As the ultimate muse for David Lynch, Laura Dern lit up the director’s work with her mysterious charisma, from Blue Velvet in 1986, Wild at Heart, Palme d’Or at the Festival de Cannes in 1990, and Inland Empire in 2006, to the TV reboot of the cult series Twin Peaks. With more than 60 film credits, Laura Dern has lent her talent to directors such as Arthur Hiller, Steven Spielberg, Peter Bogdanovich and Robert Altman.
