•During PLC time the teachers can survey each other about what is working in their classrooms as far as Technology.•Survey students about what they like as far as technology in the school.•Survey the parents and community about maybe what they might see as upgrades for the school. •Form a committee to discuss the needs and wants as far as technology forthe school.•Gather all surveys and have conversations about budget needs.•Have discussions with the SDMC committee to discuss the findings of the committee, and budget concerns.
