NESSUN PARLI!!!

Il 22 novembre 2017 è stata la giornata intitolata “Nessun parli”.

Noi ci siamo chiesti: “Che cosa vuole di-

re? Forse dobbiamo stare tutti in silen-

zio?”

La maestra ci ha chiesto di pensare quali

modi si possono usare per comunicare

con gli altri senza parlare.

Noi abbiamo risposto che si possono usare i gesti e le espressioni

del viso, si può scrivere, si può disegnare...

Abbiamo detto che anche i dipinti, le sculture, la musica, la foto-

grafia comunicano qualcosa.

Allora le maestre ci hanno proposto di parla-

re con gli altri attraverso la realizzazione di

un film muto.

Ora sappiamo che i primi film erano in bianco

e nero e non avevano la “voce”.

Anche il nostro film sarà così!

Ci siamo divisi in tre gruppi e abbiamo girato le scene di una strana

festa di compleanno.

All’inizio è entrato un grande pacco re-

galo che ha fatto cadere tutti.

Poi dal pacco è uscita una mummia:

che paura!!!

Alla fine la torta è piombata sulla fac-

cia del festeggiato: che ridere !

Quando il film sarà pronto, lo potrete vedere andando sul sito della

scuola, così vi farete anche voi quattro risate!

Che gran silenzio…C'è ancora qualcuno? Chi mi sa dire dov'era il raduno?

Chiacchierando e ragionando, ci siamo chiesti se ciò che qualcuno di

noi aveva provato riguardasse solo il singolo o fosse esperienza co-

mune alle altre compagne e agli altri compagni. Abbiamo comincia-

to a porre domande e, visto che ci dimostravamo molto presi da

questa curiosità, le insegnanti ci hanno suggerito di utilizzare un

metodo più ordinato per raccogliere l’esito di quella discussione. Un

questionario!

E’ facile! Si accede a Internet, si accede al proprio account di Google

(eh, sì, ne serve uno! Noi ce lo abbiamo da qualche anno), si entra

in Drive, si clicca su Google Moduli e il gioco è fatto! Si inseriscono

le domande (noi ne abbiamo poste ben 39!), si scelgono le opzioni

possibili, si ottiene un link condivisibile e si invitano tutti a rispon-

dere. Ognuno di noi ha risposto online e poi … il programma ha

fatto tutto da solo e ha restituito i risultati presentandoli con i

grafici prescelti! Bello!

Abbiamo deciso tutto noi: quali domande porre e il titolo della no-

stra indagine relativa ai sentimenti: ‘Un Vulcano di Emo-

zioni’. Vi piace? Ha ottenuto più voti degli altri perché

rappresenta bene come ci sentiamo a volte:

tutto un ribollire di emozioni pronto ad esplo-

dere!

Quest’anno School Time inaugura gli inserti in lingua inglese. La

nuova sezione è stata fortemente voluta da due ragazze di terza

A, Martina Seghezzi e Chiara Zorloni, che lo scorso anno hanno

avanzato alla loro insegnante la proposta di aprire anche una

redazione in lingua.

La richiesta, sostenuta poi anche dalle famiglie di altri alunni, è

stata portata a conoscenza della preside che si è dimostrata

disponibile ad accoglierla e a realizzarla.

I ragazzi del giornalino in inglese sono seguiti dalla professoressa

Angela G.M. Zaffaroni, una nuova insegnante. Ella, oltre ad es-

sere laureate in lingue, ha anche vissuto, studiato e lavorato di-

versi anni negli Stati Uniti e ora, con passione e rigore linguisti-

co, guida gli alunni della sezione di inglese.

Sicuramente l’iniziativa corrisponde allo spirito della nostra scuo-

la, ben espresso nel motto contenuto nel logo dell’Istituto Com-

prensivo: “Sguardo all’orizzonte...impronte sul mondo”.

In our school there are two mother-toungue English teachers We asked them a few questions

about them and their life

What’s your Name?

My name is Christie Williams

Where are you from?

I am originally from Ohio. Most of my family is still there and I attended a big high school there.

Ohio is kind of in the middle of America but after I graduated from a state university there, I mo-

ved to Los Angeles, in California and spent the past fourteen years living there. In L.A. I attended a

private university to receive my master in Education.

What is the typical dish in your country?

American food really pulls from the cultures of others, maybe because America was founded and

was grown by immigrants from all over. My favourite dishes are Mexican and Thai but typical

American dishes are hamburgers and hotdogs especially popular for summer outdoor barbecues or

during baseball games.

