REACH – SUBSTANCES CANDIDATES À l’INSCRIpTIoN À l’ANNExE xIVL’inscription des SVHC dans la Liste candidate continue d’avancer.L’ECHA (European Chemicals Agency) continue de mettre à jour la liste des substances à l’étude pour leur inscription dans la liste des substances candidates à l’Annexe XIV. Ainsi une nouvelle consultation publique a été lancée ce lundi 8 mars 2010 pour 8 substances et durera jusqu’au 22 avril 2010.Une fois inscrites dans la Liste candidate, les fabricants et importateurs devront s’assurer de la présence de ces substances au sein de leurs produits et devront communiquer aux utilisateurs avals si elles sont présentes à plus de 0,1% en masse sur l’article.
