This Campus is setup on NH-24, and falls on 38 km milestone on the

highway from New Delhi to Hapur.

Approved by Medical Council of India and Govt of India, it is the first

private Medical College in the Kanpur region with 150 Students intake.

The college is setup on a large Campus on GT Road in Kanpur. The college

Rama Institute of Engineering & Technology was the first technical

institution by the Group in year 2007. The college was setup in Rama City,

Mandhana with a vision to provide engineering education which is more

Route guidelines to Rama Campus : Kanpur

Rama City is situated on the National Highway, G. T. Road, about4kms ahead of IIT, Kanpur towards Delhi.

By Air: KANPUR, Chakeri Domestic Airport is 20 km away from theRama Campus. LUCKNOW International Airport at Amausi is 75 kmaway from KANPUR. Pre-paid taxi service is available at the airport. Itis approximately a 90 minute drive from Amausi to reach theMandhana in KANPUR.

By Rail: Railway Station KANPUR CENTRAL is ideally located withinthe city. Pre-paid taxi service is available at the railway station. It isapproximately a 25 minute drive to reach the Mandhana.

Educating youth without placement assistance is of no use today that is why RAMA Group – CRC(Corporate Resource Center) is workingproactively in assisting students for various current and future prospective job opportunities. The CRC is also assisting the students to upgradetheir knowledge through the workshops, seminars, educational shows, guest lectures by eminent personalities from the corporate world.

We have adopted a very systematic & well defined approach for the Training & Placement of the students. Training & Placement Managers areworking with the help of the Faculty Coordinators. Faculty co-coordinator from each course/branch has been appointed by the department forthe bettercommunication and transparency. Faculty co-coordinatorbridges the gap between the students and the Managers.

Further to this, Class Representatives from each course/branch are nominated. These student are directly involved in all the students welfareactivities as well as T & P activities like organizing placement events, welcoming guests, maintaining discipline and the overall management ofthe students affairs during the Placement Season.

CRC is also providing practical exposure to the students through the Industrial Visits (like in Mother Dairy, Delhi; Mohan Meakins Beverages ltd.,Mohan Nagar; BHEL, Hardwar, HCL Technologies, Sidcul etc) special visits to the Incubation centers (NSIC Incubation Center, IIT Delhi –Incubation Center).

T & P Cell is engaged in the following activities:

Student Information Sheet (SIS) for T & P: Student Information Sheets are used to gather all academic and non-academic information of thestudentsFormation of CRs (Class Reps): Student Committee is also formed for the direct communication with the students and they assist in the studentaffairs.

Self development and counseling: Faculty coordinators are actively working as the Mentors of the students and they guide students to select thebettercareer options.

Personality Development Programs: Mock Interviews, Group Discussions, Body Language, Public speaking are the skills which are taught to thestudent by our dedicated faculty to face the corporate leaders.

Placement Season: Although the company-visits to the campus are organized during the whole academic season. But, for the better careeroptions, specific placement seasons are also organized where students can appear in more than one company of their choice at the same day.