Why are you in Italy?

I left California because the previous summer, while travelling in Thailand, I met an amazing Ita-

lian man and now we are married.

When did you come to Italy?

I moved to Italy a little over a year ago, in September of 2016.

Do you like our school and students?

I really like Villasanta Middle school because the students are respectful and ready to learn.

Do you like our country? Why? What’s your favourite Italian dish?

I really enjoy Italy. It is one of my favourite countries because the people are so kind and helpful

and also because of the rich history and art that surrounds us here. Of course the food is a benefit

to live here too! There is so much great Italian food! Pizzoccheri is one of my favourite but pizza is

my number one.

Do you like travelling? What countries have you visited?

I like traveling and I traveled to several other countries including Laos, Myanmar, Cambodia, Me-

xico, Canada, Spain, The Netherlands, Germany and England.

When did you start teching? Do you like your job? What’s the best thing about your job?

I started my career taching when I was at university and teching at a preschool (2.5-5 year olds)

while working for my teacher credentials. Most of my teaching experience was in LA with high

school students. We had a lot of teen actors at our school, including Mile Cyrus! I like teaching and

particulary I like teaching Art and English. It’s rewarding to see students’ skills improve.

What are your hobbies?

I don’t have time for many other sports or hobbies but I do like to cook and to watch films.

Do you have any suggestions for us?

My suggestion for any students who want to improve in something is to practice! For exemple,

practice drawing in your free time if you want to be a better artist. If you want to improve your

English, find someone you can practice with! For me, for example, in my free time I practice Ita-

lian! Teaching English keep me very busy so I need to devote time and energy to learning Italian

whenever I can!

WHERE ARE YOU FROM? I was born in London, England.

WHAT BROUGHT YOU TO ITALY? I came to live with my partner, who has been

here for 3 years.

DO YOU LIKE ITALY? Yes, I love Italy – the people are very friendly and the food is

fantastic!

WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE ITALIAN FOOD? Pizza, or course!

HAVE YOU GOT ANY BROTHERS OR SISTERS? Yes, I have one brother and one sis-

ter. They are both older than me, and they live in England.

WHAT DO YOU TEACH IN OUR SCHOOL? I teach Science in English to Year 1 and

Year 2.

CAN YOU TELL US ABOUT ANY DIFFERENCES BETWEEN STUDENTS IN YOUR

COUNTRY OF ORIGIN AND HERE? I think students are the same all over the

world! Most students work very hard so that they can learn a lot at school. My stu-

dents at Fermi really enjoy learning about Science in English.

DO YOU DO ANY SPORTS? I like to go swimming sometimes, but usually I’m quite

lazy.

DO YOU LIKE TRAVELLING? Yes, I love travelling! I have been to the US and many

cities in Europe. I enjoy visiting many beautiful places in Italy.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOBBIES? I like reading and listening to music, and I make mod-

els of famous buildings in paper. And I love watching TV – I’ve just finished watch-

ing Season 2 of ‘Stranger Things’ which was great.

Danielle is a nice student at the University of Utah. Thanks to the exchange project with her university, she spent

about forty-five days at the Fermi school, teaching CLIL lessons in our classes. Now she

has already gone back home. We wish her a Merry Christmas and the best in her life.

Danielle Johnson

2. Where do you come from?

Logan, Utah, USA

3. Can you tell us something about your family?

I have two younger brothers. My family loves to ride motorcycles and take the

boat to the lake.

4. What kind of music do you listen to?

I like listening to a variety of music. My favorite artists include: The Lumineers,

Amber Run, First Aid Kit, Lord Huron, Young the Giant, and The Piano Guys.

5. Can you tell anything about your character?

I am outgoing, caring, a hard worker, and understanding.

6. Have you got any pets?

Yes. My family has two cats named Stanley and Hector.

7. Do you like travelling?

Yes! Seeing new places and meeting new people is very fun. Traveling also helps me realize how much I

love my family and home.

8. Where do you play basketball, can you tell us something about your team?

I played basketball for my high school team. We played in the state tournament and our name is the

Mountain Crest Mustangs.

9. What university are you attending?

Utah State University

10. Which job do you want to do?

I want to teach high school science – mainly chemistry, physics, and biology.

11. Do you like Italy?

Yes! I like the friendly people and the delicous food.

12. Why did you choose to come in Italy?

I thought it would be a good experience to see a new place and to make new friends. I also chose to come

to Italy because I wanted to see how education is different between Italy and the United States.

