IMPACT DE LA NOUVELLE CARTE RÉGIONALE SUR LES RÉGIONS NOTÉES La réforme territoriale en cours se traduira par une nouvelle carte régionale au 1er janvier 2016 constituée de 13 régions métropolitaines contre 22 actuellement. Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services a intégré les impacts de cette réforme dans ses notations de 8 régions métropolitaines concernées par un changement de périmètre (sur les 11 notées).
