Alok b. Nandi s’occupe du management de l’innovation, de la stratégie et du design d’interaction pour plusieurs entreprises et institutions, en utilisant des outils de Hu-man-Centred Design, Design Thinking et Business Model Canvas. En tant que designer, directeur créatif, stratège de design et écrivain-réalisateur, il explore les contraintes conflictuelles dans des contextes évolutifs et hybrides via son agence de design Architem-po. Il s’occupe du storytelling de multiples médias, de l’espace et des technologies, des installations interactives high-tech jusqu’à la mise en scène low-tech.Ses expériences professionnelles antérieures incluent a.o. advertising (P&G - Procter & Gamble), la production cinématographique, la scénographie et les nouveaux médias dans l’édition (Casterman - éditeur d’a.o Tintin, groupe Flammarion).Alok Nandi est un conférencier et professeur invité lors de conférences et événements internationaux (comme PechaKucha Tokyo, TEDx Flanders). Parallèlement, il a lancé PechaKucha Bruxelles et le IxDA local group à Bruxelles (Interaction Design Association).Alok Nandi a présidé Interaction14 à Amsterdam [1000+ participants] et occupe actuel-lement le poste de vice président au conseil d’administration d’IxDA.
Alok b. Nandi is busy with innovation management, strategy and interaction design for multiple companies and institutions, using tools from Human-Centred Design, Design Thinking, Business Model Canvas. As a designer, creative director, design strategist, writer-director, he explores conflicting constraints in evolving and hybrid contexts via his design agency Architempo. He is dealing with storytelling in multiple media, space and technologies, from high-tech interactive installations to low-tech mise-en-scène.His previous professional experiences include a.o. advertising (P&G - Procter & Gamble), film production, exhibition design and new media in publishing (Casterman - publisher of a.o. Tintin, groupe Flammarion).Alok Nandi is a lecturer and invited professor as well as regular speaker at international conferences and events (incl. PechaKucha Tokyo, TEDx Flanders). Nabil EL HILALI est professeur Chercheur à ESCA Business School Casablanca et Consultant sénior en management de l’innovation et design thinking catalyste. Dans une perspective transdisciplinaire, il est docteur des sciences de gestion d’Audencia Business School / Université de Nantes et docteur des sciences humaines et sociales de l’Universi-té de Nice Sophia-Antipolis France.
Auteur d’une thèse sur le design dans son interaction avec le branding et le marketing management, ses travaux de recherche portent sur le management de l’innovation, le branding management et le design thinking.
En tant qu’universitaire, il a déjà publié dans des revues scientifiques de renom, il est lecteur pour l’Academic design management conference du design management Institute de Boston et intervient régulièrement à des conférences internationales.
Nabil EL HILALI is Professor Researcher at ESCA Business School Casablanca and Senior consultant in innovation management and design thinking catalyst.
In a transdisciplinary perspective, he holds a doctorate in management sciences from Audencia Business School / University of Nantes and a PhD in human and social sciences from the University of Nice Sophia-Antipolis France.
Author of a thesis on the interaction of design with branding and managerial marketing, his researchs focuse on innovation management, branding management and design thinking.As an academic, he has already published in renowned scientific magazines, he is a reader for the Academic Design Management Conference of the Boston Design Design Institute and regularly speaks at international conferences.

Dr. Lilac Osanjo détient un Bachelor of Arts degree in Design (UoN), un Master of Science en Entrepreneuriat (JKUAT) ainsi qu’un doctorat en Design (UoN). Elle est la directrice de School of The Arts and DesignEn 2010, Osanjo a rejoint des designers qui partagent la même vision afin de fonder la Design Kenya Society où elle occupe le poste de Présidente. Elle a aussi rejoint d’autres designers d’Afrique pour former le Réseau d’Afrika Designers (NAD).Osanjo a écrit plusieurs articles et publications et a animé des forums locaux et interna-tionaux autour de la problématique du design et de l’entreprenariat en Afrique.Elle a supervisé des équipes autour de projets de santé pour l’élaboration d’un manuel de formation pour la prévention des handicaps; Learning Network for Sustainable Energy Systems (LeNSES)- Nairobi, comité technique du Conseil de promotion des exportations (CPE) entre autres.Elle continue de fournir des services en consulting à de nombreux établissements de design et est membre du conseil national de formation technique au YMCA.
Dr. Lilac Osanjo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Design (UoN), Master of Science degree in Entrepreneurship (JKUAT) and PhD in Design (UoN). She is the Director, School of The Arts and Design. She is credited with initiating several programmes including the National Design diploma.
In 2010, Osanjo joined other like-minded designers to establish the Design Kenya Society where she serves as the chairperson. She joined other designers from Africa to form the Network of Afrika Designers (NAD).
Osanjo has written several articles and publications and has been a keynote speaker at local and international forums on issues of design and entrepreneurship in Africa. She has been team leader on health project for development of training manual for pre-vention of disabilities; Learning Network for Sustainable Energy Systems (LeNSES)- Nai-robi, technical committee for Export Promotion Council (EPC) among others. She continues to provide advisory services to many design institutions and serves as a member of the national board for technical training at YMCA.