13. What was the most difficult thing you find with our classes?

It is difficult to remember which classes to go to every day so I always have to look at the schedule. Not

being able to speak Italian also makes communication very difficult but I still love the students.

A good start to gain some understanding of the lives of people living in a country is to look at

their cherished customs and traditions. Britain has many traditions which have been around for

hundreds of years and are famous all over te world. When people think of Bri-

tain, they often think of people drinking tea, eating fish and chips and wearing

bowler hats, but there is more to Britain than just those things.

Despite a reduction in their numbers in recent years, the traditional British

red telephone booth can still be seen in many places throughout the UK, and

some Commonwealth nations. The colour red was chosen to make them

easy to spot.

The V sign is a hand gesture in which the index and middle fingers are raised

and parted, while the other fingers are clenched. It has various meanings, in-

cluding victory, depending on the cultural context and how it is presented.

Fish and chips is a typical dish of British cuisine. It consists of fillet of white fish fried in batter

and surrounded by abundant and thick chips, also fried. This is England’s traditional take-away

food or as US would say “to go”.

Britain is tea-drinking nation. Tea arrived in England around 1650 as a medicine remedy. It was

extremely expensive because of the long journey of import. Within ten years it became a fa-

shion drink at court. Tea in Britain is traditionally brewed in a

warmed china teapot. Tea breaks are when tea and biscuits are

served. At Tea breaks tea and bisquits iare served. The traditio-

nal time for a tea brak is at 11 a.m. and at 4 p.m..

London is a cmixture of races. There are over 300 languages

spoken in the English capital and 50 foreign communities representing ethnic minorities. It is

estimated that around 37% of Londoners are born abroad. More than 20% of the total popu-

lation is made up of Asian citizens, mostly Indian, over 6% Pakistanis, Bengali, Chinese and

Arabs but also West Indians. And that is why traditions and cultures are many and varied.

Big Ben is the nickname of the largest bell clock tower on the north-east corner of

Westminster Palace, also known as House of Parliament, London. Officially the

bell name is Great Bell. There is no telling about the origin of the name "Big Ben",

but there are two theories about it. The former claims that the name comes from

Sir Benjamin Hall, as an engineer, work supervisor for the reconstruction of the

Westminster building. The latter claims instead that the name comes from that of

the boxing heavyweight champion Benjamin Caunt. It is thought that the bell

should originally be called "Royal Victoria" in honor of Queen Victoria.

BRITISH

LONDON

London is a big city with lots of monuments, museums and

streets. It is impossible to visit everything in just a few days

but we tried to see as much as possible! On the first day,

we visited the Big-Ben, a bell tower in neo-gothic style at-

tached to the House of Parliament. We tried to see the

changing of the guard but we weren’t patient enough so

we didn’t wait for that. We walked a lot and crossed the

Tower Bridge and then we arrived at the Tower of London

where we saw the Crown Jewels. After lunch, we went to the

British Museum where we saw the Rosetta Stone, the Par-

thenon marbles and a statue from Easter island.

On the second day, we went to Piccadilly Circus, walked

around that area of the city and after that we had a picnic at

Primrose Hill, a park from where you can see the skyline of

London. Then we took the underground and went to Oxford

Street, one of the main shopping areas in London.

Our tour in London was soon over. London is our favorite

city and we love it!

PARIS

Paris is the city of love, light and fashion. Our trip to France

was two days long. When we arrived at the French capital,

first of all we visited the Tour Eiffel: we went up to the top

floor and we admired the amazing view of the city.

After lunch, we visited the Louvre museum where we saw

the Monna Lisa by Leonardo Da Vinci and other famous

works of art (painters, sculptures etc.). On the second day

we went to Disneyland Paris and we saw a theatre play

named Beauty and the Beast, and after that we went on

some carousels. Our short trip to France was over but we

saw lots of fantastic memorable things.

Il Collegio è un programma per ado-

lescenti andato in onda per la prima

volta nel 2016. Nel programma gli

studenti, dai 13 ai 17 anni, devono

affrontare la vita scolastica di uno

studente degli anni sessanta per pas-

sare gli esami di terza media.

