EXPEDITIE ROBINSON “Expeditie Robinson” is een activi-teit geïnspireerd door de beroemde reality show. Gedurende een paar uren zullen jul-lie in de huid van de overlevenden kruipen en een aantal overlevings-tests uitvoeren (toegankelijk voor alle sport niveaus). Een buitenge-wone activiteit die zowel de fysieke als intellectuele tests verenigd. Op het programma, nieuwe sportieve en intellectuele proeven voor ieder-een toegankelijk: de pictogram-men, de zoektocht van de blinden, het hindernis- en oriënttatiepar-cours… Volledig ontheend!

LES AVENTURIERS DE KO LANTHO Les aventuriers de Ko Lantho est une activité inspirée de la célèbre émission de télé réalité.Durant quelques heures, vous entrerez dans la peau des survivants et vous vous sou-mettrez à un grand nombre d’épreuves de survie accessibles à tous niveaux sportifs. Au programme, des épreuves intellectuelles et sportives inédites à la portée de tous : les pictogrammes, la quête des aveugles, la course d’obstacles et d’orientation…Dépaysement garanti !

THE SURVIVORS“The Survivors” is an activity inspired by the famous reality show.During a few hours you will enter the skin of the survivors and will submit yourselves to a large number of survival tests. An unordinary activity which mixes physical and intellectual tests. Program with original intellectual and sports challenges within everyone’s reach: pictographs, blind test, obstacle and orientation race… Guaranteed fun!

LE RALLYE DES CINQ SENS Ce rallye d’orientation mène vos équipes à différents stands proposant des épreuves pour leurs 5 sens. Identifiez les odeurs du coffret de l’œno-logue avec votre odorat. Testez votre vue et traversez une toile d’araignée sans toucher les fils reliés à des clochettes, lancez-vous dans un jeu basé sur le principe du ‘bruit qui court’ avec votre ouïe. Goûtez et reconnaissez des bières et fromages belges. Enfin, touchez des objets invisibles pour les découvrir. Ce concept peut être proposé au moment et à l’endroit de votre choix, la durée est facilement modulable.

RALLY FOR THE FIVE SENSES This map-reading rally will take your teams to various stands where their five senses will be tested. Use your sense of smell to identify the scents in a wine-blender’s box. Test your sense of sight by crossing a spider’s web without touching the threads linked to little bells. Get involved in a game about rumours, based on your sense of hearing. Taste and identify Belgian beers and cheeses, and finally, touch invisible objects and then describe them. The rally can be set up whenever and wherever you like and its length is easily adjustable.

DE RALLYE VAN DE VIJF ZINTUIGEN Deze oriëntatierally neemt uw teams mee naar verschillende stands waar er proeven zijn voor de 5 zintuigen. Identificeer met uw neus de geuren in het koffertje van de oenoloog. Test uw zicht en passeer door een spinnenweb zonder de draden aan te raken die vastgemaakt zijn aan belletjes. Gebruik uw hoorzin in het spel van het ‘lopend geluid’ en gebruik uw oren. Proef en herken Belgische bieren en kazen. En raak tot slot onzichtbare voorwerpen aan om ze te her-kennen. Dit concept kan om het even waar en op om het even welk moment georgani-seerd worden. Ook de duur kan aangepast worden aan uw wensen.

LES MOINES CONTREBANDIERSAvec départ et arrivée à l’Abbaye de Stavelot, cet incentive propose un par-cours d’orientation à thème historico-légendaire dans la Vallée de l’Amblève et la vieille ville de Stavelot. Les équipes sont toutes accompagnées d’un petit âne (Saint-Remacle oblige !) qui porte leur contrebande. Pendant leur périple d’autres moines, bienveillants ou non, les invitent à participer à des épreuves ludiques mais sollicitant l’esprit d’équipe. À l’arrivée, résultats et cérémonie d’intro-nisation pour l’équipe gagnante, suivie d’un repas thématique dans une des superbes salles de l’Abbaye de Stavelot.

DE MONNIKEN-SMOKKELAARSDeze incentive, die begint en eindigt in de Abdij van Stavelot, omvat een oriëntatie-parcours dat gebaseerd is op legende en geschiedenis en zich afspeelt in de vallei van de Amblève en de oude stad Stavelot. Alle teams zijn vergezeld van een ezeltje (naar het voorbeeld van Sint-Remaclus) dat hun smokkelwaar draagt. Tijdens de tocht zullen andere monniken, al dan niet welwillend, hen uitnodigen voor ludieke proeven die teamgeest vereisen. Bij de aankomst worden de resultaten bekendge-maakt en het winnende team gelauwerd. Daarna volgt een thematische maaltijd in een van de schitterende zalen van de Abdij van Stavelot.

