Located in Mount Airy, North Carolina, Andrew Pearson has been manufacturing unique glass

products for architects, designers, and furniture manufacturers since 1989. While we are a

source for all kinds of glass, we specialize in thick, laminated glass in a wide variety of styles

that is used in both residential and hospitality environments.

As leaders in technology and innovation, Andrew Pearson Glass pioneered processes such

as UV bonding that are now considered market standards. Andrew Pearson was the first to

bond metal to glass, and the first to modify stone cutting machinery to finish our stunning glass

creations. That creativity is what keeps our products at the forefront of many architects, interior

designers, specifiers, and furniture designers alike.

Several years ago, we developed new fused glass technologies to create our line of thick

glass products. With fine-tuned processes in place, we launched our countertop, vanity and

stair tread lines for commercial and residential applications.

Since all our glass products are fabricated by hand at our North Carolina factory we are able

to easily accommodate orders ranging from small tabletops to bar tops for large restaurants to

environment. We have created thoughtful

manufacturing and transportation processes to

reduce and re-use waste, and to reduce our

carbon footprint.

Our glass products contain a portion of recycled

glass, and with the exception of laminated

glass, all of our glass products are fully

recycleable.

Consistent with our commitment to the

environment, all of our glass products begin with

float glass produced in North Carolina from raw

materials mined locally, minimizing our carbon

footprint.

Our Products

Custom PatternsUsing our state-of-the art kilns, we are able to create unique patterns on the underside of our

Fuzed glass. The system we use allows us to customize these patterns and designs should the

customer wish.

Edged GlassWe edge glass to your desired profile and polish it to your desired finish. We utilize state-of-

the-art, computer-controlled cutters to precisely machine straight edges, while our craftsmen

hand-cut contoured and shaped glass to give us even more versatility.

Frosted GlassOur sandblasting capabilities are used to create beautiful, custom-etched glass. We will work

with you to create a unique template for your personal design.

Fuzion GlassOur custom-built kilns fuse glass to glass, producing a very durable surface for daily use in

any residential, commercial or hospitality application. Our exacting process yields beautiful,

consistent glass that is available in a variety of textures and thicknesses.

Holes and CutoutsUsing our computer-controlled glass cutters we can cut holes of virtually any shape and size

in glass to accommodate your design. Our professional sales staff will guide you through the

process regarding the placement of cut-outs for sinks, faucets, and such.

Laminated GlassWe can seal paper or fabric between layers of glass through lamination to create a secure

and permanent bond. We can also laminate multiple layers of glass and safely “crackle” the

middle layer to create a unique and beautiful shimmering effect within the glass.

Painted GlassAdd color into your design with our back-painted glass. It is completely customizable, easy

to maintain, and creates a unique look in possible many applications.

Shaped GlassOur artisan glass cutters have mastered the complexities of cutting thick glass. We hand-cut

our Fuzion thick glass (usually 2” to 3”) to shape for each order, then our edging experts

apply the profile you desire. We are able to cut any custom glass shape and size for your

project.