Appena entrati gli studenti devono abbandonare tutto ciò che il mondo di oggi

offre, gli apparecchi elettronici, i trucchi e i piercing, devono assolutamente in-

dossare l’uniforme, avere i capelli raccolti e uno stile collegiale. Il programma è

stato realizzato per mostrare le differenze tra gli anni sessanta ed oggi. Una

delle prime è la tecnologia: non essendo in possesso di strumenti informatici

sono costretti a scrivere ai lori genitori, a telefonare dall’ufficio del Preside e

ad aspettare gli scritti dei parenti. In collegio è proibito rispondere all’inse-

gnante che, quando questo succede, prende seri provvedimenti, anche l’espul-

sione dalla scuola. La mattina, dopo essersi svegliati hanno solo venti minuti

per lavarsi, vestirsi e rifare il letto e dopo essere stati controllati dalla sorve-

gliante si va in refettorio per la colazione, poi scuola, refettorio, ricreazione, di

nuovo scuola, compiti e cena, ultima ricreazione e alle 21 a dormire. Durante

la giornata avevano quindi poche pause; la loro vita era sempre piena di impe-

gni scolastici. Il cibo per i ragazzi del reality è stato un problema: frutta, verdu-

ra, carne, mai una pizza, caramelle o patatine. La cosa che ci ha meravigliate è

che tutte le mattine, prima di colazione, dovevano bere un cucchiaio di olio di

fegato di merluzzo. Con questo programma gli autori hanno quindi dimostrato

quanto per noi adesso sarebbe difficile vivere negli anni sessanta per le diversi-

tà di istruzione, di comportamento, di modi di pensare, senza cellulare, pia-

stra per i capelli, trucchi e senza il nostro abbigliamento.

THE SPECIAL EFFECTS ROOM

We all know rhe Harry Potter stories, but now we want to reveal its secrets to you.

We always wondered how his characters could do magic, but nobody has got the

answer except for us.

1: Dobby is a dog game.

This home elf doesn’t really exist: Dobby’s body is a mechanical iron stick and his

head is a tennis ball. The technicians created Dobby at the computer giving him a

real body.

2: Brooms that don’t fly

In the Harry Potter movie, lots of wizards use brooms

to move from a place to another. In fact the broom-

stick is stuck on a cube that is on the floor and behind

it there’s a green curtain that technicians use to make

the scenary. The characters go on it climbing some

stairs and they put their feet on the pedals.

5: Dementors can swim

Dementors were created by Industrial Light And Magic. To make the slow and ghost-

ly movements, they recorded a puppet under water. And then they “dressed” them

at the computer.

4: Digital basilisk

The basilisk of the chamber of secrets is partly digital.

Its head was the only part that was physically made

and the rest of the body was digitally made.

3: Voldemort is Harry Potter’s Pimpa

Don’t worry! The actor who plays the part of Voldemort (Ralph Fiennes) has a nor-

mal nose, but with computers we can completely transform his face by drawing so-

me dots on it and this can change his nose.

Orchestra Felice ‘s concert

Some days ago, November the 21st, our school orchestra

played in the Aula Magna of the Fermi School. It was the

“Nessun parli” day.

That was a good concert. I am one of the choristers. My

favorite songs are:

“Yesterday” by “The Beatles”

“Bad” and “Thriller” by Michael Jackson

The “Orchestra Felice” is my family, I just love it so much .

Every time before the concert starts, teacher Clemente

tells us that we are the best and that we don’t have to

worry. Even in case of mistakes, we know the show must

go on!

La musica per noi ragazzi è molto importante; ci serve per affrontare i vari momenti

della giornata, e la ascoltiamo anche per divertirci o rilassarci, per esempio quando

usciamo con i nostri amici oppure anche quando ci facciamo una doccia e accendia-

mo la nostra cassa e a tutto volume mettiamo i nostri pezzi preferiti, i generi che

ascoltiamo di più sono rap/ trap, hip hop e pop. I nostri pezzi preferiti appartengo-

no al genere pop (uno dei più famosi), i cantanti da noi più cliccati sono: Justin

Bieber, Ariana Grande, Rihanna, Ed Sheeran, Bruno Mars e Shawn Mendes. Una

rock-band che noi ascoltiamo ogni tanto sono i Coldplay che però “non ci fanno

impazzire” come tutto il genere rock, che è da noi il meno ascoltato, anche perché

è il più lontano da noi.

LA NOSTRA MUSICA

A scuola abbiamo la possibilità di imparare a suonare chitarra, flauto e tastiera du-

rante le ore di educazione musicale. La chitarra classica è lo strumento per eccellen-

za, utilizzato per lo studio di decine di generi musicali diversi, si tratta di uno dei

cordofoni d i p iù fac i l e acces so a bambin i e g iovan i .

Il flauto, si riconosce facilmente per il fatto che viene insegnato nelle scuole ele-

mentari e medie. È un membro della famiglia dei fiati, molto flessibile nel suono e

di rapido apprendimento.