THE SMUGGLER MONKSStarting and finishing at Stavelot Abbey, this incentive offers a historical-legendery walk along the Amblève valley and around the old town of Stavelot. Each team is accompanied by a donkey (Saint Remacle would approve) which carries the contraband. During the walk, other monks, some good, some bad, will ask the teams to participate in amusing challenges which will test their team spirit. At the end, the results are announced and the winners enthroned, before a themed dinner in one of the superb rooms in Stavelot Abbey.

LIFE-SIZED DISCOVERIESThe “Awaken your senses” event at Villers Abbey offers games and challenges to boost team spirit! Find yourselves suddenly back in the Middle Ages to solve challenges posed by monks. The setting is grandiose and the rules of the game are simple: gather as many clues as possible by taking part in various games and challenges which will reveal the mysteries of the abbey and recount anecdotes about the monks’ daily lives. Other animations: guided visits, animated visits, walks, creative workshops, tree climbing and role-playing.

IN OUR PARK, SET OFF ON A SEARCH FOR FLAVOURSDivided into teams, each of which is equipped with a road book, a map and a compass, you set off into an historic park, full of emotions. In addition to walking through the picturesque countryside, each team has to find 6 Belgian beers and 6 Belgian cheeses that have been hid-den in the park. The teams will need all their problem-solving skills, precision and good eyesight! Having found and tasted your beers and cheeses, you return to the wood-cutter’s hut to mark your discoveries on a map of Belgium.

LA PETITE VADROUILLEAttention de ne pas perdre le Nord ! Le programme commence par une initiation aux techniques d’orientation donnée par le spécialiste qui, en un délai record, vous permettra d’utiliser carte et boussole en toute fia-bilité. Ensuite, vous effectuerez, en pleine nature, un parcours en boucle et par petites équipes. Un road book précis vous guidera à la recherche d’une douzaine de photos. À chaque photo correspond une question de culture générale. Après cette aventure palpitante, dégustez une sympa-thique et conviviale vraie raclette suisse dans notre taverne « La Grange » (60 personnes max).

EEN KLEINE ZOEKTOCHTZorg dat u niet verdwaalt! Het programma begint met een initiatie in oriëntatie-technieken, die wordt gegeven door een specialist. Hij legt u binnen de kortste keren uit hoe u kaart en kompas kunt gebruiken. Daarna volgt u, verdeeld in kleine teams, een parcours in lusvorm in volle natuur. Een gedetailleerd roadbook helpt u bij het zoeken naar een twaalftal foto’s. Bij elke foto hoort een vraag over algemene cultuur. A LITTLE STROLLMake sure you know which way is North! This event begins with an intro-duction to direction-finding techniques led by an expert. In next-to-no time you will be confident navigators using a map and a compass. Next you will head off into the countryside along a circular trail in small groups. A detailed roadbook will guide you in your search for a dozen photos. Each photo carries a general knowledge question. After this exciting adventure, enjoy an authentic Swiss “raclette” in our tavern “La Grange” (maximum of 60 people).

“A NIGHT INTO THE WILD”Dans la Grotte de Han, orientez-vous à la lueur de lampes fron-tales dans un dédale de galeries souterraines de 15 km. Quittez le sentier touristique classique et enfoncez-vous dans les parties secrètes de la Grotte de Han. Puis retrouvez l’air libre au cœur de la Réserve d’Animaux Sauvages, un écrin de verdure de 250 ha où vivent cerfs, daims, sangliers et des prédateurs tels que le loup et le lynx. Enfin, découvrez en forêt le cadre magique de l’ancien terminus du tram. Là, une terrasse couverte avec vue panoramique sur l’ancienne vallée de la Lesse vous accueille pour un copieux barbecue. À 20 minutes de marche, la « Cabane du Trappeur » sera votre refuge pour la nuit. À quelques mètres à peine des ours bruns, vivez l’expérience unique d’une nuit en pleine nature. Le lendemain, petit déjeuner sur place, et retour au village pour la visite complète de la Réserve d’Animaux Sauvages.

