A career spanning more than ten years with Tesco led Danielle into the field of coaching and consulting. As a coach, consultant and facilitator she has nearly ten years experience working with leaders in organisations such as Unilever, HSBC, Inter-‐Continental Hotel Group, Thompson Reuters, Sainsbury’s and Mars. As a board level Executive coach Danielle has coached leaders in 20 different countries. Additionally she has trained, developed and supervised nearly 100 coaches globally and whilst working in Asia established and developed a thriving local community of coaches. Originally from the UK, living and running businesses in Asia for the past three years has enabled Danielle to learn how to blend the skills and expertise she bring from the West, with the specific needs of clients in the East. During this time she was the Director of a successful international coaching company, which since its beginnings in 2005 has coached nearly 10,000 people in 155 companies worldwide. * Simultaneously she established the Asian arm of an award-‐winning change management consultancy that specialises in helping companies achieve and sustain change through their people delivering large-‐scale change programmes in multi national organisations across the Asia region. More recently Danielle founded Enabling Evolution, a business designed to radically evolve the Asian coaching profession from “pioneering profession to respected profession” over the next ten years. Today people in organisations are being asked to work in ever more complex teams. Geographically remote teams, culturally diverse teams, temporary project teams, cross-‐functional teams and new teams from mergers and acquisitions are all part of every day business life. This complexity along with a huge demand for results can leave people feeling overwhelmed, disconnected and loosing the human connection. Often they are a team in name only, and essentially they are a group of individual contributors focused on their own survival. In response to this Danielle creates safe environments for individuals within teams, allowing them to connect, build deeper relationships and be more vulnerable with one another. Vulnerability builds trust and trust drives peak performance. Danielle coaches individuals and teams beyond the boundaries of their comfort zone, sensitively supporting them to be daring. She facilitates leaders and teams to challenge and stretch themselves whilst connecting to themselves more deeply. Through diagnostics, facilitated sessions and individual coaching she help teams and leaders gain clarity of purpose and vision, and support them to follow the steps needed to get there. Her mission is to help people do business with heart. Danielle is known for delivering performance through meaningful relationships, and leaves people feeling deeply connected and inspired.
