Pour faire suite aux excellentes notes sur les Isopodes Marins et les Tanaidacés de la Belgique de Holthuis, L., (1950), je nie suis efforcé de faire connaître la bibliographie des Oniscoidea et de dénombrer les localités où ils sont actuellement connus.
Après les notes de Plateau, F., (1870) et la liste des Oniscoidea de Pelseneer, P., (1886), c’est l’œuvre de Preudhomme de Borre, A., (1886) qui fournit la description la plus complète des animaux connus jusqu’ en 1886 en Belgique.
En 1895, Lameere, A., (1895), reprend cette nomenclature dans sa « Faune de la Belgique ».Nous trouvons dans Maitland, R .T., (1897) « Prodrome de la Faune des Bays-Bas et de la Belgique flamande » une liste plus complète, mais il n ’indique pas les lieux où les animaux ont été observés. Nous ne savons donc pas si les animaux ont été vus en Belgique ou aux Pays- Bas. Dans mon exposé cependant j'ai m entionné les espèces qu’il a cités.
En 1907, Bagnali, R,S., allonge la liste de quelques espèces nouvelles, trouvées dans les jardins botaniques.
C ’est occasionnellement qu'on parle des Isopodes jusqu’à Capart, A., (1942). La liste des espèces fournie par le dernier auteur est plus complète, elle est enrichie de commentaires intéressants sur les différentes espèces, mais la bibliographie est, en grande partie, omise.
Dans sa « Fauna van Nederland », Iloltlmis, L., (1956) dresse le catalogue à peu près complet des travaux belges consacrés aux Isopoda et aux Tanaidacea.
En 1957, Polk, Pli., ajoute quelques espèces et, dans des cartes, il détermine la place des animaux, mais la bibliographie est insuffisante.
Je pense que rém unération des lieux où ces animaux ont été trouvés est préférable au tracé de nouvelles cartes.