La tastiera, serve per riprodurre i suoni di un pianoforte classico aggiungendovi ef-

fetti tipici degli strumenti musicali dedicati ai generi musicali. Nella nostra scuola c’è

anche la possibilità di entrare a far parte di un’ orchestra, dove è possibile suona-

re altri strumenti: tromba, sassofono, batteria, clarinetto, pianoforte oppure si può

partecipare come coriste.

YouTube è una piattaforma web, fondata nel 2005, che consente la condivisione

e visualizzazione in rete di video. Sul sito è possibile vedere videoclip, trailer, vi-

deo divertenti, notizie e soprattutto video musicali. visualizzazione in rete di vi-

deo.

iTunes è un'applicazione sviluppata e distribuita da Apple, per acquistare canzoni,

video e film.

Google Play Music è un negozio online di brani musicali, album, si può scaricare

download e di brani musicali.

Varenna è un piccolo paese sul Lago di Como, precisamente sul ramo di

Lecco, se vi piace passeggiare, questo è il luogo ideale dato che c’è un

passerella che costeggia il lago, in più durante il tragitto potrete trovare

delle piattaforme galleggianti e piazzette con panchine dove riposarvi e

ammirare lo splendido paesaggio.

ra dove potrete trovare un parco

avventura per tutta la famiglia con

percorsi bassi per i più piccoli e alti

Se camminare non è il vostro forte, se il lago vi rattrista, vi consigliamo la

Liguria: regione in cui il mare è pulito e l’acqua è limpida. Se non siete

amanti del mare potrete visitare l'Acquario di Genova, il più grande d’Italia

e primo in Europa per specie animali.

Preferite un viaggio culturale? Roma è la città d’arte dove si possono visitare

tanti monumenti storici.: vi diciamo già che non sarà sufficiente vedere tutto

ciò che la città propone in un solo viaggio, ma l’importante è cominciare. Inol-

tre se amate il buon cibo, a Roma potrete assaggiare delle buonissime speciali-

tà culinarie.

Passi d’’Autore Passi D'autore è un’ Associazione Sportiva Dilettanti-

stica che opera a Villasanta ed è affiliata alla FIDS.

La loro principale attività è quella di promuovere la

danza proponendo gare sul territorio e corsi per

bambini, ragazzi e adulti.

L'attività è incentrata sia sullo sviluppo delle capacità motorie e fisiche degli atleti

sia sulla formazione di quelle qualità per-

sonali che si acquisiscono quotidianamen-

te affrontando sfide articolate.

Proprio per questo motivo gli istruttori so-

no tra i più preparati della zona e sono in

grado di trasmettere quelle qualità in cui l’

Associazione Sportiva Dilettantistica crede

fin dalla sua nascita: la passione, i sacrifici

e la continua ricerca della chiave per cre-

scere e superare i propri limiti personali rendono la danza uno sport unico, questa

scuola è una grande comunità in cui trovare nuovi amici e istruttori qualificati.

Noi frequentiamo la scuola da parecchi anni e la passione è sempre grande. Nel

corso del tempo abbiamo cambiato spesso istruttore, ma tutti ci hanno trasmesso la

stessa passione. Non cambieremmo mai attività perché ci divertiamo, ci sentiamo

libere, abbiamo la possibilità di sfogarci quando la giorna-

ta è stata pesante e faticosa. La fatica è tanta, ma noi ci

mettiamo sempre il massimo: non importa essere le più

brave, questo gruppo ci dà la possibilità di esprimerci sem-

pre secondo le nostre capacità.

In questo momento il nostro istruttore è Fabio, è eccezio-

nale, ha una passione incredibile, è anche l’insegnante del

laboratorio pomeridiano di Danza della nostra scuola.

Ho cominciato a fare danza all’età di 4 anni.

Da cosa ti è nata l’idea di fare quello che fai oggi?

E’sempre stata la mia più grande passione.

Cosa provi quando balli, come ti senti?

Mi sento libero dai pensieri, leggero.

Ti piace quello che fai?

Certo, lo faccio sempre con tanta grinta.

Sei soddisfatto di ogni cosa che hai fatto, di ogni saggio a cui hai partecipato?

Certo, non mi posso lamentare ma si può sempre migliorare.

Ti hanno mai preso in giro per lo sport che pratichi?

Sì, quando ero piccolo... Molti reputavano questo sport solo per femmine.

Hai mai pensato di abbandonare tutto?

No, è la mia valvola di sfogo.

