 5 voor het controlebandje. Deze zalvolledig worden vergoed bij uw vertrek.

Formule "huurwoning"Gedurende het seizoen wordt de accommodatie verhuurd voor wekelijkse perioden van zaterdag vanaf 4 uur ‘s middags tot uiterlijk de daarop-volgende zaterdag of woensdag 10 uur’s morgens (indien u na 19.00 uur aankomt, gelieve de receptiein te lichen). De sleutels van de verschil-lende huurarrangementen worden aan de huurder overhandigd bij zijn aankomst op de receptie na vertoon van het reserveringsbewijs. Indien uop de afgesproken datum niet opdaagt zonder ons te hebben ingelicht, zal uw huurplaats worden geannuleerd vanaf 10 uur ‘s morgens op dedag na de oorspronkelijk vermelde aankomstdatum.Verblijfskosten: het saldo (het verschil tussen de aanbetaling en de volledige verblijfskosten) moet worden betaald minstens 30 dagen voorde aankomst, zo niet dan zal de reservering als ongeldig worden beschouwd en de aanbetaling behouden. Indien u minder dan een maand vooruw verblijf reserveert, moet u het volledige bedrag betalen op het moment van de reservering.Betalingswijze: bankpas / postmandaat / bankgiro (extra bankkosten voor rekening van de klant) / contantenBorgsom: het gerief van elke huurwoning wordt opgesomd in een inventarislijst. Om geschillen te vermijden, zal de huurder de huurwoningcontroleren en alle onregelmatigheden melden aan de receptie, uiterlijk de ochten na de aankomstdag. Er zal een borgsom van € 200 wordengevraagd bij aankomst. De borgsom wordt u volledig terugbetaald na aftrek van het eventuele totaalbedrag van vernielingen, vastgestelde tekortenen/of het vergeten te schoonmaken (€ 80) aan het einde van uw verblijf.Dieren worden niet toegelaten in een huurwoning.

ANNULERING: in geval van annulering of vervroegd vertrek, zullen aanbetalingen niet worden vergoed,behalve indien u een annulering garantie hebt afgesloten.

Annulering garantie

I - Uiteenzetting van garanties - Annulering / Onderbreking / Opschorting aankomstVoorvallen die recht geven op garantie:a - Ernstige ziekte, ernstig ongeval of overlijden:

• van de reserveerder of van iedere andere persoon die uitdrukkelijk in het reserveringscontract wordt vermeld,• van hun echtgenoot/genote (of iedere andere met de reserveerder samenwonende persoon),• van hun voor- of nageslacht in directe lijn,• van hun broers of zusters, van hun schoonzonen of -dochters,• van hun neven of nichten (enkel in geval van overlijden),• van hun vervanger in geval van vrije beroepen (op voorwaarde dat de vervanging voor de afsluiting van de garantie voorzien was).

b - Belangrijke schade veroorzaakt aan degebouwen van de reserveerder, ongeacht of het gaat om beroeps- of privé gebouwen, de eerste of eentweede woning en dit, als gevolg van brand, ontploffing, waterschade of inbraak, die voorgevallen binnen 48 uur voor het begin van het verblijfof tijdens het verblijf en waarbij het herstel van de gebouwen de aanwezigheid van de reserveerder noodzakelijk maakt tijdens de oorspronkelijkgeplande verblijfsperiode.

c - Ernstige schade aan het voertuig van de reserveerder als gevolg van een ongeval dat minder dan 48 uur voorafgaande aan het vertrekgebeurt en dat de Verzekerde verhindert het voertuig te gebruiken.

d - Wijziging van de vakantiedatums, opgelegd aan de reserveerder door zijn werkgever, na reservering van het verblijf en die invloed heeft op deverblijfsperiode.

e - Ontslag van de reserveerder (of van zijn/haar echtgenoot/genote) onder voorbehoud dat de oproep voor het ontslaggesprek plaatsvindt nade reserveringsdatum van het verblijf.

f - Overplaatsing van de reserveerder (of van zijn/haar echtgenoot/genote), op initiatief van de werkgever, waarvoor een verhuizing nodig is, opde uitdrukkelijke voorwaarde dat de betekening hiervan na de reserveringsdatum van het verblijf plaatsvindt.

g - Naar behoren bewezen blokkades of stakingen, waardoor de reserveerder niet naar de plaats van verblijf kan komen, met ongeacht welk ver-voermiddel (auto, trein, vliegtuig of boot) en waardoor de aankomst minstens 48 wordt vertraagd.

h - Natuurrampen volgens de Franse wet d.d. 13/07/1982 waardoor verblijf ter plekke wordt verboden door de bevoegde autoriteiten tijdensde hele of gedeeltelijke huurperiode.

