Like all models of the top of the range, the oven Pandora has a double inox 18/10 painting, that allows a full protection of the 2 refractory walls. The 2 walls, on their side, help in keeping a con-stant temperature and a better ventilation of the cooking cham-ber. This model is available also in the Venere version, without the supplementary kit of refractory plates.

It is the largest oven in the range, the flagship of Tranquilli Forni production. With its 3 hobs 65 cm wide, it allows to cook a huge amount of food. Everything was taken care of in detail: From the steel roof, ensuring strength and durability, the attractive line, the elegance of colours, to the functionality of the cooking chamber that is characterized by two layers of refractory mate-rial supported in the interior side walls of the oven and coated in turn by two additional disengageable steel panels that allow the height adjustments of the grids. It is the ideal oven for large communities, farms, pizzerias, restaurants, etc..

All Tranquilli ovens are made so to prevent water infiltration and are painted with polyu-rethane liquid as used by coachbuilder’s workshops, in the oven.

PRACTICAL SUGGESTIONSUse small sized dry firewood. Open the wicket of the cooking-chamber to make the tem-perature lower inside of it. Do not heat over 350 C° (Baby) - 450°C (all ovens).Blow up or brush inside the flue to remove any smoke-wastes