Com’è il tuo stato d’animo prima e durante un saggio di fine anno?

Sono molto agitato perché è una grande responsabilità e gestire tutto è molto

complicato, ci sono molte cose da far combaciare, quindi a volte l’emozione pre-

vale su tutto il resto.

Dopo questa intervista capite tutti perché reputiamo il nostro istruttore grandissi-

mo, è in grado di trasmetterci passione, non solo per la danza ma per tutte le cose

che facciamo.

Il Parkour

Dalla palestra ai palazzi Abbiamo deciso di fare questo articolo sul parkour perché è uno sport che

ci ha ispirato molto e ci piace anche davvero tanto, ma soffrendo di verti-

gini, per noi sarebbe un problema praticarlo. Quello che ci piace molto è

vedere i video su YouTube.

Scopo del parkour

Lo scopo del parkour è quello di spostarsi da un punto ad un altro nel

modo più rapido utilizzando l’ambiente che ci sta intorno come ad esem-

pio i palazzi.

Dove nasce?

Il parkour nasce in Francia, il fondatore è David Bell ginnasta, stuntman e

attore francese, e intorno agli anni ‘90 passa a sport da praticare in pale-

stra, ma i ragazzi iniziano a praticarlo anche al di fuori della palestra ad

esempio saltando da un palazzo a un grattacielo all’altro facendolo diven-

tare uno sport pericoloso ma soprattutto ILLEGALE.

Come si pratica?

Il parkour consiste nel fare acrobazie: capovolte a 360°, verticali e salti di

lunga distanza. Per arrivare all’eccellenza ci vuole duro allenamento, im-

pegno e coraggio.

Negli ultimi anni sono state registrate molte morti di ragazzi caduti da

grattacieli, palazzi in costruzione e gru avendo perso l’equilibrio, avendo

calcolato male le distanze e essendo stati spinti dai loro

amici.

We discovered them through social networks and some new trap (a kind of rap) groups. Some of the-

The tumblr style is a fashion style created

on a platform named tumblr, invented on

May 17th 2013 by Melissa Mayer, the head

of the company.

The greatest representatives of this style in

Italy are: Rosalba Andolfi, Marta Losito,

Simone Vandelli and Mattia Ruta; In the

USA they are: Loren Gray, kristen Hacker,

Cameron Dallas and Paul Zimmer.

The female style includes crop-top and

shorts of jeans, jumper, sweatshirts oversi-

ze and jeans skinny and boyfriend drapped.

While boys wear t-shirt and oversize swe-

atshirt, jeans drapped and suit pants that

are skinny at the ankle.

The more famous brands of this style are:

Videogames Videogames are our passion. When our teachers gave us the chance to write an article about what we

wanted, we chose to write about videogames and in particular the most popular ones –at least in our

opinon. We couldn’t think of anything else.

We play videogames at least 1hour a day :

1)when we are angry, we calm down by playing videogames

2)when we don’t have anything to do we play videogames: they are never boring while studying is (in

our opinion).

We would like to make a comparison between TV and videogames:

On TV, you almost always see the same things while in videogames are always different.

It’s exciting to play because one deals with the fear of the unknown, anxiety and satisfaction at the sa-

me time. We are the main actors of the action.

OUR SWEET WORLD

1)Tiramisù

Tiramisù is the most famous italian dessert.

It was created for breakfast many, many years ago and it is made with eggs, sugar, milk or coffee.

Ingredients for 8 people:

300g of Savoiardi (a type of italian biscuit)

100g of sugar

4 eggs

300ml of cold coffee

500g of cold mascarpone

Bitter cocoa powder

Recipe:

To prepare Tiramusù you have to start by breaking the eggs that should be cold: carefully separa-

ting the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the egg yolks and add half the sugar. When the mixture

becomes clear and fluffy, add the mascarpone slowly. You will have a dense and compact cream,

then put it aside. Wash the wisks and beat the egg whites adding the rest of the sugar. You should

beat it until stiff. Take a spoon of egg whites and pour it in the bowl with the yolks and the su-

gar, then mix it with a spatula. After that, add the rest of the egg whites. Mix the cream from the

top to the bottom. When it’s ready, put a spoon of this cream on the bottom of an oven pan.

Then immerge the Savoiardi in cold coffee and put them in the oven pan with the cream creating

a first layer. Next, create another

layer with the cream and repeat this

process over and over. At the end

put the cocoa powder on top of

your Tiramisù and chill it in the frid-

ge for two hours. Finally your

Tiramisù is rea- dy!
