L’ARCHE DE NOË ET 100 ARBRES PEINTS SUR LA LAGUNE DU PETIT BALÉ.

Le voyage commence tout naturellement par L’Afrique, puis par certains pays d’Afriques, puis par un en particulier…une région, une zone, un endroit située dans la brousse du Burkina Faso: Boromo. Je ne le regrette pas. En plusieurs années de projet artistique au Burkina Faso, j’ai découvert des gens accueillant, souriant et talentueux avec qui j’ai pu partager mes compétences, expériences et mon art. La citation de Saint Exupery prend ici tout son sens « Si tu diffères de moi, loin de me nuire, tu m’enrichis ».

L’imaginaire Si on pense à un arbre on peut le devenir, animal aussi, feu et chaleur. L’arbre même dans les lieux où il ne pousse pas, où il se manifeste rarement, est présent. On le cherche… on le pense ; on est arbre si on s’étire vers le ciel. L’arbre est immortel. Sur cette parcelle de terre ensevelie par les eaux il y a une cinquantaine d’année donnant place a une lagune, tout fut immergé, resta seul au monde des arbres nus, morts, sortant de l’eau, étirant leurs bois. Dressés entre eau et ciel, ils incarnent le cycle de la vie et ses alternances. Gardiens de ses eaux.