‘A NIGHT INTO THE WILD’Voorzien van hoofdlampen waagt u zich in de grot van Han in eenonderaardse gangennet van 15 km. Verlaat het klassieke toeris-tische pad en duik in de geheime gangen van de Grotten van Han. U komt terug in openlucht in het Wildpark van 250 ha, waar herten, everzwijnen en roofdieren zoals wolven en lynxen leven. In het bos, bij de oude tramterminus, wacht u een overdekt terras met zicht op de oude vallei van de Lesse, voor een uitgebreide barbecue. Nadien brengt een wandeling van 20 minuten u bij de ‘Hut van de Trapper’. Hier, vlakbij het verblijf van de beren, ervaart u een nacht in volle natuur. ‘s Anderendaags ontbijt u ter plaatse en brengt u een volledig bezoek aan het Wildpark.

A NIGHT INTO THE WILDBy headlamp, make your way through the 15km maze of underground passages in the Han Cave. Get off the classic tour-ist trail and venture into the secret passageways of the Han Grottoes. Then return to the fresh air of the Wild Animal Reserve, 250 hectares of green countryside where you can see stags, does, wild boar and predators such as wolves and lynx. Finally, you will discover the delightful old tram terminus in the forest, on whose terrace you can enjoy a generous barbecue meal while admiring panoramic views of the Lesse valley. Then you will set off on a 20-minute walk to the “Trapper’s Cabin” where you will spend the night, in the depths of the countryside, just a few metres from brown bears! The next morning, breakfast will be served at the cabin, then you will return to the village for a guided tour of the Wild Animal Reserve.

THE EURO SPACE CENTER, YOUR EVENTS IN THE STARSWith your head in the stars and your feet in a futuristic setting, come and enjoy the sensations and emotions experienced by astronauts at the Euro Space Center. Enjoy a simulated flight on the Space Shuttle and try out training appa-ratus such as a rotating chair, a multi-axis chair and a moonwalk simulator. Then have a go at making a tetrahedron, docking a satellite, repairing a satellite in orbit, etc. There are lots of fun activities here based on real astronaut training that require team-spirit, listening skills and communication skills. Located at the heart of the Ardennes, you can also enjoy a drink in our Temple of the Planets or a gala evening event beneath an American Space Shuttle.

Handigheid, kracht en teamgeest zijn noodzakelijk om de opdrachten tot een goed einde te brengen: hoefijzerwerpen, behendigheids-spel met blinddoek, evenwichtsspel op een balk, indicatiespel, boogschieten… De koene ridders en hun teams verblijven in de Floréal La Roche waar een smulpartij zorgt voor sfeer en goede luim.

ON THE TRAIL OF EXCALIBUR!Become THE best knight in your team as you set off on a quest through the far-flung corners of the mediaeval castle at La Roche-en-Ardenne. A series of tests will measure the talents of the different teams. “Agility, strength and team spirit” will be required to successfully complete your missions, which will include throwing a horseshoe, a skill test while blindfolded, a balancing game on a beam, solving clues and archery in a massacre game. The event offers an optimal com-bination of indoor activites (e.g. introduction to djembé, devilish challenges, music quiz) with outdoor activities (e.g. clay-pigeon shooting, all-terrain go-karting, quad-biking, mountain-biking, archery, climb-ing, human-sized table-football, sumo wrestling). All the activities are suitable for peple of all ages, without requiring special levels of fitness and without risk of injury, and can be adapted to any number of participants. Then experience the unique sensations of the“Lord’s Bed”, a raid on the neighbours on scoot-ers, treasure pulled from the woods by a real Ardennes draught horse, or go fishing for trout that you then grill on the barbecue and eat. DURBUY, VENEZ GOÛTER À L’HISTOIRERépartis en plusieurs équipes, vous effectuerez une superbe prome-nade dans Durbuy, la plus petite ville du monde. Un grand nombre d’endroits à découvrir existe à Durbuy. Un instant, vous vous trouvez dans un magnifique jardin privé. À un autre moment, vous êtes dans la meilleure brasserie artisanale ou bien vous admirez le panorama du haut d’une tour. À chaque visite, correspond une mission. Ces missions consistent en un exercice physique ou encore une dégustation de spécialité locale. Après avoir effectué toutes les « visites », les équipes se réunissent pour la mission finale. L’équipe gagnante sera couronnée « Durbuysienne ». Voici un évènement qui risque d’impressionner chacun.