Stéphane Gouret est designer produit diplômé de L’Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts Appliqués et des Métiers d’Arts de Paris, également diplômé en management par l’Insti-tut d’Administration des Entreprises et de l’Université de Nantes.Il participe depuis 20 ans au rayonnement de l’École de design Nantes Atlantique, en ayant en particulier créer l’ensemble des formations en alternance. Actuellement direc-teur des études de cet établissement de 1300 étudiants, il œuvre aux développement des campus internationaux de l’école, en Chine, en Inde et bientôt au Brésil et au Canada.»
Stéphane Gouret is a graduate of the National High School of Applied Arts of Paris. He is also a graduate in management from the Institute of Business Administration and the University of Nantes.For 20 years, he has been involved in the development of the Nantes Atlantique School of Design, having in particular created all the alternating training courses. Currently the director of studies for this 1,300-student institution, he works on the development of the school’s international campuses, in China, India and soon in Brazil and Canada.

Bernard Brès est Ingénieur INSA (Lyon) et professeur agrégé en génie électrique, diplômé en relations internationales. Spécialiste de l’ingénierie de la formation et de la relation formation-emploi, il a passé plus de la moitié de sa carrière en Afrique Sub-Saha-rienne sur des projets ayant pour objet la professionnalisation de l’enseignement supé-rieur et la promotion de l’innovation et de l’entrepreneuriat à l’université. Il a également occupé des fonctions académiques liées à la construction des politiques régionales de formation professionnelle.
Au sein de 2iE, il occupe depuis octobre 2013 les fonctions de conseiller du DG et de directeur de Technopôle.
Bernard BRÈS est membre du réseau français de coopération et d’action culturelle, du réseau Afrique Compétences Professionnelles Supérieures et de l’association des amis de l’Islande.
Bernard Brès is an INSA engineer (Lyon) and an associate professor in electrical en-gineering with a degree in international relations. A specialist in training and employ-ment-training relations, he spent more than half of his career in Sub-Saharan Africa on projects that aims to professionalize higher educations and to promote innovation and entrepreneurship at the university. He also held academic positions related to the construction of regional vocational training policies.
Within 2iE, he held since october 2013 the position of a Director and advisor of the Gene-ral Manager in Technopôle.
Bernard BRÈS is a member of the French Network of cooperation and culture action, of the Africa Superior Skills Network and the Association of Friends of Iceland.

Vyas a plus de 33 ans d’expérience professionnelle et pédagogique dans différentes sphères de design. Depuis les 27 dernières années, il a été associé à l’Institut national de design (NID) en tant que faculté en design industriel.
En avril 2009, il a été nommé directeur de l’Institut national de design et a été décoré en juin 2010 d’un diplôme honorifique Master of Arts degree par l’University for the Crea-tive Arts de Farnham, Grande Bretagne.
Vyas a reçu de nombreuses récompenses pour sa contribution à l’enseignement du design.World Education Congress 2015 lui a octroyé le prix de la contribution exceptionnelle à l’éducation et il a été honoré en mars 2016 par le «Lifetime Achievement Award - Design, 2016» lors du premier «Inde UX Design Awards» pour ses efforts pionniers dans le do-maine de l’éducation et du design promotionnel, puis en mai 2017, il reçut un prix pour sa contribution à l’éducation au design lors des Edutainment Awards 2017 qui se sont tenus à Mumbai.

In April 2009, he was appointed as the Director of the National Institute of Design and was conferred In June 2010 with an honorary Master of Arts degree from the University for the Creative Arts in Farnham, United Kingdom.
Vyas has received many awards for his contribution to design education. World Education Congress, 2015 conferred him the award for Outstanding Contribution to Education and was honoured in March 2016 with the ‘Lifetime Achievement Award – Design, 2016’ at the first ‘India UX Design Awards’ for his pioneering efforts in the field of educational and promotional design then in May 2017, an award for his contribution towards design education during the Edutainment Awards 2017 held in Mumbai.
