Stand delivery includesDelivery of food, beverages and infrastructure by Tavola Catering employees to a clearly defined location.

DeliveryNon-perishable items and hire materials are delivered to your stand on the final set-up day before the start of the fair. Foodstuffs are delivered on the morning of the arranged delivery day before the fair opens.
Subsequent orders Additional and repeat orders can be made during the fair by sending an email to [email protected] by 2:00 pm one day in advance. Express same-day orders are only available upon consultation. CHF 20 is charged for every additional order.
Returns and invoicingUnused containers and hire materials will be collected from your stand on the final day of the fair at least 2 hours before the official closing time. If no-one is present at your stand, we will regard the goods as consumed and they will be included in full on the invoice.
Order feeAn order fee of CHF 50 is charged per trade fair. This covers the daily deliveries. Additional services are invoiced separately.
Prices and conditionsAll prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT. Breakage, defects and loss are invoiced accordingly. Following delivery, the customer is responsible for the hygiene and usage of the items.