DURBUY, KOM PROEVEN VAN DE GESCHIEDENISVerdeeld over verschillende teams maakt u een wandeling door Durbuy, het kleinste stadje ter wereld, waar u verschillende bezienswaardighe-den ontdekt. Nu eens bevindt u zich in een prachtige tuin, dan weer in de beste ambachtelijke brouwerij waar u het panorama bewondert van op een toren. Bij elk bezoek hoort een opdracht. Deze opdrachten bestaan uit een fysieke oefening maar dat kan ook een proeverij van een lokale specialiteit zijn. Nadat alle ‘bezoeken’ zijn afgewerkt, komen de teams samen voor de finale opdracht. Het winnende team wordt gekroond tot ‘Durbuysien’. Dit is een evenement dat indruk nalaat.

DURBUY INSIDEOUT: GET A TASTE OF HISTORY?Divided into teams, you’ll make a beautiful walk through Durbuy, the smallest city of the world. Throughout the whole city there are a number of ‘visits’ set out. One moment you will find yourselves in magnificent private garden, the next you’re in one of Durbuys’ finest brasseries or on top of the watchtower overlooking Durbuy. At each visit there is a ‘mission’. These missions vary from a physical exercise, or a strategic game to a tasting of a local specialty. After completion of all the visits the teams will meet for a final mission. The winning team will be crowned ‘Durbuysien(ne)’ This event is bound to impress all who take part in it!

QUI A KIDNAPPÉ TCHANTCHÈS ? Découvrez le centre de Liège « autre-ment »… ses bistrots cachés dans des ruelles étroites et sombres, des saveurs uniques typiquement liégeoises, sa culture traditionnelle provenant du fin fond du Carré. Tentez de retrouver les pistes qui vous mèneront petit à petit vers les « ravisseurs » de « Tchantchès ». Le groupe sera divisé en équipe qui rece-vront chacune un GSM 3ème génération, un livret de route contenant une série d’épreuves et de rendez-vous ponctuels dans Liège. Les équipes devront alors parcourir un itinéraire différent qui les guidera vers les endroits les plus célèbres du centre historique de Liège.

WIE HEEFT TCHANTCHÈS GEKIDNAPT?Ontdek het centrum van Luik op een ‘andere’ manier… de bistro’s in de smalle straatjes, smaken die typisch zijn voor de stad, de traditionele cultuur, het winkel- en uitgaanscentrum Le Carré… Probeer de pistes te vinden die beetje bij beetje leiden naar de ontvoerders van ‘Tchantchès’. De groep wordt opge-splitst in teams die elk een GSM van de 3e generatie krijgen, samen met een routeboekje dat een reeks proeven en afspraken in Luik bevat. De teams volgen dan een verschillend parcours die hen naar de beroemdste locaties leidt van het historisch centrum van Luik.

WHO HAS KIDNAPPED TCHANTCHÈS?This event offers an “alternative” dis-covery of the centre of Liège, with its bistrots hidden in narrow, dark alleys, its unique traditional Liégeois flavours, and its traditional culture with its origins in the depths of the Carré district. Follow the clues which will lead you, little by little to the “kidnappers” of Tchantchès. The group will be divided into teams who will each be given a 3G mobile phone, a roadbook containing a series of chal-lenges and various timed meetings in Liège. Each team has to follow a different route through the most famous places in the historic centre of Liège.

Après être remonté «au jour», vous suivez le parcours du trai-tement du charbon dans les installations de triage et de lavage, depuis l’arrivée du minerai jusqu’à son transport et sa vente.

DISCOVER ANOTHER SORT OF COAL MINEKitted out in your jackets and helmets, you take the miners’ lift down to the galleries between 30m and 60m under-ground, which have been preserved as they were the day the mine closed down. You will see and hear the noisy coal-cutting machines, the coal and the hard working conditions endured by our “Black Faces”. After returning to the sur-face, you will follow the coal through the sorting and washing processes before it is ready to be delivered and sold.

De boeiende wereld die u ontdekt is authentiek. Tijdens het bezoek krijgt u een indruk van het hakken van de steenkool, het geluid van de machines, het harde werk van de kompels die men de ‘Gueules Noires’ noemde (de zwarte tro-nies). Eenmaal terug boven de grond volgt u de verwerking van deze fossiele brandstof in de sorteer- en wasinstallatie, tot de steenkool klaar is voor vervoer en verkoop.

