1. S-lon roofing sheet does not contain radioactive elements and are recyclable in full compliance with the green environmental protection requirements.

2. Perfectly resistant to both colour and shape deformations, observed in laboratory tests up to 70°C.

3. Low thermal conductivity provides consistent insulation. With a very low thermal conductivity rate of 0.19 W/nK this roofing sheet can insulate the buildings without the need for extra insulation materials.

4. S-lon roofing sheet has a better leisure sound effect under external noise influence of heavy rain and high wind.

5. Light weigh material makes installation quick & easy. S-lon roofing sheet has an effective width of 960mm with high pavement efficiency and light weight, it is easy to load and unload with complete install fittings.

Technical Specification:S-lon Roofing Sheet features colour stability and has weather resistance, chemical/corrosion resistance and heat resistance properties that can withstand temperatures up to 700C. They are made using lightweight roofing material that enables fast installation. The Surface material ASA is a ternary polymer composed of Acrylonitrile, Styrene and Acrylate. The upper layer works as a barrier against Ultra-violet rays, sheet colouring, and provides resistance against atmospheric agents and chemical aggression. Correct alignment is very important to no matter what kind of roof structure, only this can the sheets be assembled closely and straightly. The vertical line should be 50-70mm to the interior of sidewall for a gabled roof, and horizontal line 150mm to the bottom purlin.

Particular care needs to be taken aligning the first row because on long sheets even an off lining of a few millimeters for each sheet can create problems.

TOP RIDGE TILE The installation of top ridge tile should begin from one side. For the first tile, it should be half cut to avoid the crossover of four sheets on the overlap. Self-tapping screws with length of 75 mm and diameter of 6.3mm will be needed to fix the ridge tile into the main tile. Take care not to fix the ridge near to the edge, avoid having infiltration problems.