Om recht te geven op garantie, moet ieder voorval plaatsvinden na de afsluitingsdatum van de verzekering.DEFINITIESVerzekerde: de reserveerder en iedere andere persoon die in het reserveringscontract wordt vermeld.Ziekte: een aantasting van de gezondheid die terdege door een bevoegde medische autoriteit wordt geconstateerd, en waardoor de zieke zijnhuis of het ziekenhuis waar hij verpleegd wordt op de dag van het begin van de reserveringsperiode niet kan verlaten en waarbij hij absoluutiedere professionele of andere activiteit moet staken, of waardoor zijn verblijf onderbroken moet worden.Ongeval: ieder onvoorzien, plotseling voorval dat de Verzekerde lichamelijk letsel berokkent, dat niet voortkomt uit zijn eigen opzet en waardoorhet gereserveerde verblijf wordt ontzegd of waardoor hij verplicht wordt zijn verblijf te onderbreken.UITSLUITINGENDe volgende gevallen vallen nooit onder de garantie:

• feiten door toedoen van de verzekerde, anders dan voorzien in het contract,• door feiten die voor de reservering bekend zijn, waarbij wordt aangegeven dat de onvoorziene verergering

van een eerder aanwezige ziekte geen bekende situatie vormt,• complicaties of bevalling na het einde van de 6e zwangerschapsmaand,• psychologische ziekte die niet samenvalt met ziekenhuisopname op de datum van verblijf,• bij een vóór de reservering geprogrammeerde operatie of medische ingreep of die later uitgevoerd kan worden,• door dronkenschap, drugsgebruik, aantasting van de gezondheid als gevolg van inname van niet voorgeschreven medicijnen,• bij tegenindicatie van vaccinatie of van vliegreis vanwege eerder aanwezige gezondheidsproblemen,• bij burger- of buitenlandse oorlogen, oproer, aanslagen, volksbewegingen,• bij epidemieën, voorvallen van nucleaire of chemische aard, natuurrampen,• bij nalatendheid in de prestaties die in het oorspronkelijke reserveringscontract waren voorzien, ongeacht de reden daarvan.

II - Aard en bedrag van de garantiesIn geval van annulering van het verblijf, vergoedt Sarl "Camping Le Mas" de aan de eigenaar of zijn vertegenwoordiger, en daadwerkelijk geïnde,betaalde bedragen, overeenkomstig de voorwaarden van het oorspronkelijke reserveringscontract.In geval van onderbreking van verblijf of opschorting van aankomst, Sarl "Camping Le Mas" vergoedt pro-rata temporis de gefactureerde enongebruikte prestaties (onder voorbehoud van geïnde betaling).Wat nooit wordt vergoed: de verzekeringspremie, de eventuele administratiekosten, de kosten en prestaties die niet zijn inbegrepen in depremieberekening.

III - Ingang en duur van garantiesDe annuleringsgarantie gaat in vanaf 12 uur’s middags op de dag na betaling van de premie en voor de periode van de reservering t/m heteinde van het verblijf, de andere garanties kunnen alleen worden uitgeoefend tijdens het verblijf.

IV - Declaratie schadegevalOnmiddellijk de Sarl "Camping Le Mas" inlichten (verhuurbureau) en schadegeval schriftelijk doorgeven binnen 5 dagen na kennisneming (termijnbeperkt tot 2 werkdagen in geval van diefstal) door een volledig ingevuld schadeformulier op te sturen.

Slechts één voertuig heeft toegang tot de camping.Er zal een bijdrage worden gevraagd voor elk extra voertuig of aanhangwagen, dat op het aangrenzende parkeerterrein zal worden geparkeerd(€ 5/dag).

De directie behoudt het recht de nummers van de plaatsen en mobilhomes te veranderen zonder de klant hierover te informeren.

Op de camping verblijven houdt in dat u de algemene reserveringsvoorwaarden en het camping-reglement (geafficheerd bij de ingang vande camping) aanvaardt en de verplichting deze in acht te nemen. De reserveerder vult het reserveringsformulier in, ondertekent het enstuurt het terug naar de camping met de aanbetaling + reserveringskosten die in het bezit blijven van de campingbeheerder, zijnde: "Camping Le Mas". Na ontvangst van de aanbetaling + reserveringskosten stuurt de uitbater u een reserveringsbewijs terug. Dit moetbij de aankomst op de camping op de receptie worden vertoond.