After a short stop in the café-bar, set off on your second flight, this time in a motorised hang-glider: the motorbike of the skies. Your day is rounded off with an apéritif, followed by a barbecue.

REAL-LIFE-SIZED NATUREA 100-year-old tram will drop you off at the entrance to the Han cave, where you will explore the mysteries of the underground world. At the end of the visit, you will experience an incred-ible sound-and-light show in the gigantic Dome cave (145m high) at the bottom of which flows the underground River Lesse. Then you will return to the surface to visit the 250-hectare Wild Animal Reserve in specially-adapted vehicles. À LA RECHERCHE DU « SOLITAIRE » DE MIRWART « Mascotte » de tous les villageois, le sanglier « solitaire » habitué à flâner sans danger dans Mirwart, est menacé par le « bossu de Grupont », indigne chasseur en ces lieux paisibles. Le village est en émoi. Son compagnon de toujours s’est enfui dans le grand massif forestier de Saint-Hubert. Collectez traces, indices et autres renseignements pour le retrou-ver en parcourant de diverses manières inédites et insolites, la Nature, les bois et campagnes d’un des plus beaux vil-lages de l’Ardenne profonde ! En piste, fins limiers ! Attendez-vous à d’autres épreuves et surprises avant de vous régaler au barbecue du bûcheron dans un chalet.

LOOKING FOR THE MIRWART WILD BOARThe solitary wild boar which is used to safely wandering around Mirwart has become a mascot for the villagers. But now he is threatened by the “hunchback of Grupont” an indiginous hunter in this peaceful place. The village is in uproar, for the boar’s longtime companion has run off into the huge St Hubert forest. Collect traces, clues and other information to find him by travelling through the countryside and woods which surround one of the most beautiful villages in the depths of the Ardennes in unusual and peculiar ways! Off we go, my trusty bloodhounds! Be prepared for more tests and surprises before you can enjoy a woodcutter’s barbecue in a chalet.

OP ZOEK NAAR HET ‘SOLITAIRE EVERZWIJN’ VAN MIRWARTHet ‘solitaire everzwijn’, de mascotte van alle dorpelingen, is gewoon om zonder gevaar rond te lopen in Mirwart, maar wordt nu bedreigd door de ‘bultenaar van Grupont’, een verachtelijke jager. In het dorp heerst opschudding. De mascotte is gevlucht in het grote woud van Saint-Hubert. Verzamel sporen, aanwijzingen en andere informatie om het ‘solitaire everzwijn’ terug te vinden. Volg gewone en ongewone wegen in de bossen en velden rond een van de mooiste dorpen van de diepste Ardennen. De speurders mogen nu vertrekken. U mag zich aan allerlei verrassingen verwachten vooraleer af te ronden met een barbecue.

RALLYE PÉDESTRE GOURMAND EN PLEINE NATURE...Vous partirez en balade dans les bois à l’arrière de l’hôtel, sous la conduite d’un guide vers le château médiéval de Reinhardstein. Vous visiterez le château de Reinhardstein et au programme : dégustation de bières et fromages régionaux.Poursuite du rallye vers le restaurant « la Petite Guinguette » au cœur du village d’Ovifat et dégustation de tartes alsaciennes (vin compris).Vous rentrerez à l’hôtel aux flambeaux et profiterez d’un plat gastronomique (gibier en saison) et d’un dessert (sélection de vins comprise). WALKING GOURMET RALLY IN THE COUNTRYSIDE…You will set off on a walk in the woods behind the hotel towards the mediaeval Reinhardstein Castle, led by a guide. You will enjoy a guided tour of the castle, including tastings of local beers and cheeses. The rally then continues to the restaurant “La Petite Guinguette” located in the centre of the village of Ovifat, where you will taste some Alsatian pies with wine. •What ’s a DMC?Most DMC’s provide a wide array of products and services that will meet and ideally exceed your delegates’ needs. Services cover logistical roles, ranging from meet and greet, transport services, local tours, day trips, hotel bookings, congress venues, catering companies, customized programmes, theme events and entertainment. According to the Belgian legislation a DMC must possess an A-Licence which is equal to full travel agency services.

•What ’s a PCO?The PCO takes on the role of coordinator and consultant, responsible for the logistic, technical, administrative and financial matters involved in the organzation and preparation of meetings.

•What ’s an Event Organizer?The role of the event organizer goes far beyond the conception of the event. He controls the calendar, the whole process and the technical aspects.
