What is InfraSSearch

InfraSSearch is an optional Dolibarr ERP & CRM module replacing the standard research tool. InfraSSearch performs an exhaustive search in the following elements:

Basic elements Tags/Categories Third parties (prospects, customers, suppliers) Addresses Contacts Products / Services Projects Tasks Events

Sales chain Quotations Customers’ orders Contracts Invoices

Purchasing chain Supplier quotations Supplier orders Supplier invoices

Technical documents Intervention cards Delivery notes / Expeditions

External modules “Equipment” - Patas-Monkey “Expenses +” - Mikael Carlavan

Features (all optional) Limit searches to the current entity (com-

patibility with the "Multi-company" module - iNod-box)

Replace standard search in the left menu

Choose the scope of the search among the activated modules

Limit the number of occurrences reported as results

InfraSSearch module Installation & Configuration The downloaded file (.zip) must be uncompressed in the following directory: “.../htdocs/custom/”. Then, you should get a path like “.../htdocs/custom/Infrassearch/”. Now open Dolibarr:

1. Go to the homepage 2. Click on “Configuration” 3. Click on “Modules” 4. Scroll to the line: “InfraS Module” / “Advanced search tool” * 5. Activate the module 6. Click on the configuration icon

* If the module does not appear in the list edit the file ../htdocs/conf/conf.php with notepad or a plain text editor type “Notepad++” look for the lines “$dolibarr_main_url_root_alt=” et “$dolibarr_main_document_root_alt=” If the first characters on the line are “#” or “//” (commented lines) delete these characters (ie uncomment these lines) =>

(lines must start with: “$dolibarr_”) Refresh the Dolibarr page containing the list of modules

InfraSSearch User Rights Management Now the user rights (or group of users) are configurable; go into the rights management of the desired user (or group) to enable / disable the ones you want.

When for a non-administrator user the rights of modification of the parameters is validated, a special menu appears when he connects:

Using advanced search InfraSSearch Now in the left menu the standard search tool is replaced by the advanced search (if the option is validated). As soon as the first character is typed, this search starts and is re-fined as the characters entered.

The list is presented sorted by categories including the first x occurrences of the search found (according to the previously defined parameter).
