The piece is dedicated to the players of the Mercury 4tet - Harry Cameron-Penny, Vlad Maistrovici, Corentin Chassard, Antoine Françoise - to whom the piece was written.

Instrumentation:

Pianoforte equipped with:

- two small eg. metal-work hammers, that are light enough not to damage the strings.

- 2 opera gongs - one bending the pitch up- wards and the other downwards - to be set on either side of the player [high to the left, low to the right], each equipped with its own mallet

The smaller microtones are ordered as follows :(note that arrows are applicable in both directions, and on all accidentals)
